My husband and I got married on November 3rd at Marinaj Banquets and Events in Moreno Valley. We hired Haley to be our day-of-coordinator, who also brought along Jordan. This was the single most important decision we made in our wedding planning process outside of securing our venue. I have worked in the events/catering business for 18 years, first in hospitality catering and convention services then to overseeing the catering operations for a fine dining restaurant with on-site and off-site full service catering services and now for a non-profit planning large gala events, so it’s a challenge to relinquish the responsibility to someone else and feel secure that they will execute your most important day as you envision it. However, from our very first meeting, and all through the few weeks leading up to the day, Haley continued to make us feel so confident in her ability to handle every single detail of our wedding, revealing her years of experience and knowledge. In addition to being extremely organized, attentive, sharp, professional and very detail-oriented, Haley is warm, kind and has the most wonderful energy that made you forget that you hired her to do the job, and felt more like a best friend that had your back in every single aspect of your most precious day. I used both the wedding coordination and floral services from Breezy Day and both services went above and beyond, making our wedding day perfect. Courtney was our wedding coordinator and she made the process so much easier. I was so stressed about the wedding planning process until I met Courtney, I wonder if we would have even had a wedding if I didn’t meet her to be honest! From the initial phone call, she explained the wedding planning process and reassured me that we could have a great wedding within our limited budget. She had a list of vendors she recommended which I picked all of my vendors from and it made the process of selecting vendors so much easier. Courtney was always able to help answer my questions throughout the whole year of planning and always responded in a timely manner. Then, on the day of the wedding, Courtney made the entire day so smooth and it went just as planned. I cannot recommend Courtney and the wedding day of coordinator services more. I don’t know what I would have done without her! The florals from Breezy Day Weddings were also incredible. They were more beautiful in person then I even expected. I chose the a la carte options from the Shoppe and the florals were so beautiful. Heather was great and very responsive when I asked questions about the process. The florals were seamlessly delivered to the venue on the day of the wedding and Courtney set the centerpieces on the table for me and placed the florals on the cake and it was so stunning. The service from both the day of coordination services and the florals were 10 out of 10! I cannot recommend them enough. They were affordable, professional, efficient, friendly, reassuring, and just amazing all around. If you’re getting married, you need to hire them for your wedding! I was trying to cut corners on wherever I could as Weddings are just outrageously expensive. My venue required a coordinator, so I looked and reached out to a few. Most never responded to me or were just way too expensive. Finding Jenna was meant to be. She really made me realize how valuable a wedding coordinator is and above all how valuable she was to us. Jenna made all of the difference with how smoothly planning went amd how the day rolled out. I didn't have to worry about a thing because Jenna literally took care of it all - set up, pick up, making sure everyone was where they were supposed to be, and so much more that I am likely unaware of. Cannot say enough good things about Juliette; we would have been absolutely lost without her leading up to and on our wedding day. When we were looking for a day-of coordinator, I immediately thought of a friend who worked in wedding planning. It was a while since we were in touch but despite no longer working at Calmerin anymore (decided to go on a different career path), she highly recommended booking them and working with Glennie, the owner. Glennie was so communicative throughout the whole process. She explained what was included in the different package levels, which is especially helpful to understand if you’re just starting the wedding planning process. I let her know that I would only need a day-of coordinator since I was already pretty far along in the process having booked multiple vendors already on my own. Glennie and her team were AMAZING. Understood the assignment. They provided detailed instructions and spreadsheets to help better understand your vision and start compiling all the information together to make sure your big day goes smoothly. Drew was assigned to be the on-site coordinator and worked alongside Glennie. We also had a few other coordinators join us if Glennie wasn't available (she's physically based in SoCal but has a steady team based in NorCal). All were absolute sweethearts! Asked all the right questions during the venue walkthrough and made sure to follow up with you and your vendors in a timely manner. Made rehearsal a breeze when none of us knew what we were doing. Took all my DIY décor and placed them better than I could ever imagine. My family members told me after the wedding how they really enjoyed having Drew and Glennie around to help them be at the right place at the right time and how they were helpful throughout the whole day. If I ever had a question or needed anything throughout the entire process, especially during the day-of, they were there for me. They had an emergency kit ready to go (which really helped when we had a lapse of planning for our video game station where we needed a flat screen to project on). They made sure we were taken care of, fed and hydrated, and ready to go. We had SUCH a blast enjoying our day without needing to worry about the little details or our guests. At the end of the night, they made sure to have everything that we wanted back packed up and ready to go. I honestly recommend Calmerin Designs and Events if you're looking for a planner and/or coordinator!

