I cannot recommend Katie and her team at Wildflower Elegant Events enough. I also want to start this review by saying that I didn't even think I needed a coordinator. My husband brought it up, and I was like "I don't think we need one, I've got all the planning down", but then he brought up all the reasons that a day of coordinator would be helpful. Let me just say - it was the best decision we ever made!!! I don't even know what I would have done without her. She was so helpful from beginning to end and was SO much more than just a "Day of" wedding coordinator, she helped throughout the months leading up to the wedding, around the time I was so overwhelmed with planning and helped me with things I would never have even thought about. Once we agreed we needed a coordinator, I had talked to/had consultations with a lot of people, and going with Katie was the best choice I made for my wedding day. She was in our budget/price range and from our first "consultation" I could just tell that she was the right choice. It felt right away that she CARED, and I wasn't going to just be a number for her. I also wanted to find someone who had experience with Jewish weddings, and although she did have some experience with less traditional Jewish weddings, I could tell that she was going to really learn and do the wedding right (ours was a fairly traditional Conservative Jewish wedding). Needless to say, my intuition was right and she learned everything she could about the traditions we wanted to honor. Leading up to the wedding, I was struggling finding a few vendors, and was extremely anxious about it, but she helped me to find a make up artist and a baker for the cake, and both ended up being AMAZING finds. She helped me finalize and curate our timeline to perfection and communicated it to all of our other vendors, and then made sure we stuck to that timeline on the day of. She gave me advice and told me about things I wouldn't have even thought about. I filled out a little intake form with what my vision was for the wedding and she made sure it came to life to perfection. She made sure all of the traditional Jewish activities we wanted were incorporated into the timeline, and made sure the day went by seamlessly. She coordinated with all the vendors to make sure everything looked and felt exactly as we had envisioned it. She also was there for me on the day of. If I had an issue or problem, a wardrobe malfunction (my dress ripped and she had a needle and thread ready to go!), was hungry or needed a drink, was frustrated because people weren't where they needed to be before the ceremony, whatever little thing it was, she was there to fix every problem if they arose. Katie was also just a great friend and hype woman throughout the whole day. She made me feel so great and beautiful, and truly was there for me from beginning to end. If you have any doubts or questions about hiring a wedding coordinator, let me just tell you that choosing Katie and Wildflower Elegant Events is choosing an option that will make your wedding planning and wedding day stress-free and PERFECT.

I have worked in the events/catering business for 18 years, first in hospitality catering and convention services then to overseeing the catering operations for a fine dining restaurant with on-site and off-site full service catering services and now for a non-profit planning large gala events, so it’s a challenge to relinquish the responsibility to someone else and feel secure that they will execute your most important day as you envision it. However, from our very first meeting, and all through the few weeks leading up to the day, Haley continued to make us feel so confident in her ability to handle every single detail of our wedding, revealing her years of experience and knowledge. In addition to being extremely organized, attentive, sharp, professional and very detail-oriented, Haley is warm, kind and has the most wonderful energy that made you forget that you hired her to do the job, and felt more like a best friend that had your back in every single aspect of your most precious day. She gave me so much peace on the day of the wedding, by sending me messages and pictures to communicate how things were going and executed the timeline of events perfectly - allowing us to be fully present and enjoy and experience the day without a single worry. Stop what you’re doing and hire Jessica for your wedding! She is incredibly organized, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. She made sure we had all of our final preparations finished on a timely schedule and she attended our final meeting with the venue to make sure everything was perfect. The timeline she created for the day was amazing, and she truly made the big day go as smooth as possible. Another great perk was the use of her wedding decoration/reception inventory. It was incredibly helpful (not to mention cost effective) to use things like picture frames, votive candles, etc instead of having to buy them. Not only did I love her, but both my family and my husband’s family had nothing but amazing things to say about working with and interacting with her during the wedding. We used Louise and Third for our daughter's wedding in Lake Tahoe. It was a three day event with many moving parts in a fairly remote location and Megan kept us on track and made the entire process smooth. Bianca and her whole team delivered (and then some) on our vision for our wedding. Bianca’s focus is design, and that was reflected in each careful presentation she brought to us for our review in the lead up to our wedding, including florals, stationary and table settings, each of which reflected exactly what we were thinking. She captured our vibe perfectly - she had clearly listened to every thought and dream we shared with her about the wedding. She also made us feel confident that our day would go off without a hitch (and it did go off without a single hitch!). She was able to quickly change course and get creative when we found out the day before that it would be too hot to hold our wedding outdoors. She re-arranged everything and was able to create a beautiful ceremony space indoors in less than 24 hours. Danny also served as our DJ for our wedding and he was incredible - our guests were dancing all night long, which is exactly what we wanted. We can’t thank Bianca and her team enough, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Desert Vibes for any future event. They were amazing!

