As exciting as it is being engaged and planning your wedding, it can definitely be overwhelming and very stressful and Cheers Event Company is ready to help you! We would be honored to work with you on designing and executing the wedding of your dreams. We will help you with every detail of your special day from budget to vendors to logistics.

Description | Are you stressing out thinking about the planning process or simply don’t have the time? This package will allow us to handle every detail from start to finish. We’ll listen to what you want and create a game plan around that. We’ll establish a budget, check availability of venues and vendors, assist you in choosing your dream team of wedding pros, schedule and attend meetings with you, review vendor contracts, and much more. | Hotel accommodation, flight, car and food per diem are all separate expenses from pricing. Pricing depends on where the destination wedding will be and what services I will be doing: full planning, partial planning or coordinating. | Are you somewhat planned, but not sure where to go from here? Or just want someone to come in and handle the final details going forward? Look no further! We will step in 6-9 months out and take over the any final details. We will work together to make sure your vision comes to life how you have always imagined it. | This package is for the hands-on couple who have all the planning and vendors booked, but needs someone to manage the wedding day and execute all of the details. We’ll coordinate all the logistics of your day and ensure that every detail is set up exactly how you envisioned it. Best decision ever!
Our wedding weekend in Santa Barbara was truly perfect and I give SO much credit to Alexis and her team for making that happen. She helped to plan our welcome party event the night before our wedding and the wedding itself, and every single thing went off without a hitch. Alexis is incredibly hard working, reliable, professional, easy going and deeply committed to making sure your event is exactly what you want. I cannot recommend her enough and will be forever grateful to her for making our wedding the experience that it was.
Amazing coordinator and easy to work with.
We have done several of events with Alexis and her team. She is always easy to work with and truly cares for her clients wants and needs. Her attention to detail is amazing. Goes above and beyond for her clients and vendors. Always makes sure we are taken care of before and during the event. Her team is very helpful, nice , and easy going.
