As the MOB (mother of the bride) I knew I wanted my daughter’s wedding to be a day that we all enjoyed thoroughly. I didn’t want to worry about the little details on the big day and that is exactly what Katie did for us. From helping us select the table linens, setting up the tables on the day of, to working with all of the vendors and packing everything at the end of the evening. Katie checked in with me throughout the evening to see if I needed anything. All in all, the whole day was stress free and was perfect and Katie made sure of that. She is so easy to work with and is organized. I can’t say enough about Katie and her business. Very professional, thorough and a joy to work with.

I was referred by Jay from the DJay company when I asked him if I should get a day of coordinator for my wedding and he said if I could afford it, absolutely. Megan has been an absolute life saver during our wedding process. We had multiple meetings over the phone discussing the day of timeline process, any questions I had, any suggestions or ideas she had, etc. We met the week before the wedding to do a final walk through and go over the day of timeline which helped ease a lot of our anxiety about where things would go and how things would flow together. Megan was there the day before our wedding for our rehearsal dinner & she picked up all of our wedding decor to take to our venue the next day. The day of the wedding, she was there literally from beginning to end. She was so kind and helpful, assisted in areas we couldn’t, set up our decor beautifully, helped our vendors set up and show them where they’re supposed to go, she helped set up our tables beautifully! When it was time for our cocktail hour pictures she met us outside with food and drinks knowing the bride and groom do not eat much during the wedding day. When we sat down at our sweetheart table, we had our dinner plates stacked with food sitting there waiting for us with water and drinks. She went above and beyond for us and we are forever grateful we could save the money and afford to hire her for our wedding. It made all of the difference. At the end of the night she packed everything up for us and signed off on the venue paperwork that we were down and cleaned up. Aside from Megan being super helpful, she has such a great personality and flowed well with our crazy family. Thank you Megan for all of your help and hard work, our day could not have been as beautiful and PERFECT (not one thing went wrong) without you!! You’re the best!

I want to thank Mandy , Doris and their team for all their hard work over the past few months. I cannot have such an amazing wedding without their help. They delivered beyond my expectation on every single detail. When I was looking for planners/coordinators, Mandy and Doris explained to all my lengthy questions patiently and timely. I know I am a picky person. ;) They made the conversation very warm from the beginning, I could feel they put all their hearts into it , they are trying to help a friend of them, instead of just a client. I also had questions if it really worth to hire wedding planner or should I just DIY since I have time. YES, it worth every ! During our planning process to the end of the wedding. I realize Mandy can quickly get what we want for our wedding, and communicate with vendors more efficiently more accurately using their wedding professional languages. :) this will avoid a lot of unnecessary back and forth discussion, and most importantly, to avoid any miscommunication. We didn’t choose the usual wedding venues. I didn’t realize this later add a lot of extra work for them to plan for the logistics, to coordinate and to execute the plan. But they made it! Every single detail… I cannot love more I was joking this with my friends— while my husband was tied up on his job, I felt I was marrying Mandy and Doris , I felt they were holding my hands, gave me more support and made me relaxed when we need to make 1000 decisions on the wedding details within 2 months. The wedding day has been unbelievably smooth!!! I have been to many weddings and I told myself, if anything happens, it is okay! If we run late for something, it is okay! But my concern was unnecessary, my day has been so smooth so relaxed!!! This cannot be achieved without Doris and her coordination team. Even my other vendors who worked with Doris first time, told me “your coordination is the best I have worked with. They are very detail oriented, very accurate, very easy to work with.” I am so happy I chose Amormagic for my big day and you completely beat our expectations!! We cannot thank you enough!!.

I was almost not going to choose Ingrid as a wedding coordinator and that would have been one of my biggest regrets as a bride for my wedding. I actually had already put a small deposit down for another wedding coordinator, but once I met Ingrid, she stole my heart. She was my calm to my storm, my ying to my yang, my Robin to my Batman…etc Ingrid is not only an amazing wedding coordinator, but she is also an amazing wedding officiant. She took our love story and crazy ceremony ideas (such as taking a shot with us along with our guests before we sealed the deal or taping our ring box underneath one of the chairs for a surprise ring bearer) and created the ceremony of our dreams. To hear from multiple guests that it was the best ceremony they attended was the best compliment we could receive because the ceremony is the most important part of a wedding. It was my favorite part of my wedding. Then she can amazingly switch gears from officiant to wedding coordinator and rock that too. She can do it all (literally). I always have other couples tell us that their wedding day goes by very fast and they didn’t really get to enjoy all the little things. However, my husband and I felt like our special day did not go by so fast and we most definitely got to enjoy the little things mainly because Ingrid took care of everything behind the scenes that no one sees. She created an amazing timeline for us, took charge of our vendors, made sure we were right on schedule with everything, was super communicative along the way… the list goes on and on. She is everything you would want in a wedding coordinator. I am very sad I won’t get to work with her anymore unless I get married again lol, but I would recommend her to anyone I know and hopefully get to see her in action again.

