Pheasant Run Farm Bed and Breakfast is a 48 farm, the original stone barn of the farm has been lovingly re-purposed into a bed and breakfast. The bed and breakfast features 4 overnight rooms. The ground floor, with separate entrances, has a large banquet room and a separate adjoining space perfect for indoor ceremonies and dancing. Outside the doors of the reception rooms is a large brick patio and pollinator garden, just right for cocktail hour. At the edge of the woods is a huge Maple tree and a waterfall where most of our couples choose to have their wedding ceremony. Bell Gate Farm is the perfect backdrop for any kind of event. I have one rule, however, there will never be more than one event per day. I firmly believe that you cannot concentrate and give supreme customer service when there are multiple activities going on the same day. When you rent Bell Gate, you are getting every nook and cranny, and that allows us to play a little bit. We can have a cocktail hour at the pool, but move dinner to the barn, and it feels like you’ve changed venue’s completely. It’s one of our greatest assets to be able to give our clients a robust and fulfilling event experience.

The Highlands offers a unique setting for your special day. Only 17 miles north of downtown Philadelphia, on top of a hill sits The Highlands. This elegant, two-centuries-old Georgian style mansion is surrounded by 44 acres of rolling hills and beautifully landscaped gardens. Completed in 1796, the mansion features fifteen foot ceilings and bright spacious rooms in addition to a 2 acre formal garden and the ambiance of the surrounding estate.

Bolingbroke Mansion was built fifty years before the American Declaration of Independence and is just fifteen miles from where that historic event took place. This location has six event rooms, including several excellent outdoor ceremonies and reception locations. Indoors, the mansion can comfortably accommodate up to 150 guests. You'll find a beautiful staircase in their gardens that provides a stunning backdrop for photos. There is a side porch overlooking the sprawling green lawns and giant trees for cocktails and receptions. Stone-raised stairs and a landing in their memorial garden provide the ideal backdrop for any wedding ceremony, speech, or picture session. Seasonal flowers, lovely deciduous trees, and evergreens can be found in the magnificent private gardens that lead off Bolingbroke's back patio. The rear lawn also offers plenty of space to seat your guests for either the ceremony or for dinner.

Sitting atop twenty-three acres of picturesque Chester County countryside, the exquisite Main Line estate known as Hilltop House includes grand formal gardens, fountains, apple orchards, and sloping meadows. Built in 1894, this unique and elegant mansion in Devon, Pennsylvania, was home to several prominent Main Line families until it was renovated for public use in 2005. Generous rooms with multiple entryways provide easy traffic flow throughout the spacious wood-paneled interiors, verandas, and terraces. The venue can accommodate up to 135 guests and has ample convenient parking, just steps from the front entryway.

An Architectural Dream Wedding. With seating for up to 300 guests, this castle/museum and outdoor garden oasis will surpass your royal dreams! Outdoor ceremony area, gorgeous clear-top tent, indoor cocktail area, and more! Built between 1908 and 1912, Fonthill was the home of Henry Chapman Mercer. Archaeologist, anthropologist, ceramist, scholar and antiquarian, Mercer built Fonthill both as his home and as a showplace for his collection of tiles and prints. The first of three Mercer buildings in Doylestown, Fonthill served as a showplace for Mercer’s famed Moravian tiles. Designed by Mercer, the building is an eclectic mix of Medieval, Gothic, and Byzantine architectural styles. Your guests will be amazed when they enter the tree-lined grounds and visit this amazing castle.

Our historic Doylestown property is the perfect backdrop to assure your next event goes down in the history books! The beautiful Elkins Gallery, can be booked for intimate gatherings or large groups up to 150 people. A vintage baby grand piano and two fireplaces with mantels flank the intimate space.
