The restored Historic Melrose Knitting Mill is a three-story brick mill, nestled in downtown Raleigh. The venue boasts exposed bricks, rough cut beams and twenty-four arched windows, providing an abundance of natural light. After opening one of Downtown Raleigh’s most vibrant restaurants on the ground level, creative director Samad Hachby renovated the third-story space to accommodate the larger weddings, special events, and parties that his restaurant was being sought after to host. Today, the Historic Melrose Knitting Mill sits perched high atop 309 N. Dawson Street welcoming guests to a true destination within the heart of the city.

The Jiddi Space & Courtyard, part of Raleigh's Helig-Levine Complex, comprises four historic buildings dating back to the late 1800s. Originally a furniture and dry goods store, the space evolved into a stockroom for Heilig-Levine Furniture Store. Restored by Empire Properties in 2005, it now serves as an event venue managed by neighboring restaurants Sitti and Gravy. Hosting parties, weddings, and events, it retains its historic charm with market lights and a rich heritage spanning nearly 150 years.

Located just on the edge of Downtown Raleigh at 827 West Morgan Street near NC State and Glenwood Avenue. Trophy Brewing & Pizza can accommodate a variety of private events from rehearsal dinners and baby showers to networking events and company parties, suited for groups of 10-60 seated and up to 100 standing. This is our original Trophy Brewing Company location that housed our first brewing program. After several years of continued growth we began renovations in 2019, adding more dining space to allow large groups to join us in their celebrations, expand the kitchen, and create the foeder room to launch our wild and sour beer program.

Maywood Hall & Garden is a bright, open, and versatile indoor/outdoor venue that's entirely customizable, and can accommodate groups from 50 to 200 people inside. Looking for a space to make your own? We'd love to help you build the event of your dreams. The Venue is 2700 sq ft of space featuring dimmable string lighting hung overheard, large windows with beautiful natural light, and a custom built mobile bar pouring the freshest beer in Raleigh. The Lawn adds 4500 sq ft of outdoor space perfect for your Wedding Ceremony or a friendly game of cornhole. Guests also have access to a small suite off the side of the venue which can be used as a bridal suite or private lounge. This a working family-owned farm. All of the wooden structures have been built with wood off this land. We also have a pick-your-own blueberry operation in June and July. We currently have an country setting venue just miles from downtown Raleigh.

Built in 1934 and renovated in 2017, the barn is a luxury wedding venue in North Raleigh unmatched in its scale and charm. This is the perfect barn wedding venue that can accommodate events large and small! The Historic Wakefield Barn is a National Historic Site that sits on 14 acres – the property includes a bridal suite, horse barn, the main barn and outdoor event spaces.
