Our services include planning, site tours, vendor meetings, details meeting, unlimited text, calls and email communication. We build a custom timeline and connect with all of your chosen vendors to have a seamless day. We are available to be with you from day one of planning to rehearsal. Day of your event: You get to be the guest of honor while we handle the rest! While you’re getting ready, we are setting out final details, while welcoming and directing all vendors so that everyone is on the same page.

    Jessica and Amber were recommended to us by our friends who used their service for their wedding the year before our wedding. Our first phone call with them showed that their work style was ideal for our wedding service needs -- they were extremely knowledgeable, organized, supportive, and flexible. While we used their Day of Coordinator services, they were always accessible to us, very attentive, and routinely checked in with us leading up to our wedding day. Both Jessica and Amber accompanied us to our final venue walk-through, directed our wedding ceremony rehearsal, helped us finalize our wedding day timeline, and contacted all of our vendors to discuss the final timeline and logistics. Two weeks before our wedding, we completed their inventory list for decoration which was extremely helpful in keeping everything organized and preparing our decorations ahead of time. On our wedding day, they were exceptional! Jessica and Amber went above and beyond to make sure that our wedding ran smoothly. They made sure to follow our wedding day vision, kept us on track, organized and communicated with all the vendors, and took all the stress away from us. My husband and I agree that our wedding day was beautiful, fun, and a stress-free experience, and this was all thanks to Jessica and Amber. Many of our family members, wedding party, and guests also commented on how great our coordinators were. We 100% recommend Perfect Pair Events LLC services to everyone.
