I've been in the event industry since 2012, but I still cry at every wedding ceremony. It's because I do this with all of my heart and I invest everything into my client's dream celebration. I have a wild bohemian spirit, but I love high tea, ballgowns and chandeliers. My style fluctuates from preppy to punk rock. I can name 90% of the art in any major museum. I love vintage flea market finds and couture splurges. I'm a trained musician who now mostly sings lullabies to my sleepy little son.

I have been officially working as a professional wedding planner since 2017. My love of all things weddings and events began at an early age. I worked at a country club in the summers before my freshman and sophomore year of college, I worked on the food and beverage staff which included being a banquet server, and can you guess which was my favorite shift to work, you guessed it, the weddings. Once I got to the point in my life where my friends were starting to get engaged and I was a bridesmaid in their weddings, I found myself taking on extra duties and wanting to be more involved that it hit me, I need to pursue being an event planner.

Arenlace Events is a full service wedding planning boutique based out of San Diego. We started in the wedding industry in 2010 making bridal party apparel but wanted more of a connection with our couples. We jumped fully in to planning, got certified in wedding planning back in 2019. We like to say our first official year planning was 2022. Since then, we have planned and executed close to 90 weddings. The Arenlace Team started with just Michelle the owner but has since grown to 6 additional members. I’m Victoria, Lead Planner and Owner of thatBliss Weddings and that is my super hot partner in crime, Tyler. While I have completely immersed myself in the wedding industry in the past few years, it hasn’t always been like that. Before all this wedding planning fun, I was pursuing a career and Ph.D. in Clinical Neuropsychology! My BA is in Psychology and I absolutely love learning about people. I have also danced my whole life and LOVE teaching all styles. Creativity is my thing. I was the go-to for planning school events like galas, ceremonies, and fundraisers. I never realized there was a world of wedding planning that could be a career!
