The “hall” is the original music ballroom of the 1893 Cyrus Curtis estate, "Lyndon". The capacity for dining and dancing is 200. Our restaurant can seat 80 or host a standing cocktail reception for 150. FringeArts can accommodate up to 200 guests for a seated dinner in their space. The two spaces are separated by a moveable air wall. We can host a ceremony and cocktail hour in the restaurant and in Haas Biergarten right outside, and then open the wall to reveal a dining room space in the FringeArts theater. After dinner, head back out to the main bar and hit up the dance floor, or head outside to Haas Biergarten. The relationship with our partner farmers at Double Brook Farm in Hopewell is the cornerstone of our menu development. Additional proteins, vegetables and grains come from local area farms and specialty growers. Once here, guests will dine in the thoughtfully renovated original 1800’s farmhouse of the Double Brook land, which sits adjacent to the fields on which many of the animals have pastured. Events at Brick Farm Tavern are meant to highlight the best ingredients of our region with unique themes and experiences.
