As exciting as it is being engaged and planning your wedding, it can definitely be overwhelming and very stressful and Cheers Event Company is ready to help you! We would be honored to work with you on designing and executing the wedding of your dreams. We will help you with every detail of your special day from budget to vendors to logistics.

Description

Are you stressing out thinking about the planning process or simply don’t have the time? This package will allow us to handle every detail from start to finish. We’ll listen to what you want and create a game plan around that. We’ll establish a budget, check availability of venues and vendors, assist you in choosing your dream team of wedding pros, schedule and attend meetings with you, review vendor contracts, and much more.

Hotel accommodation, flight, car and food per diem are all separate expenses from pricing. Pricing depends on where the destination wedding will be and what services I will be doing: full planning, partial planning or coordinating.

Are you somewhat planned, but not sure where to go from here? Or just want someone to come in and handle the final details going forward? Look no further! We will step in 6-9 months out and take over the any final details. We will work together to make sure your vision comes to life how you have always imagined it.

This package is for the hands-on couple who have all the planning and vendors booked, but needs someone to manage the wedding day and execute all of the details. We’ll coordinate all the logistics of your day and ensure that every detail is set up exactly how you envisioned it. We’ll offer guidance, fine tune last-minute details, handle any concerns that may arise, and create a custom timeline for you and vendors to follow.

    We used Cheers Event Company for our son’s baby shower and it was the best experience ever. Alexis took care of every little detail and was so meticulous in getting things just the way we wanted them. My husband and I were both working full-time at the time so it was such a saving grace to have somebody do the planning and decorating and coordinate all the vendors. Plus Alexis is just so sweet and fun to work with. Highly recommend this company for any event you have planned!

    Alexis’ Cheers Event Company is one of the greatest coordinator and planning services we ever encountered. She made us feel comfortable that we didn’t have to worry about anything the day of the wedding. We ended up doing the Month of Coordination, and even though that left most of the planning and creation up to us; Alexis was always a phone call away if we ever needed advice or referrals. The day of the wedding, she made our vision come to life and it was nice that she took control of contacting vendors for delivery and coordination. We would definitely hire Alexis and her crew again for other events in our lives. Thank you for making our vision come to life!

    I met with Alexis very early on into wedding planning. Although we hired her to be a month-of coordinator, she was always available for questions and for any recommendations. She helped us find our amazing florist and advised us on ways that we could stick to our budget without compromising our dream wedding. She helped us answer and figure out all insurance-related questions and was able to contact and organize all of our vendors so that on the day of the wedding, we didn't have to handle or stress about a thing. I am very grateful to Cheers for helping us organize our wedding and ensuring that we enjoyed every last minute of it.
