My name is Tonimari Gemeniano and people are my passion. I've always loved planning events, weddings being my favorite. I am very fulfilled at helping others through the planning process, especially in alleviating the stresses of planning. Even more so, I am driven to ensure the vision they have for one of the most important days of their lives, comes into fruition. It is always an honor, privilege, and joy to be a part of your wedding day!

What makes me different from other planners? I will treat your wedding as if it were my own. It is my goal to bring your vision to life and to be by your side every step of the way. I also aim to build a healthy relationship with my clients based on trust, and compatibility. I want all my clients to feel confident in the hands of GEM Events.

Description

When you opt for Full Service Planning with GEM Events, you get a coordinator is with you beginning to end. I will assist you with all your needs from venue selection, vendor booking, design expertise, timeline creation, communication to appropriate wedding parties, ceremony rehearsal, day of coordination, and so much more. Every couple is different, and I am here to be able to meet your needs.

If you opt for Partial Planning with Gem Events, you will have a coordinator that helps fill in the blanks for you. You would have already found some vendors and will complete some wedding planning tasks. I will step in to assist you in completing the rest in whatever you need. Additionally, I will provide you with timeline creation, ceremony rehearsal, day of coordination, and more.

If you opt for Elopement or Microwedding with Gem Events, you will have a coordinator to provide full service or only day of coordination. Every elopement or microwedding is different, so I will connect with you to determine your specific needs and expectations to bring your dream day to life.

If you opt for Day of Coordination with Gem Events, you will have a coordinator assist on the day of to ensure your vision has come to life. Prior to that day, I will connect with you a few months out to gather all the vendors information you've selected, gain an understanding of your decorative expectations, and will ensure that what you have planned will run smoothly on your special day.

    Working with Tonimari was great! She was a gem to work with! See what I did there? She was the calming force of the chaotic, stressful process called wedding planning. She coordinated our wedding through multiple meetings— asking the right questions which helped us through details we did not even think of; sending us lists which helped us become more organized; collecting all our thoughts and ideas, then organizing it to fruition, and many more! She made sure everything was smooth sailing and seamless, especially on the day of the wedding. Because on this day I could not think of anything more but walking down that aisle. She checked and double checked if the schedule was followed, if the checklists were done correctly, and best of all, she calmed down not just my and the groom’s nerves but also the whole entourage’s! I could not ask for a better coordinator/planner to work with. Thank you Tonimari and team for making our wedding absolutely perfect in our eyes and hearts.

    We cannot thank GEM Events enough for making our special day absolutely perfect. From the moment we met, we knew we were in good hands, but what they delivered went beyond our expectations. We had various video meetings with Tonimari to ensure we were in alignment of expectations as well as a venue walkthrough to explain our vision. Everything, including the day-of timeline, was neatly organized in a shared spreadsheet that we could easily refer back to or clarify any questions. On the day of our wedding, Tonimari flawlessly executed every detail, ensuring that everything ran smoothly and according to plan. From before the wedding ceremony up until the end of the reception, she was helpful and communicative to not only us but our complete wedding party. From coordinating vendors to managing last-minute hiccups, she handled everything well, allowing us to truly relax and enjoy our day. One of the highlights of working with Tonimari and GEM Events was their incredible talent for decorating our reception venue. With just a few conversations and a last minute decoration handoff, they understood our vision perfectly and brought it to life.     "It was a pleasure working with Toni! She is such a sweetheart and treated me like a friend. She went above and beyond what I was looking for. Toni was very organized and had a lot of different ideas and suggestions to fill the missing pieces when I felt lost. At the start of my wedding planning process, I was very overwhelmed but Toni’s monthly meetings made things run smoothly. Toni went beyond my expectations of my vision board for my decorations.
