About this venue

Our venue is a historic goggle factory converted into a modern art center. We’ve been hosting weddings since opening in 2005 and we love to see a couple’s dream come to life in our spaces. From a dreamy ceremony, to an unforgettable reception, we have a combination of studios and galleries to suit the day you’ve been envisioning. We can’t wait to work with you!

Studio 238

Loft-style open air studio with beautiful lighting

Studio 238 offers a modern, industrial backdrop for your event; including abundant natural light, hardwood floors, and exposed brick walls, as well as recently installed shades. At 4,473 square feet, it is our largest event space and can accommodate 215 people seated at tables, or 275 people seated theater-style. The space includes outdoor market-style lights on dimmers to help you create that special ambiance and access to an adjacent warming kitchen.

    My partner and I got married at Goggleworks in May of 2024 and we could not have asked for a better venue. Between the thoroughness of Margaret's communication, to the versatility of the venue itself, and all of the steps that go into making a wedding a breeze - they have it all. We wanted to have a slightly untraditional food situation at our wedding, bringing multiple restaurants together to have a mixed menu and this space accommodated that perfectly. With no required food vendor, you have the ability to get really creative in this space. And when I say that the staff were incredible to work with, I mean all of them! Margaret was fantastic with all pre-wedding planning. We were able to rent the spaces for the day before to load everything in and lighten our day-of wedding load. Margaret was there waiting for us at the loading dock, and there to close up when we left - she is the calming and helpful presence that you want on your wedding day. We were also able to leave our things in the space until the day after the wedding, making clean up much easier on us. In addition to Margaret, her team is stellar, the housekeeping staff are incredibly generous with their time, and the desk staff were there to point our guests everywhere they needed to go. All around a great organization to work with. If I were to do it over, I would choose Goggleworks every time!

    My partner and I can’t express enough how much we absolutely loved having Goggleworks as our wedding venue! We met during college in our art program, so being able to have our wedding day in an arts building surrounded by beautiful artwork was so special. Goggleworks was one of the first places I happened upon while browsing venues in the area and I knew it was the one right away. Margaret was an absolute dream to work with and took all of the stress out of wedding planning - she was always quick to answer any questions we had and was consistently so helpful and kind up to the day. The space at Goggleworks is so very exceptional and unique (we chose room 238 for our full event - the market lights and exposed brick are positively dreamy!), the perfect size for our smaller wedding (we had around 50 guests attend), and very affordable! We were also able to set up the day before which was perfect. Our guests absolutely loved the venue and could not stop raving about it - we loved that everyone was able to walk around the center in between our ceremony and reception to view the art exhibits. One attendee said it was the first time they’d purchased a souvenir at a wedding (referring to the gift shop!) This is truly a hidden beautiful gem of a venue - we wish we could do it all over again and I would give 1000 stars review if I could! We also appreciate as a queer couple that this venue was 100% LGBTQ friendly and we were so comfortable and grateful. We truly cannot recommend Goggleworks enough and especially the absolute rockstar that is Margaret! Thank you for making our day the most perfect it could be!!

    Goggleworks is an absolute delight to work with! They were so helpful and supportive throughout the planning journey through to the day of.     I have photographed a number of weddings at GoggleWorks, and it is one of my favorite local places! The venue has so many charming nooks for photos, both inside and outside, so it's perfect for any season and whatever Mother Nature decides to throw our way. The staff there is great to work with, always treating the couple, guests, and vendors extremely well and always with smiles on their faces. I look forward to photographing my next wedding here!
