About this venue

The OT Farms is available for rental on a year-round basis. Each rental and event is structured as a one of a kind experience. Offering a two day weekend package allows you sufficient time to build the event of your dreams. No event should be rushed and The OT Farms believes heavily in this concept. Through a combination of your vendors, coordinators and The OT Farms staff, we strive to make your event one for the ages.  With the typical weekend package you can begin decorating on Day 1 and hold your rehearsal with dinner that evening. On Day 2 bridal party guests may begin arriving at 9 a.m. to prepare for the big day. We believe your day should be as stress free as possible. We focus on the quality of your big day than ushering quantity in and out of our doors. We want you to take advantage of our three day rental to maximize your event potential. All rentals include tables and chairs for your ceremony and reception

Upper Barn (The Chapel) Our Upper Barn originally built in the late 1800's provides enough seating for up to 220 guests for your ceremony. You will see as you walk up the terraced bank leading up to the upper barn the magnificent architecture inside of this old barn.

    Our wedding was 9/1/24! We have nothing but amazing things to say about this venue!! Brandy and her husband were so thoughtful and kind!! Any questions we had they were there to answer!! I recommend this place to everyone !

    Brandy was The best any questions we had she was quick to answer and was so helpful the venue was beautiful and everyone had a really great time even after it was over everyone was talking bout how much fun they had! if ur looking for a rustic wedding check out this venue you will be glad u did and Darcy was amazing with the catering everyone loved you guys thank you again for everything:)

    As of this recommendation, I have only been to the OT Farms once but it left an impression. As a DJ I work at tons of venues and not all are as easy to work with as this place. The layout is perfect for a wedding, it's easy to get to, it has the rustic look with modern amenities, and the staff is a pleasure to be around. As the title says: I can't wait to get back there!

    The OT Farms for our wedding was PHENOMENAL!!! Both Brandy and Matt were extremely helpful during the planning process. Very flexible with whenever we wanted to come see the venue and check things for set up! Just had to text her and let her know we were coming. It was perfect because you can have your rehearsal dinner, wedding, and reception all in one spot for a fantastic price! It’s a beautiful place!
