The Fishing Creek supports native trout and other rare small fishes. The waterfall is adjacent to the buildings. There is a hiking trail within the property. There is wetland and much more. Originally a cow and poultry farm, the previous owners had run the property as a winery before Rick purchased it in May of 2017. Wind in the Willows is a space of country charm and modern elegance. The stone barn is heated and air conditioned to allow for use year-round, and provides beautiful views of the well-maintained grounds. The property also has a cottage and bridal suite for the wedding party to prepare before the wedding day begins. The gorgeous outdoor scenery provides the perfect backdrop for outdoor ceremonies. Indoor ceremonies can be held at the Wedding Chapel, a mid 19th century church - renovated and temperature controlled. The chapel is also available for receptions.
