About this venue

We are the Boswell family. Wolf Run Acres is concept that came about after hosting our daughters weddings and struggling to find the country setting they wanted. After hosting one on this site under a tent we rented, we decided this is a beautiful setting for a wedding venue. We wanted to give our guests a beautiful dream country wedding, but design it to be more industrial and modern and less rustic than comparable venues. Our hope is to give each couple, a unique, beautiful setting while ensuring they have the wedding of their dreams. We work with each couple from the time we meet them through their day, making sure we meet all their needs and coordinating with their vendors to ensure they have as stress free and enjoyable day as possible.

THE VENUE

Unique modern feel in a beautiful country setting

Our venue can accommodate 100-130 with use of our under roof patio, adjoined by french doors that open to a picturesque outdoor patio that overlooks a river rock waterfall and dry creek, and a small fire pit area with sitting area. A glass overhead door opens to an outdoor dance area. The venue is air-conditioned and has a lovely bridal suite available for the bride and her party to arrive and get dressed and made up on site. The lounge area has a bar, fireplace with separate area for gathering and drink area. The venue has 2 indoor, air conditioned restrooms.

• Chairs & More Included: When you rent Wolf Run Acres, all tables, chairs, and white table linens are included in the reservation. • Entire Weekend Rental: Most venues only allow clients to rent for a single night at a time, forcing a rushed decorating and cleanup period. We give you the entire weekend to make the venue truly yours. • Air Conditioning: We've been to enough muggy Ohio summer weddings to know that AC is crucial to making your guests and wedding party feel comfortable. • Bridal Suite: Lovely bridal suite available for the bride and her party to unwind, get dressed and made up on-site. • Fire Pit Area: On those chilly spring or fall nights, allow your guests to relax with a cocktail around our cozy fire pit.

    my experience with Kim and Rod at wolf run acres was great!! Kim made the experience so easy, she set everything up to where i little do to on rehearsal day. fabulous venue, my guest were amazed with how nice the facility was and just the space in general.

    My Wedding Plans were Chaotic to say THE LEAST - But the Owner & Staff really jumped in with my family to help my Wedding day go smooth. They went above & beyond to help prep, decorate, set up and communicate. The amazing scenery & picture taking spots (set ups that are truly unique & romantic) are beyond what I could have expected. For the service, venue & extras you can't find a better price either. Highly recommend!!!
