Amelia Grove Is A Picturesque Historic Venue Nestled On The Banks Of The Trent River. There Are 15 Acres Of Lovingly Maintained Grounds Rich In History Dating Back To Before The Revolutionary War As Well As The Burial Place Of Abner Nash, Our 2nd Governor Of NC And A Member Of The Continental Congress. The Poet, Ogden Nash, Is His Great-Great Grandson. Amelia Grove Provides A Relaxed But Elegant Atmosphere For Both Indoor And Outdoor Wedding Ceremonies And Receptions. Outside There Are Multiple Spaces Along The River Bank Or Under Live Oak Trees, Strung With Over 1000 Edison Lights, To Create A Picturesque Sunset Backdrop For The Perfect Photo Opportunity. Indoor Reception Space Is Also Available In An Equestrian Style Barn Designed With Rustic Elegance In Mind While Not Leaving Out Any Of The Modern Amenities. Amelia Grove provides a formal, elegant atmosphere for both indoor and outdoor wedding ceremonies and receptions.

Outdoors under live oak trees strung with Edison lights and tables gracefully set with china and candles or indoors the equestrian style barn with chandeliers, beautifully wrought iron wall sconces and rustic barn doors. Multiple spaces are available along the banks of the Trent River to create a picturesque sunset, and vintage backdrop nothing short of the perfect photo opportunity. Full of character and Southern charm, Amelia Grove has everything you need for a timeless and classic wedding.

Your choice of 60" round tables and 8' x 30" rectangle tables. Mahogany Chivari Chairs w/ cushion. Floor length tablecloths and napkins. Standard or Antique China. Silver or Gold Chargers. Complimentary use of decor including bronze or white metal lanterns with pillar candles, wood slices, gold acrylic reserved signs, table numbers, mirrored tiles, signs, and more. Easel for portrait display. Full service set up and break down by the Amelia Grove Team.

    My husband and I were married at Amelia Grove and we couldn't have been happier with our choice of venue. From our first communication with the owners, we were impressed by their efficient, professional, prompt, clear, and caring responses to all of our questions and requests. The venue itself is gorgeous with beautiful indoor and outdoor ceremony and reception spaces that provided a lovely backdrop for our photos. The staff was attentive, helpful, and kind in assisting with all aspects of our wedding planning and on the big day itself. We appreciated their fabulous communication, prompt responses, vendor recommendations, and attention to detail that allowed our special day to run smoothly. My husband and I highly recommend Amelia Grove to any couple searching for a picturesque and versatile wedding venue with wonderful owners and staff to work with.

    Our wedding at Amelia Grove was absolute magic. It was a seamless event from start to finish - Jenny are her crew are warm, welcoming, and so easy to work with. She went above and beyond for our special day. The entire planning process was so stress-free, and on the wedding day, all I had to do was show up! Highly recommend.
