The NSCDA/PA owns its Headquarters House located at 1630 Latimer Street in Philadelphia. Built by and for the Dames under the leadership of Mrs. James Starr, Jr., the house has served as the Dames home since its completion in 1923. The building was designed by the Philadelphia Architectural firm Ritter and Shay. Marion Coffin, one of the first female landscape architects, was instrumental in desgining the garden which is a four seasons delight to all who use the house. Headquarters is the setting for Philadelphia Stated Meetings, the meetings of the Board of Managers and its Committees, and for the Society's Annual meeting. The archives of the Society, including lineage papers of our members, both living and deceased, are housed here as well. Headquarters is also available to the general public to rent for weddings and events.

Arch Street Meeting House is a historic wedding venue located in Old City Philadelphia. The land on which Arch Street Meeting House stands was officially deeded to the Quakers in 1701 and used as a burial ground until 1872. The building was constructed in stages from 1803-1811 when need arose of a larger Meeting House in Philadelphia. The site is still an active place of worship in addition to being used as an educational museum space, and was designated a National Historic Landmark in 2011. It is frequently rented for conferences, weddings, dinners, and graduations. The building sits on just shy of 2 acres, and our grounds include both grassy & brick spaces and lots of mature trees. The entire site exudes an overall historic charm.

The Barn was purchased in 2008 and the couple quickly went to work transforming the building which had recently been an art gallery into the premier catering facility that it has become. Located at 737 W Fort McClure Blvd in Bloomsburg, the property provides privacy and seclusion for its guests but is only a few minutes away from hotels and downtown Bloomsburg. The Barn features a huge second story deck that wraps around half the building; it provides a wonderful space for guests during the warmer months.

Bell Gate Farm is the perfect backdrop for any kind of event. I have one rule, however, there will never be more than one event per day. I firmly believe that you cannot concentrate and give supreme customer service when there are multiple activities going on the same day. When you rent Bell Gate, you are getting every nook and cranny, and that allows us to play a little bit. We can have a cocktail hour at the pool, but move dinner to the barn, and it feels like you’ve changed venue’s completely. It’s one of our greatest assets to be able to give our clients a robust and fulfilling event experience.

French Creek Golf Club offers a stunning venue for all of your special events. New world amenities meet historic decor in our versatile 3000 square foot ballroom, Terrace Room and restored 1820 bank barn. Historic Poole Forge is a 26-acre site with a preserved historic Ironmaster’s mansion, children’s playground, picnic pavilion, ball field, Nature Trail, Riparian Buffers, wildflower meadows, many beautiful gardens and a covered bridge along the Conestoga River in Eastern Lancaster County. We currently host a wide range of free public events, recreational and educational experiences. We restored our 1770’s Ironmaster’s mansion that serves as a heritage/community center and also a venue for private and public celebrations. We have also expanded our environmental and educational programs and opportunities for both children and adults while continuing our preservation of the Conestoga Creek, historic iron forge and grounds.

The Ballroom is part of the Mauch Chunk Museum and Cultural Center. Formerly the Methodist Church built in 1843, the Ballroom is the original sanctuary complete with choir loft which is often used for wedding ceremony, gift table or head table. Stainless steel kitchen available for catered food warming. Chair lift onsite for handicap access to this second floor venue. Shuttle service available with parking for 80 cars.
