Merrie is amazing to work with. It was my only daughter's wedding and her dad, and I wanted everything to perfect and magical! Merrie did not disappoint! She helped me and my daughter with so many of the details that encompass a successful wedding! She is easy to work with and thinks of everything! On wedding day Merrie took the reins and nailed every part of the day! It allowed my husband and I to really enjoy our daughter's wedding! Kristin at Stephanie Rose Events was excellent from start to finish. We did not have a lot of prior knowledge of our chosen wedding city (San Diego) and actually were living across the country at the time. As such, we purchased the full service package from Kristin. Even before we spent a single cent, Kristin provided us with several recommendations for wedding venues, and several pieces of advice regarding our specific needs around having a Catholic wedding. Once we got into wedding planning, Kristin was extremely helpful with finding us an ideal church, reception venue and date. She set up several visits for us, and aside from that provided helpful advice for each venue. In a similar vein, when we chose our vendors, Kristin had a ready-made list for every vendor we'd need, - her advice and expertise literally saved us thousands of dollars in florals and food. For the actual day itself, Kristin was pretty much everywhere ensuring things were done correctly, and it was an incredibly smooth experience. I can only wish that I did her justice in my toast. Everyone generally needs a planner for their wedding, but we would like to highlight Kristin's service as invaluable. She was communicative, helpful and professional from start to finish, and is a true expert in the field. We would fully recommend her skills for anyone planning a wedding!

We worked with Miranda for almost 2 years for our wedding. What an absolute dream it was to work with, and get to know, Miranda!! She provided expert guidance as we planned our wedding at Scripps which involved many moving parts and bringing in all of our vendors. All of her vendor recommendations were ON POINT and she understood our vision from day 1. She made wedding planning so fun and, as a bride, I NEVER felt overwhelmed or stressed because Miranda was always 5 steps ahead - is she a mind reader? Maybe! Miranda was available everyday and always 1 text away. Her expertise came in especially during the last month of planning. She took control of everything and coordinated our vendors efficiently. She will go above and beyond for her couples and she always has such a wonderful attitude. She is a problem solver. Whenever an issue came up (like the pouring rain, or flipping 100 chairs, or the groom forgetting his vows lol), she handled it. Miranda is also extremely attentive. We had 1 guest with epilepsy and she worked with the guest and dj during reception to make sure our guest was okay when lights and lasers came on… I can go on and on. Bottom line is that you just have to work with her to know how excellent she is. I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat and my husband and I MISS WORKING WITH HER!! Love love love Miranda!

Detailed, organized, friendly, and just an overall wonderful human being. We hired Karen for 2-month coordination and right off the bat, she was such a thoughtful planner and her willingness to guide us through anything and everything was amazing. I love a good spreadsheet and Karen has the best!!! Every meeting with her was so productive and we left each one with clear next steps/homework. The day of the wedding, everything went SO smoothly. Karen and her team took care of setting up all of our decor and they did so beautifully! When I arrived to the venue and saw everything, I was taken aback by how stunning everything looked — we had a mix of florals, candles, and fruit for our decor so getting everything set up was no small feat. Karen’s creative eye flawlessly brought my vision to life and I am so so grateful! Outside of decor, Karen’s organization, vendor communication, and speedy cleanup at the end of night was top-notch. We were able to truly enjoy the night, knowing Karen was there. She even took fun videos of the reception on my phone, which were great to watch the morning after to help relive the night :’) Literally each one of my vendors raved about how much they loved working with Karen — if that’s not enough to convince you to hire her for your next event, idk what is! SUCH a pro. Would 100% recommend Karen to any couple!

We cannot recommend Jackie enough! Jackie was essential in our wedding planning and coordination. She was extremely responsive, organized and proactive. If you are planning your first (and hopefully last!) wedding, go with Jackie. She has the experience, knows what she is talking about, has a great vendor list, knows what to expect and most importantly is an excellent problem solver. I felt like we were in good hands the entire time. She guided myself and my partner though logistics for the wedding day and then on the wedding day, she was proactive, did an excellent job wrangling our guests and bridal party. When the weather didn't cooperate, she took charge and helped keep things moving smoothly for us and our guests. Jackie also had excellent vendor recommendations, many of which we ended up going well and we are so happy we did. As a gay couple, it was also really important for us to partner with someone that was excited about planning a gay wedding and Jackie was not only enthusiastic but understood our vision and contributed great ideas. Our wedding reception venue was pretty unique and Jackie didn't bat an eye, she understood our vision perfectly and embraced it. I could do on, but I hope you read this and contact Jackie yourself!!

Stephanie is a life saving wedding fairy. We chose a venue that was a public park and 100% raw space. We put in a ton of work to build a beautiful wedding, but there is no way we could have executed it without Stephanie. She considers every single detail to ensure day of is as smooth as possible. We felt so taken care of during the planning process. About a month before the wedding, she really kicked into gear and was available night and day for any question and really made us feel at ease. Day of she was a dream to work with. Did everything go according to plan? No, but we really didn’t’ notice because Stephanie’s whole goal was to ensure we had the “best day ever” and we totally did. She went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy. She even drove our uhaul back to our house at the end of the night. We know that our wedding was a bit of a challenge to say the least, and we can be a little detail focused- a huge thank you to Stephanie for tackling it with such grace. I was trying to cut corners on wherever I could as Weddings are just outrageously expensive. My venue required a coordinator, so I looked and reached out to a few. Most never responded to me or were just way too expensive. Finding Jenna was meant to be. She really made me realize how valuable a wedding coordinator is and above all how valuable she was to us. Jenna made all of the difference with how smoothly planning went amd how the day rolled out. I didn't have to worry about a thing because Jenna literally took care of it all - set up, pick up, making sure everyone was where they were supposed to be, and so much more that I am likely unaware of. She is extremely professional and on top of it all and my husband I highly recommend her. All of our guests commented on how smooth the wedding went and for us was nearly stress free. Sam was absolutely spectacular in coordinating the reception for our wedding. She went through great lengths to ensure that all the details of the venue (Eden Oaks Ranch) exceeded the vision we had. Sam provided wonderful guidance to build out an appropriate timeline with flexibility for unexpected bumps in the road. She was also fantastic in providing us with shopping lists of supplies we would need to provide for a well-rounded bar selection, which would be enough for our guests to enjoy during the entire event. She helped us execute our vision within our budget, and we were so pleased with all of her recommendations and how they were executed. In the end, our day wouldn't have been the same without her, and she was a calm, hyper-organized, fun presence, which is all a bride can ask for.

There were a lot of moving parts with guests parking at the reception, taking trolleys to the ceremony at The Wedding Bowl at Cuvier Park, then trolleys back to the reception at La Valencia Hotel. Our couple had an epic and specific vision and Reagan did a great job organizing so many different vendors to achieve this vision! Every time I connected with Reagan throughout the planning process and the day-of, she was super calm, down-to-earth, and easy to team up with :) This isn't always true with planners! At the end of the night, everything had been absolutely amazing and the couple and their families enjoyed a huge, amazing, and super special party. Rad times! :)
