We hired Serenity Weddings for our wedding last year, and it was the best decision we made for the day. We opted for the month-of package. We knew that we wanted to design our wedding ourselves to make it unique to our love story, but that we didn't have time the month of the wedding to add all of the last minute coordinating between the vendors to our workload. Desiree met with us mid-planning process to do a walk-through of the venue and get an idea of what we had planned for our day. She gave tons of helpful tips and truly made sure that she understood our vision. The month of the wedding she coordinated between all the vendors to make sure that everything was covered. Thank goodness! Turns out we forgot to order bathrooms since we were at a house, even though we didn't want people going into the home. She saved the day and made sure that we got an extra generator from the rental company to supply the power. On the day of the wedding she arrived ahead of the first vendor and made sure that everything was perfect. And if it wasn't, we never knew! All of our family and friends got to enjoy our wedding with us, without having to worry about how everything was going, all thanks to Serenity Weddings. I also worked with Desiree for my bridal styling, choosing the Final Touches package. Finding my dress was easy, but the endless choices for everything else was daunting. She helped me choose the perfect hairstyle and makeup combo for my enchanted look, and the accessories she chose were just the right touch.

I’m not even sure where to begin to describe how amazing Events by McKenna is at what they do!! McKenna is the most kind, helpful, and enthusiastic person to assist you during such an important time in your life. She made sure everything went perfectly on our wedding day and every day leading up to it! When we first started our wedding planning journey, we only knew where we wanted to have it, and due to the venue location not regularly being used for weddings, we needed to outsource vendors for everything. That's where McKenna came in and helped us out by hand-picking every vendor that she knew would provide the exact things we were looking for. From catering, florals, furniture rentals, DJ, and all the little details, she knew who would be perfect for the job and she was right about every single one! Every time we had a question or a crazy idea, she had an answer right away and she would do everything she could to make it happen. One thing that we were really hoping for was getting a disco ball above our dance floor, but since we were outdoors, it wasn’t looking promising. McKenna was the one who made sure that we got our disco ball, and it was absolutely perfect! That’s just one example of the many ways McKenna ensured our dream wedding would become a reality. I have worked in event planning for a few years now. For weddings in particular, I have always worked on the vendor management side of things. When my vendors constantly asked why I wasn't a coordinator myself, I realized that I hadn't even considered it.

To say that B is a miracle worker and a blessing is an understatement. A little background: Like many brides, I thought I could do this all on my own. However, 3 months until our wedding, I finally came to understand that I need help, and I am so lucky to have found B (or more like so lucky she never gave up in reaching out to me). My one regret is that I did not go to her sooner. If you want a wedding planner who is hard working, zero-nonsense, extremely organized, and will make you feel like their #1, B is for you. I told her when getting started that I need someone who will hand my hand as if I am a 12 yo during this whole process, and she did it. She relieved so much of my stress, was an amazing soundboard during this whole process, was my #1 advocate. She knew when to give me the "I gotchu" to the "I am going to be real with you..." I did not think I would be able to enjoy my wedding as the bride, but B made it a priority that my husband and I, as well as our entire family and all of our guests, enjoy this special day. I am so happy to say, that she did it. Everyone, including myself, had an amazing, smooth wedding day, and it was all thanks to her. I cannot vouch for B enough. Yes, she really is the best thing ever. Yes, she is really that affordable (despite all of us telling her she is under-charging). And yes, I still wish I could hire her as my life coach. Ladies (and gents): If you are looking for a wedding planner, I cannot emphasize my absolute adoration and love for this woman. She pulled off miracle in my eyes.

I have to agree with every one of these 5-star reviews for Kari and Feathered Arrow! My husband and I talked to several planners before signing with Kari and it's by far the best decision we made for our day. With two very different ceremonies in one day, in one venue, with almost two hundred guests several other vendors and their teams, there was a *lot* to coordinate. Kari was at the center ensuring everything went as smoothly as possible. We had monthly scheduled check-ins with her to discuss progress as we neared the wedding day and I never felt rushed or stressed. With our particular venue, we needed to bring in everything from outside vendors - lunch, dinner, snacks, cakes, drinks, stage, flowers, chairs, every plate, fork, and cup. It was a huge effort to coordinate everything and Kari made things seamless and smooth every step of the way. After hearing of so many wedding difficulties from friends, I asked that my husband and I, and our families, be able to enjoy the day without being the ones to be contacted with any hiccups and we were able to do so throughout the whole wedding. Partnering with Kari was by far the best decision we made for ourselves when it came to our wedding. I recommend her to every single couple thinking about holding a wedding. They also gave us invaluable advice before the wedding which we followed and it helped to keep us very organized on our end. The decor took our breath away. We aren't design experts and just had a general idea of what we liked. Also owing to our busy schedules which left us little time to participate in the design process, we let Natalie run freely with the concepts she came up with and would tell any other couple to do the same! You won't regret it! I might be something of a designer's nightmare: a bride who doesn't always know what she wants and doesn't have time to plan anything but has high standards about whatever it is. I secretly feared that my wedding would never live up to what I hoped but when we stepped into our ceremony and reception, our jaws were on the floor the whole time. We could not believe this was our wedding because ohhhh my godd. It's like Natalie knew exactly what we wanted without us even knowing it ourselves. The fact that she designed and planned this for us while based in a different city the whole time makes it all the more impressive to me. Last of all, I want to add how grateful I am that Natalie always made sure that both my husband and I felt equally included in decisions. Many vendors treat the bride as if she is the only one whose opinion matters and while maybe this is traditional in the industry, I could tell that he felt left out sometimes. So I want to thank Natalie for always treating it like it was OUR wedding and not just mine because it meant a lot to my husband.

We chose to hire Carolina Becerra to be our wedding planner for our destination wedding in Mexico because she is fluent in Spanish (and English). A great planner, she organized every small detail for our wedding, which included two day trips for our guests, a dress rehearsal dinner, and day-of the wedding planning. She also made sure to communicate with us every step of the way so we were always on the same page. I was on the fence about a coordinator but since I only had 4 months to plan I knew I needed some help. Agnes was absolutely amazing. She responded to me at 11pm when I was overthinking a floor plan, was extremely responsive via text and email every time I reached out. I am very detail oriented and thank god she is exactly the same. Everything from the timeline to the floor plan to the set up list was meticulously put together. Day of Agnes couldn't be there so my day of coordinator was Brenda who was absolutely amazing. There was one snafu with a rental company that did not deliver on time and Brenda snapped into action. Even Agnes who was at a different event put time and effort into helping find a solution from a far. I literally didn't think of anything on the day of my wedding except having fun which is exactly how it should be. She helped us plan our Sangeet, wedding and reception at different venues with different vendors and requirements. While our venue wasn’t the easiest, Vanessa worked hard to ensure logistics ran smoothly and we had everything covered ahead of time. She met with vendors for us onsite to do a walk through with them. On the day of our wedding, she ensured the setup and breakdown went smoothly, which was no easy feat given the size and scope of our event.