I can't say enough great things about Miranda and her team! From our first conversation, we immediately connected with her and she already felt like a friend. She quickly understood our vision for our wedding and what was important to us. She encouraged us to make it very personal and unique--she never shot down any weird ideas we might've had but also brought an experienced perspective, while also keeping us on track with all of the little details and scheduling. She was so well-organized and professional while also keeping things stress-free, light, and fun. There were no questions too big, too small, or too personal with all the drama that can come with such a big event. Miranda was easy to reach via text/email, and took the initiative to reach out and schedule check-ins when needed to make sure we stayed on track with the huge to-do list that comes with a wedding. Her vendor recommendations & other suggestions were awesome, but she also respected a couple of the areas where we found our own vendors with no questions asked. She truly helped us get every detail settled, down to the napkins and our catering order details. She took all the stress off once we got to the month of and leading up to the wedding day, confirming with our vendors so we didn't have to worry about it whatsoever. Our wedding day went seamlessly thanks to her--it sounds cliche but it was the most fun and beautiful day ever and we were able to really enjoy it thanks to Miranda. We couldn't have asked for a better planner and I would recommend her to anyone getting married in the SD area! She also helped us with signage for the day-of and did a beautiful job at a super reasonable price.

Sam was absolutely spectacular in coordinating the reception for our wedding. She went through great lengths to ensure that all the details of the venue (Eden Oaks Ranch) exceeded the vision we had. Sam provided wonderful guidance to build out an appropriate timeline with flexibility for unexpected bumps in the road. She was also fantastic in providing us with shopping lists of supplies we would need to provide for a well-rounded bar selection, which would be enough for our guests to enjoy during the entire event. Sam made sure to coordinate all the vendors and staff like an orchestra, which allowed us to have a great time at our wedding. Overall, Sam has several years of experience in the wedding planning/coordinating industry and she really brought her A-game to show it. Detailed, organized, friendly, and just an overall wonderful human being. We hired Karen for 2-month coordination and right off the bat, she was such a thoughtful planner and her willingness to guide us through anything and everything was amazing. I love a good spreadsheet and Karen has the best!!! Every meeting with her was so productive and we left each one with clear next steps/homework. The day of the wedding, everything went SO smoothly. Karen and her team took care of setting up all of our decor and they did so beautifully! When I arrived to the venue and saw everything, I was taken aback by how stunning everything looked — we had a mix of florals, candles, and fruit for our decor so getting everything set up was no small feat. Karen’s creative eye flawlessly brought my vision to life and I am so so grateful! Outside of decor, Karen’s organization, vendor communication, and speedy cleanup at the end of night was top-notch. We were able to truly enjoy the night, knowing Karen was there. She even took fun videos of the reception on my phone, which were great to watch the morning after to help relive the night :’) Literally each one of my vendors raved about how much they loved working with Karen — if that’s not enough to convince you to hire her for your next event, idk what is! I had such a great experience working with Elizabeth Worrell Weddings & Events last month! Elizabeth truly went above and beyond, ensuring everything was perfectly organized and running smoothly. Even with a minor hiccup from the MUA causing a slight delay, she kept everything on track and made it all work seamlessly. As the wedding photographer, I especially appreciated how Elizabeth coordinated everything so well. The wedding was hosted at Estancia in La Jolla, and the couple wanted to head to Torrey Pines Glider Port for sunset photos. Elizabeth made sure we had 20 minutes for the photos and kept me in the loop throughout. After the photo session, we returned and transitioned smoothly to the grand entrance—it was all so well managed! The wedding was absolutely beautiful, and Elizabeth made sure every vendor was taken care of and that we stayed on schedule as much as possible. Her attention to detail and clear communication really made all the difference. If you want someone who genuinely cares about making your event amazing, Elizabeth is definitely the way to go!

Heather and her team at Wind n’ Sea Events were absolutely wonderful. From our first meeting, Heather made me feel comfortable by getting to know me to understand my vision for our wedding. I hired Heather for month of wedding coordination. As the wedding got close, Heather contacted me to make sure we were still on the same page about the rehearsal and wedding day. She ensured that the ceremony was as smooth as possible. We were requiring all of our guests be tested for Covid the day of the wedding, and Heather coordinated gathering the test results and ensuring everyone was negative. During the reception, Heather coordinated our vendors to keep things running on our agreed timeline. I surprised my husband with a Hawaiian Wedding Dance and Heather was there to help me change out of my wedding dress and into my performance dress in the four minutes I had to change. I would have been a mess of stress and anxiety without Heather and Wind N’ Sea Events. I cannot recommend them more highly!

My husband and I were blown away by the service provided by Heart and Sol Events! One of the best decision that we ever made was hiring them for day of coordination. Dre made the overwhelming process of wedding planning fun, easy and truly enjoyable. She is personable, down to earth and has a true passion for what she does. Her knowledge and experience in the field shoes. Dre and her team were there for us throughout the process and we could not have done it without them! A special thank to our day of coordinator, Denies Drum! We can't even begin to explain how blessed we were to have her be a part of our day. Denise was kind, genuine and radiated this calming presence that she carried with her throughout the planning process. She was involved in every detail from leading meetings with our vendors, to ceremony site reviews and setup, and even to discussing details about hair and dresses. I am positive that her attention to details and her continuous open line of communication is what made things run so smoothly on our wedding day.
