Welcome. Hidden Valley was originally a tree farm that we purchased in 2017. When many older couples choose this time in life to size down, we chose to size up this beautiful 38-acre property. We have been very busy ever since making improvements. The 8000 sq foot house was way too expansive for our needs so we almost immediately converted two gorgeous mother-in-law suites into Airbnb units. They were immediately very busy. The Barn of Hidden Valley was born over time as we watched our family, our Airbnb guests, and our church family enjoys the property. We have always loved inviting others to enjoy the beauty that surrounds us every day.

Our barn is over 100 years old and we added on a new barn onto it. Together they can seat up to 200 people for a wedding reception. We have added beautiful bistro lighting so not a lot of additional decorating is needed. You have your choice of 4 different outdoor ceremony sites. A grain bin gazebo on a stamped cement pad with bistro lighting is available to be used as a ceremony site or the setting for cocktail hour / outdoor bar. The bridal party has the admissions barn to use for wedding prep and the room on the back of our new restroom building is where the groomsmen can get ready in.

We are the Boswell family. Wolf Run Acres is concept that came about after hosting our daughters weddings and struggling to find the country setting they wanted. After hosting one on this site under a tent we rented, we decided this is a beautiful setting for a wedding venue. We wanted to give our guests a beautiful dream country wedding, but design it to be more industrial and modern and less rustic than comparable venues. Our hope is to give each couple, a unique, beautiful setting while ensuring they have the wedding of their dreams. We work with each couple from the time we meet them through their day, making sure we meet all their needs and coordinating with their vendors to ensure they have as stress free and enjoyable day as possible.

Built in 1893, the remarkable venue has led the way in hosting the most elegant events. The Bushnell Building was built in three stages in 1893, 1903, and in1939. The building continues to be renovated internally to meet tenant needs. The Bushnell Building remains of the most impressive original structures to flank the city’s central square. The Barn provides round tables, chiavari chairs, black or white tablecloths, a bar area, a prep kitchen, and a bridal suite for the bride and bridesmaids to get ready the day of the event. We only rent the property once per weekend so you have access the day before and after your wedding day, allowing you to fully enjoy your wedding day celebrating

The Palazzo is a spacious, 10,000 square foot reception hall in Botkins, Ohio. The open floor plan allows for all guests to gather in the same room. The large, hardwood dance floor is visible from every guest seat in the facility. The bride and groom will be the center of attention as they are seated at the head table. During the dinner portion of the evening, the bridal party is seated on the dance floor. The outdoor patio allows for additional space to serve guests dinner for larger weddings or serves as an additional space for guests to mingle. Walt's Hitching Post is a popular restaurant and private venue space in Ft. Wright, KY, minutes from downtown Cincinnati and CVG Airport. Walt’s sets the stage for couples to host an unforgettable celebration. The building, was used as a hunting lodge for Western & Southern executives in the early 1900s before being restored in 1942 by Walt Ballanger, who made his mark in the community by serving delicious smokehouse ribs. In 1958, Bill Melton purchased and successfully ran the business for 50 years. Today, Walt’s, under new ownership since 2012, continues to welcome people with a unique equestrian theme by preserving Walt's rich history and traditions. There are many photos of the late Melton's prized thoroughbreds. Walt's also showcases original exposed log walls and a cozy stone fireplace in the main dining room. Outside, the property has colorful landscaping, Walt’s Rib Smokehouse and stunning entry doors. Walt's has 4 private dining spaces that seat from 10 to 100 guests.

We are Carli & Hamilton Dixon, artists and business owners in downtown Dayton for nearly a decade, and residents of downtown for over two decades. The Brightside is located in the 905 E. Third Street building, which was 18,000 sq. ft. filled with abandoned clothes and trash when we purchased it. But over the last 10 years, we have worked to clean it out, restore all of its services, and renovate it to become Dayton's newest music & event venue. The Elisha Morgan Mansion is a Flemish Bond brick farm mansion, built in 1817, and stands as a treasured historic landmark in the City of Fairfield. It has been determined that the house, as it presently stands, was constructed in three stages. The original Federal-style front portion, facing Ross Road, was built for Elisha Morgan in 1817. The second Greek Revival-style extension was added in 1858 by David Hueston. There is also a one-story third addition with a shed roof.