We worked with Patty as our wedding coordinator. Patty excelled at finding vendors that met our specific guidelines and was very cost-effective, which was a big help during the planning process. However, we did have some concerns with her approach to vendor communication. She often relied on the bride to handle communication difficulties with vendors, rather than taking the lead herself. This caused some unnecessary stress. We would have liked Patty to be more hands-on in providing design ideas. Fortunately, our on-site wedding venue coordinator was fantastic and kept everything running smoothly on the day. However, we were disappointed that wedding party members were asked to handle tasks that should have been managed by Patty. Our biggest concern was that the marriage certificate was left behind. Ensuring the certificate is on-site should have been a top priority for the coordinator, either the morning of the wedding or at the rehearsal. Overall, while Patty had strengths in certain areas, there were aspects of her service that fell short of our expectations.

Additionally, I had MANY diy projects that she handled on the day effortlessly. (That was a HUGE ask of her....being our venue was quite large.) She paid attention to all of the MANY details I had from the moment we met at our venue walk-through, to our rehearsal, to our day-of. She was in constant contact with myself and on the moments that she knew would be sensitive to me (I could possibly come unglued)...she had amazing intuition to involve the groom. Rosie handled our day AMAZINGLY. She showed up early, stayed late and comforted me through the all the melt-downs! The day would not have been what it was without her. I cannot recommend her enough to coordinate the biggest day of a couple's life. WE LOVE YOU ROSIE! 3

I have waited 2.5 years to write this review and could not be more thrilled with our decision to work with Vine and Branch! Tatiana was the best investment we made into our big day, not only was she our planner but our planning bff! When we switched our wedding from California to Italy she didn’t even hesitate and jumped right into helping us pick our venue, research vendors and manage the most insane logistics I’ve ever seen! Whenever I was stressed or overwhelmed with a situation she was already working on figuring out a solution with the vendor and was ready with plan B, C and D just in case. Whenever we faced a design dilemma I would text her with the preface of “okay this might sound crazy..,” and crazy enough she was always on the same page. She was also honest with me about changing direction with certain plans if she knew something else would work better. When you live in Pinterest like I do, it was important that I had someone who gave me honest opinions and made sure the design worked together seamlessly! I have heard so many horror stories from friends about their planners not taking their budget seriously but throughout our entire time working with Tatiana she never pushed us to pick a more expensive option or made us feel bad if we had to drop something off of an invoice. She was also upfront with us from day 1 about what it would cost to create our vision. Day of the wedding she was an absolute rock star! I’ve worked in the industry and have been in charge of running events so letting go of control is hard for me but she managed everything without a hitch and I was able to be so present knowing she had everything handled! Seeing the design we have been working on for 2 years was absolutely surreal! Everything was stunning and all of our guests absolutely raved about everything! I can't say enough great things about Miranda and her team! From our first conversation, we immediately connected with her and she already felt like a friend. She quickly understood our vision for our wedding and what was important to us. She encouraged us to make it very personal and unique--she never shot down any weird ideas we might've had but also brought an experienced perspective, while also keeping us on track with all of the little details and scheduling. She was so well-organized and professional while also keeping things stress-free, light, and fun. There were no questions too big, too small, or too personal with all the drama that can come with such a big event. Miranda was easy to reach via text/email, and took the initiative to reach out and schedule check-ins when needed to make sure we stayed on track with the huge to-do list that comes with a wedding. Her vendor recommendations & other suggestions were awesome, but she also respected a couple of the areas where we found our own vendors with no questions asked. She truly helped us get every detail settled, down to the napkins and our catering order details. She took all the stress off once we got to the month of and leading up to the wedding day, confirming with our vendors so we didn't have to worry about it whatsoever. Our wedding day went seamlessly thanks to her--it sounds cliche but it was the most fun and beautiful day ever and we were able to really enjoy it thanks to Miranda. Calmerin was the best investment we made for our wedding, hands down!!! Glennie and Ashton were incredible from the start to finish. We knew from the very first phone call that they were going to 100% on top of it, and we were right! The organization and detail of this team is top-notch. We hired them for Jade Package, which is similar to day-of-coordination (which is really more month-of), and was super important given our majority DIY wedding with 170 guests. Plus, Glennie and Ashton were such lovely, kind, and genuine people!! While the bulk of the details and communication was in the month leading up to our wedding, we had access to all of the planning docs as soon as we sent our deposit. The planning docs are AMAZING and so detailed, making us feel like we could transfer all of our knowledge/plans/thoughts to them. This was really important for us since we were doing the majority of the planning, and they executed phenomenally. We were also able to ask them for questions, such as a DJ recommendation. Glennie and Ashton were fantastic during the thorough venue walk-through, video calls, rehearsal with our wedding party, and on the day-of. We were able to drop off all of our wedding stuff (2 SUVs full) the morning of with set-up directions, and we showed up and it looked better than we had imagined/planned for! The tight set-up window from our venue was stressful, but Glennie and Ashton made sure everything was ready to go. They were so great at communicating with our vendors (we got many compliments!) They only texted us 1 small question the day-of, knowing that we were stressed and busy. They were AMAZING throughout the whole night, making sure we were on schedule and that we had everything we needed. We could go on and on about how amazing the team was and how happy we are that we worked with them. Best decision, book them before their calendars fill!
