The Sunset Room showcases floor to ceiling glass interior walls, and many over-sized windows in the exterior walls, receiving its name due to the sunset view of fire orange, pinks and reds we so often see at Lenape Heights. The only event space separate from the main resort, located on the bottom floor of the hotel with a separate entrance, the Sunset Room offers its own parking, private bathrooms/locker rooms and an outdoor patio for you and your guests with a beautiful view of the golf course.

Working with Lenape was one of the best things about planning our wedding! Melissa has been NOTHING but helpful from the very beginning! Melissa worked with us to make sure everything was the way we wanted it and come up with solutions to problems very quickly. Melissa always made sure she communicated any changes and always answered in a timely manner. She made sure our day was absolutely perfect! I would recommend booking your wedding with Lenape Heights over and over again.

If you want a stress-free wedding, Lenape Heights is the place for you. All inclusive, great packages, a hotel on site, delicious food and hard working vendors. The prices are also competitive. It’s truly a hidden gem in Armstrong County. Also check out the views while dining on the back veranda. GORGEOUS.

Yes, parking is located all around the main buildings.

Yes, all of our facilities are wheelchair accessible.

Booking fees for our facilities including deposits, are non-refundable. There is a detailed cancellation policy in the contract.

The resort is located 64 miles North-East of the Pittsburgh International Airport., with about 1 hour of travel time on major highways. Or, 43 miles North of the Arnold Palmer Regional Airport located in Latrobe, with about 50 minutes of travel time on country highways.

No, our venue is fully insured.

Yes, we will invite you to come taste different foods for your wedding, typically in the beginning of the same year as your wedding. The tasting is complimentary for the bride and groom. You may invite up to (4) additional guests for a small fee.

Yes, you may block up to 15 rooms for your wedding weekend. There is a 2-night minimum to stay in our hotel on weekends from May 1st to October 31st. Room blocks are based on availability -all Lenape couples will be priority and are contacted the Fall prior to their wedding date.

You are welcome to use a golf cart to gout and take pictures on the course. A resort employee will escort you, your bridal party and photographer(s). No heels may be worn on the greens, flat shoes & wedges are acceptable wear. You may schedule a time to preview spots for pictures before the wedding.

Lenape Heights staff does not set up your decorations, nor do we handle any of your belongings. This is the sole responsibility of the client.

Children ages 6 & under are free and are provided a child's meal. Guests ages 7 - 20 are billed for everything except alcohol. Guests ages 7 - 20 who request a child's meal are billed at an even lesser rate. All guests ages 21 and older are billed the full package price.

The required deposit amount is $1000, once the resort receives your deposit and you sign the contract, the date is yours!

No, all food and beverage must be provided by the resort.

Yes! We will provide you or your guests with meals catered to the specific dietary restriction. These restrictions often include: Gluten Free, Vegetarian, Vegan, Salt Free and Dairy Free.