Shannon and her team helped us execute the wedding of our dreams. I was quite stressed when it came to the wedding planning process and didn't even know where to start half of the time. I have waited 2.5 years to write this review and could not be more thrilled with our decision to work with Vine and Branch! Tatiana was the best investment we made into our big day, not only was she our planner but our planning bff! When we switched our wedding from California to Italy she didn’t even hesitate and jumped right into helping us pick our venue, research vendors and manage the most insane logistics I’ve ever seen! Whenever I was stressed or overwhelmed with a situation she was already working on figuring out a solution with the vendor and was ready with plan B, C and D just in case. Whenever we faced a design dilemma I would text her with the preface of “okay this might sound crazy..,” and crazy enough she was always on the same page. She was also honest with me about changing direction with certain plans if she knew something else would work better. When you live in Pinterest like I do, it was important that I had someone who gave me honest opinions and made sure the design worked together seamlessly! I have heard so many horror stories from friends about their planners not taking their budget seriously but throughout our entire time working with Tatiana she never pushed us to pick a more expensive option or made us feel bad if we had to drop something off of an invoice. She was also upfront with us from day 1 about what it would cost to create our vision. Day of the wedding she was an absolute rock star! I’ve worked in the industry and have been in charge of running events so letting go of control is hard for me but she managed everything without a hitch and I was able to be so present knowing she had everything handled! Seeing the design we have been working on for 2 years was absolutely surreal! Everything was stunning and all of our guests absolutely raved about everything! Teyanna was absolutely everything and more! I hired her for day of coordination, decor and florals. She exceeded my expectations. We had a South Asian Muslim wedding. She took the time to listen and understand my culture, wishes and vision. She was extremely realistic and reminded me of my budget and what I could do vs not do. I’m a project manager and extremely Type A. It’s hard to impress me, but she was not only able to impress me but was a step ahead. She and I worked on a timeline and had multiple versions to make sure everything was accounted for. She started advising me several months ahead of my wedding. I’m so grateful for her, it’s so important to have someone day of. If you’re gonna spend tens of thousands of dollars on a wedding HIRE TEYANNA so you can enjoy the day you spent so much time and money on. Hiring her is the best thing we did for our wedding. Not only did we have the wedding of our dreams, but we walked away with a lifelong friend. I have worked in event planning for a few years now. For weddings in particular, I have always worked on the vendor management side of things. When my vendors constantly asked why I wasn't a coordinator myself, I realized that I hadn't even considered it.

To say that B is a miracle worker and a blessing is an understatement. A little background: Like many brides, I thought I could do this all on my own. However, 3 months until our wedding, I finally came to understand that I need help, and I am so lucky to have found B (or more like so lucky she never gave up in reaching out to me). My one regret is that I did not go to her sooner. If you want a wedding planner who is hard working, zero-nonsense, extremely organized, and will make you feel like their #1, B is for you. I told her when getting started that I need someone who will hand my hand as if I am a 12 yo during this whole process, and she did it. She relieved so much of my stress, was an amazing soundboard during this whole process, was my #1 advocate. She knew when to give me the "I gotchu" to the "I am going to be real with you..." I did not think I would be able to enjoy my wedding as the bride, but B made it a priority that my husband and I, as well as our entire family and all of our guests, enjoy this special day. I am so happy to say, that she did it. Everyone, including myself, had an amazing, smooth wedding day, and it was all thanks to her. I cannot vouch for B enough. Yes, she really is the best thing ever. Yes, she is really that affordable (despite all of us telling her she is under-charging). And yes, I still wish I could hire her as my life coach. Ladies (and gents): If you are looking for a wedding planner, I cannot emphasize my absolute adoration and love for this woman. She pulled off miracle in my eyes.

