Nestled on 23 acres of scenic Devon countryside, Hilltop House is a historic Main Line estate offering timeless elegance and natural beauty. Built in 1894 and thoughtfully renovated for public use in 2005, the mansion features wood-paneled interiors, sweeping verandas, and formal gardens—perfect for weddings and special events of up to 135 guests. From apple orchards to fountains and sloping meadows, every corner of Hilltop House invites celebration. Outdoor ceremonies flourish in our grand gardens, while spacious rooms ensure a seamless flow for your event. Since 2020, Perfect Setting Catering & Events has proudly managed Hilltop House. Based in nearby Berwyn, PA, their team brings over 30 years of experience and will work closely with you to design a custom menu and guide every detail of your day.

Included in this room:
Menus include china, glassware, linens, décor, serving pieces, candles, and bar setup. Staff, setup, and cleanup are included; no gratuity added. Overtime is $48/hr. We assist with planning, timelines, and vendor referrals. Liquor must be client-provided unless venue is licensed.
Room cost
Venue rates: April–Dec Fri $2975/$3500, Sat $3400/$4000, Sun $2550/$3000. Jan–Mar Fri $1275/$1500, Sat $1450/$1700, Sun $1275/$1500. Weekdays: Day $500/$750, Eve $850/$1000. Weekend rates include 5 hrs, weekdays 3 hrs. Extra time: $500/hr.

Hilltop House Devon
I would absolutely recommend Hilltop House to any couple looking to get married. They were extremely flexible, helpful, attentive, and kind. The venue is gorgeous, especially when they hung up all the lights on the back porch. We had our ceremony in the front garden which was beautiful. There is more than enough parking in the parking lot right next door, and more at the playground on the opposite side of the venue. Our wedding day was nothing less than perfect and the Hilltop House staff was a big part in making that happen.
