About this venue
Enjoy your wedding day on our five acre historic venue, located 3 miles west of Tipp City. Our historic barn is conveniently located off of I-75. For 30 years, The Willow Tree, Miami County's original rustic barn venue has hosted weddings and receptions. Set on the grounds of an 1830 style home, the century old barn is the perfect setting to celebrate your day with friends and family. We offer tables and seating for up to 200 guest, 14 hours of venue time, and a brides room in the home with a private restroom for the bridal party.

Perfect Wedding Venue
Working with Ben at The Willow Tree was a dream come true. From our first interaction, he made my husband and I feel like a priority. He answered every call and text promptly-sometimes multiple times a day! He listened to our vision and guided us toward local vendors and how to make our ideas work with the already beautiful and impeccably kept ceremony spaces they offer. He made the process so smooth and helped us realize the wedding of our dreams! The venue is fairly priced and their customer service is second to none! I HIGHLY recommend The Willow Tree to anyone searching for an event venue. You will not be disappointed!

Ben and his wife are wonderful people. The venue was the most perfect thing my husband and I could have asked for! Ben is the most understanding person and also great to work with. Everything seemed to fall apart a couple days before the wedding, but with Ben's help he made a dream wedding come true. If I could give this place 10 stars I would! So if you're looking for the perfect venue and wonderful people hosting your big special day this is the best place to be!

Ben and The Willow Tree were a dream to work with for our wedding! From our first meeting, Ben made us feel like a priority - he was extremely responsive over email and phone with any questions or requests we had. He clearly wanted to understand our vision and style to ensure the venue was perfectly tailored to us. The day-of, Ben was on top of every last detail, checking in frequently to make sure things were going smoothly. His diligent planning and oversight were evident in how seamlessly the event flowed. The venue itself is simply gorgeous with its exposed beams, string lights, and lush greenery. We received endless compliments from guests raving about the romantic ambiance. The quality and service truly exceeded our expectations while still being fairly priced. I wholeheartedly recommend The Willow Tree to any couple searching for the perfect venue and coordinator. Ben will make your wedding dreams come true!

We were just married at the Willow tree on 8/23/24. This venue is absolutely perfect. It doesn’t take much to dress it up and make it magical because it has so much natural beauty. We planned our wedding in about 4 months start to finish and Ben was remarkable through it all. He was always available and willing to have us drop in for visuals for our ever changing ideas. He had great recommendations from vendors to just simple ideas what works and what doesn’t work so well. The onsite linen rentals and trash removal is awesome! If you are looking for an elegant place for your big day the Willow tree is it from the space itself right down to the property owners who are so kind and gracious to do whatever they can to help make your day special you can’t go wrong!!