There are a great many things I can say about how absolutely amazing Koral is, and I will. But first and foremost I need to say this: hire this woman! We booked Koral & Ko for a “month of,” coordination package. We already had most of our things booked (venue, vendors, etc.) but we wanted someone to help us make it over the finish line. Most of our anxiety stemmed from small details, little decisions and doubt in our ability to corral all of our friends and family. Koral, made all of that anxiety evaporate. She knew all the right questions to ask to ensure we were all aligned when it came to the details. Prior to when Koral’s contract actually began, she would still checked in and even provided us with check lists to ensure we were on track with all of our planning. When something we wanted to figure out was too complicated for us to do on our own, we were able to utilize our Planning Calls that were part of our package. It was incredibly helpful to use her as a sounding board when it came to ideas and timelines! We didn’t realize how many little details and questions come up or how many people reach out once you approach the actual wedding date. Koral took on all of our vendor communication and timeline coordination to iron out any wrinkles. All of our vendors told us how much they loved how organized and prompt she was! When it came to our wedding day, my husband and I can honestly say we felt like guests. Koral and her team handled absolutely everything. There was a moment where a dark shade of lipstick was smeared across my dress and she pulled out a tide to go pen and cleaned it up before my grand entrance! She also procured a sewing kit when a groomsman lost a button on his tuxedo! And when we needed to find a family member or friend for a picture, she was able to track them down with the efficiency of a bloodhound. We did not feel at all rushed at any point on the day. Our vendors were genuinely shocked at the fact we were consistently ahead of schedule because everything was so seamless. The timeline Koral created was intuitive and well thought out. The day was orchestrated so beautifully that my husband and I forgot we helped planned this day too! Seeing our vision executed by Koral’s team was simply beautiful. Our wedding was kid friendly and we wanted to add a kid’s specific area for our wedding. We were able to add a design package with Koral because we had no idea what to do! Koral and her team create a mocked up design of a children’s play area and executed it perfectly! All of our guests with kids loved the idea! My husband and I even forgot there were kids at our wedding! Overall, Koral’s professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine passion for what she does created a magical day for my husband and I. We wholeheartedly recommend Koral & Ko to anyone in need of exceptional wedding coordination services. Thank you, Koral, for making our special day absolutely perfect!

She captured our vibe perfectly - she had clearly listened to every thought and dream we shared with her about the wedding. She also made us feel confident that our day would go off without a hitch (and it did go off without a single hitch!). She was able to quickly change course and get creative when we found out the day before that it would be too hot to hold our wedding outdoors. She re-arranged everything and was able to create a beautiful ceremony space indoors in less than 24 hours. Danny also served as our DJ for our wedding and he was incredible - our guests were dancing all night long, which is exactly what we wanted. We can’t thank Bianca and her team enough, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Desert Vibes for any future event. They were amazing!

We worked with Patty as our wedding coordinator. Patty excelled at finding vendors that met our specific guidelines and was very cost-effective, which was a big help during the planning process. However, we did have some concerns with her approach to vendor communication. She often relied on the bride to handle communication difficulties with vendors, rather than taking the lead herself. This caused some unnecessary stress. We would have liked Patty to be more hands-on in providing design ideas. Fortunately, our on-site wedding venue coordinator was fantastic and kept everything running smoothly on the day. However, we were disappointed that wedding party members were asked to handle tasks that should have been managed by Patty. Our biggest concern was that the marriage certificate was left behind. Ensuring the certificate is on-site should have been a top priority for the coordinator, either the morning of the wedding or at the rehearsal. Overall, while Patty had strengths in certain areas, there were aspects of her service that fell short of our expectations.

I truly can’t say enough amazing things about Carissa and her team at Positively Charming Weddings. She was the very first vendor I hired for my wedding, a year and a half in advance. Within the first 2 minutes of chatting with Carissa the first time, I knew we were the perfect match. She is incredibly organized, compassionate, an amazing listener, and isn’t afraid to take the lead and make decisions when necessary. She is thoughtful, calm, has a wealth of wedding industry knowledge and was able to provide personalized suggestions based on my preferences at every turn. To be honest, I was originally super nervous and anxious to hire a wedding planner, as I am a very type A person because of my job as a programs and event planner. But Carissa exceeded all expectations and truly was able to allow me to relax and enjoy my wedding weekend without a worry in the world. She was a problem solver every step of the way. For example, she offered to manually fixed my seating chart the day before the wedding and found a print shop willingly to print very specific last minute signage (both things that were my fault that they were delayed/wrong). She kept not only me, but my husband and both families on track leading up to the wedding, provided monthly checklists, was available via phone and email for my questions, and even provided bridal party itineraries the weekend of. We chose to hire Carolina Becerra to be our wedding planner for our destination wedding in Mexico because she is fluent in Spanish (and English). A great planner, she organized every small detail for our wedding, which included two day trips for our guests, a dress rehearsal dinner, and day-of the wedding planning. She also made sure to communicate with us every step of the way so we were always on the same page. Stephanie is a life saving wedding fairy. We chose a venue that was a public park and 100% raw space. We put in a ton of work to build a beautiful wedding, but there is no way we could have executed it without Stephanie. She considers every single detail to ensure day of is as smooth as possible. We felt so taken care of during the planning process. About a month before the wedding, she really kicked into gear and was available night and day for any question and really made us feel at ease. Day of she was a dream to work with. Did everything go according to plan? No, but we really didn’t’ notice because Stephanie’s whole goal was to ensure we had the “best day ever” and we totally did. She went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy. She even drove our uhaul back to our house at the end of the night. Working with paige the day of was super simple. She took care of making sure everyone was doing what needed to be done.
