About this venue

Arlington Acres is a historic bank barn built in the 1860's with native Ohio timber. Located on a modern functioning farm we host weddings of all shapes and sizes and have the flexibility to adjust our spaces to fit groups up to 250! In addition to hosting weddings we offer sunflowers and pumpkins to our couples to use for decor and photos. We're excited for the opportunity to be a party of your special day!

The White Pavilion

A Modern Clean White Space

This brand new space features an all white modern farmhouse look with string lights that connects to a spacious outdoor patio. It can be set up for a cocktail hour, reception or ceremony. For weddings with guest counts over 150 we recommend using this space for the reception.

The Historic Barn

A beautiful historic barn.

The historic barn is the known for its original, rustic barn wood and can be set up for a ceremony or a reception. There is also a loft space and bar area. Chandeliers and bulb string lighting add some glamour to the space and create the perfect romantic ambiance.

Lawn by Silo

A farm experience under the stars.

The lawn outside of the barn is perfect for larger receptions, ceremonies of any size and for any yard games or other activities you would like at your wedding! The space is completely customizable and backs up to a field of sunflowers.

The Patio

Our best kept secret

The patio is perfect for cocktail hour, dancing, dinner, yard games. It is attached to the white pavilion and has string lights and gorgeous farm view. This bonus space is such a fun addition for your guests to spread out and enjoy themselves.

    Arlington Acres was the perfect venue for our wedding! The communication with the team was prompt and thorough, both over email and in person. They were incredibly helpful and answered all of our questions with much reassurance, which really alleviated a lot of the stress of planning. The venue itself is stunningly beautiful, and we received so many compliments from our guests on our choice. On the day of, everything was set up exactly as we expected and ready to go, so we could just focus on enjoying the celebration. Our wedding day was nothing less than perfect! The team at Arlington Acres truly went above and beyond to make our special day unforgettable.

    Arlington Acres was what took our wedding day over the top. When choosing our wedding venue we were looking for a place that had an outdoor touch but still an intimate setting and Arlington Acres gave us the best of both worlds. The barn is absolutely stunning, the grounds are beautiful and so well kept, and not to mention Sarah is an absolute dream to work with. Sarah was always there to answer any questions I had, day or night, she was always keeping us up to date with any changes being made, and she was constantly checking in during our wedding to make sure that we were happy and satisfied! We couldn’t recommend Arlington Acres more! A beautiful place, family, and venue to have your wedding day!

    The Boltes, who own and operate Arlington Acres, are phenomenal to work with. We can’t say enough good about our experience. Not only is their venue STUNNING, but it boasts an exceptional rain plan that allows you to leave your reception space untouched and still have plenty of room for guests to mingle for cocktail hour. Arlington Acres has two beautiful suites for the bridal party to get ready in, two equally gorgeous areas to host reception events, and a naturally beautiful outdoor ceremony space. Not to mention, there are so many great locations for photos that your photographer will love! Arlington Acres provides monthly open houses for booked couples so that you can do walk throughs with family, friends, and vendors, test decor, practice walk throughs, ask questions, and even do photo sessions. Sarah even went as far as to help us schedule a private time to do our engagement shoot on their property. We also booked majority of our vendors through the recommendations made by Arlington Acres. They have built an incredibly helpful website with all kinds of tips, suggestions, and measurement info. for their spaces. We booked Arlington Acres for both the Friday before our wedding and the full day of our wedding, Saturday. This gave us an additional day for set-up and we held our rehearsal dinner at the venue Friday evening. We looked at 5 venues with Arlington Acres being the first and nothing compared to the venue itself, or the hospitality and kindness shown by the Boltes. They are as invested in making sure your special day is flawless, as you are. Our guests are still talking about how beautiful their space and property are, and they loved the photo opportunities their sunflower patch (seasonal) brought to our day. If you’re questioning booking with Arlington Acres, just do it. You won’t regret it and you’ll love working with Sarah and her husband! If we had to do it over again, we would without a doubt still choose Arlington Acres!

    I truly cannot say enough amazing things about Sarah and Arlington Acres! Everyone asked why we picked a venue “out of town” we’re from Toledo and picked a venue in Tiffin. Simply put, Sarah was amazing from the first message to our wedding night. The venue is absolutely STUNNING and the ability to use every area for something different was a big selling point for us. We got married in the fall and the colors were just amazing! Sarah was beyond helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process. You won’t regret having your wedding here!!
