About this venue

Where elegance and frugal unite. The Davis-Shai House is a historical 1861 Gothic Revival home/venue that offers classic charm that marries elegance with affordability. Our Camelot room offers large windows with natural light, a gorgeous crystal chandelier and views of the front gardens. The Fairview room has a fireplace, glass doors to join the Camelot room and doors that open to the outdoor veranda and front gardens. In-house catering or preferred caterer with a variety of menu options to select. Our menu options include plated lunches and dinner, English teas, and party packages (light hors d’oeuvres and appetizers), as well as bar service. All event rentals include: indoor tables, chairs, all table linens, centerpieces, glassware, drinks, set up and clean up, and friendly staff and volunteers. We can accommodate up to 125 seated guests inside and 350+ outside. Tent rental is available if needed. Please inquire if you are intersted in hiring our professional photographer.

The Camelot Room is graced with the homes historic features, floor to ceiling windows on two walls, a cathedral ceiling, and a beautiful chandelier that hangs from the cupola.

The Fairview Room

Offers an abundance of full ceiling to floor windows on two walls with comfortable decor and a fireplace.

The Fairview Room can accommodate up to 35 guests at banquet tables. Folding doors open to the adjacent Camelot Room and together the two rooms can hold a total of 125 guests seated at tables.
