About this venue

Originally a cow and poultry farm, the previous owners had run the property as a winery before Rick purchased it in May of 2017. After seeing the property, its luscious landscape, and the rustic charm of the original buildings, Rick had a vision. He saw the property transformed into a modern, chic space that maintained the history and character of the original farm. More importantly, he imagined bringing others’ visions to life with a beautiful and unique setting for weddings and private events.

The Rose Barn

Built in 2018, this 6,000 square foot building is brand new and was designed specifically for wedding receptions. You’ll have more than enough space to celebrate with up to 275 guests. With 20 foot ceilings and an open floor plan, you have the opportunity to create an event that is uniquely yours.

With 20 foot ceilings and an open floor plan, you have the opportunity to create an event that is uniquely yours. Three crystal chandeliers illuminate the room and add elegance to the barn. A grand stone fireplace creates a focal point for the perfect sweetheart table. Attached is the silo that has been designed as a dramatic bar and gathering space. Overlooking the pond and the courtyard, the view is spectacular from this covered patio. You can spend a moment sitting in the rocking chairs listening to the fountain.

The Rustic Barn

I imagined the mezzanine to be a versatile space that adds functionality and beauty. It can be used for DJs or a string quartet, but the main reason I wanted to incorporate the mezzanine into the design is for amazing photo and video opportunities

The Rustic Barn incorporates elements of the original barn but with a stylish and modern twist. This barn can comfortably hold 175+ guests, for a wedding ceremony. Built on the stone foundation is a breathtaking upper level including white-washed walls, warm stained floors, and stunning chandeliers. The lower level features a custom live-edge bar that leads to a large covered patio.

Originally built in the 1880s, the lower level has been finished into a gathering space perfect for your cocktail hour. It features a live-edge bar, high-top seating, and accordion-style glass doors and windows. The front of the Rustic Barn features a grand front entrance to impress your guests from the moment they arrive. It’s also a wonderful spot for family portraits, a receiving line, or a sparkler exit!

    My husband and I had our wedding at Rosewood Farms on 12/2/23 and it was nothing short of amazing! Rosewood linked us with incredible vendors such as our wedding planner and catering company, and thought of every last detail for us. The grounds were breathtaking and set up for any type of weather. The staff was super helpful and responsive. We used their Photo Booth at our reception and loved it. We received our photos back promptly on a flash drive and well as a book with printed copies with handwritten notes from our guests. So many people ask us where we got married because of how beautiful it looked and were so proud to say it was at Rosewood Farms!

    Rosewood farms was the absolute perfect place for our wedding. It was a picture perfect day and everything went off without a hitch. The entire staff is very well synced up and worked as if it were a well rehearsed dance. If you are looking for a budget friendly venue I encourage you to stop reading now and look elsewhere, but it was money well spent in my opinion. Be aware that the venue does tend to nickel and dime you and nothing is included with your venue cost. Need more prep time? Need seat cushions? Want a signature drink off their list? In the end, I get it. They are a business, they need to pay their staff and bills but they were very non-flexible. With that being said we chose Lovely Veil for our planner and Feastivities events as out caterer and the entire night went without a hitch and I was very impressed. These three vendors work together all the time so i suggest looking at this combo if you book Rosewood.

    My (now!) husband, Matt and I, had our DREAM wedding at Rosewood this winter. From intro tour to married - the entire process was so easy and fun. Their preferred vendor list is perfect - does a lot of the upfront work for you. All of my vendors knocked it out of the park. Not to mention, how GORGEOUS is Rosewood? Beautiful and HUGE suite to get ready in with all of my girls. The guys had a blast playing pool and video games while getting ready. We had so much gush over the cocktail hour space from our guests - which is conveniently both indoor and outdoor friendly. We danced the night away during the reception. So much room for everyone to mingle. The space is a blank slate that gives you so much room to make the décor your own. The photo booth was one of the highlights for us, we loved getting all of the photos after the fact. Have your wedding at Rosewood, it's the best and easiest decision you'll make!
