Welcome to The Beiger Mansion, Mishawaka's premiere event facility and bed and breakfast. The mansion, which is now listed on the National Register of Historic Places, was originally built as the palatial home of Martin and Susie Beiger, the founders of Ball Band. Though Martin never had the privilege of living in the home, Susie did and enjoyed nearly 20 years of lavish living and entertaining. Today we carry on this tradition of entertaining as the opulence of the home provides the perfect setting for any event. From a business lunch to an elegant wedding and reception, the uniqueness of The Beiger Mansion provides an experience that can only be had here.

Whiskey Barrel Barn is a completely remodeled venue ready for you next event, we offer a simple fun experience and we do most of the work so you don’t have to. We understand how hard it is getting married let us take the stress away and you just enjoy your event

Venue is set in a historic building right in Downtown Monroe along the River Raisin. Outdoor space is available for a ceremony or cocktail party prior to your indoor reception. We rent the hall for the day, 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 a.m. Fridays and Saturdays for $750. We rent for an 8 hour block of time Sundays through Thursdays for $375. With either rental we charge a $250 security/clean up deposit. That is refunded after the hall has been returned in clean/undamaged condition. We only rent the hall, which includes use of the tables and chairs. Your rental fee that holds your date is non-refundable. You are free to have your ceremony and reception at the facility, many people have done this in the past. For linens, dishes, food etc, you would need to contact a provider for those. Formerly a 1920’s speakeasy bar, The Skyline Club is a private rooftop venue at the historic Old Republic Building on Michigan Avenue. Originally, a pub in the Sussex region of southern England, the Skyline Club was dismantled, shipped to Chicago, and reassembled on what was then the Bell Building. Guests can now experience the elegant charm of this historic penthouse, along with the gorgeous view of Michigan Ave from our breathtaking outside terrace. Host an unforgettable event in our main dining room, outside terrace, private dining room, and historic library.

For the couples who love architectural history and modern finesse, check out The Goei Center in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This historic loft-style venue sits in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids and appeals to couples seeking both urban elegance and industrial-chic class. The Goei Center originally served as the Kindel Furniture Factory and was restored back to its original splendor. Couples may host large weddings with up to 400 guests within The Goei Center. Exposed brick walls and original wood beams contrast with the crystal chandeliers and twinkling lights, making this wedding venue classic, unique and unforgettable.

The house, known today as Reid Hall, was completed in 1908 and the family moved in on May 5, led by J. Ogden Armour, until approximately September of 1927. Many of the house’s mantle pieces, there are 15, and the paneling of the library reading room (or former living room), were imported from Paris, Vienna and London, including the marble dining room while the main walls are of Italian marble, the central panels of each wall have been painted over the plaster to simulate actual marble. It is also reputed that the marble staircase was built with the primary purpose in mind that their daughter, Lolita Ogden Armour, would descend the curving stairway on her wedding day, which she did in 1921, to John J. Mitchell, Jr. Eventually the property was sold to Lake Forest Academy where classes began in 1948. Today, Academy grounds total approximately 170 acres.

Red Ribbon Hall is a historic landmark building located in the heart of Eaton Rapids! Dating back to 1878, the building was affiliated with the "Red Ribbon Movement". The interior has recently undergone some refreshing renovations to help bring a modern feel to the historic building. There are three different areas available for utilization: the upstairs, downstairs, and an outside location. The upstairs houses a theater styled hall, a bridal suite, a grooms room, and two restrooms. The theater styled hall consists of a stage lining the back wall and elevated theater style seating along the side walls. The downstairs houses male & female restrooms, a kitchen available for catering, and a reception hall. Round tables and chairs are provided along with their set up and tear down. There is also an outside location available upon request. An individual will be on-site for supervision. If you are looking for a modern/historical aesthetic, then Red Ribbon Hall is the place you need!

As the story goes, Eris threw the golden apple of discord into a party that she wasn’t invited to, thus creating a chaotic scene as every goddess in attendance scrambled for its beauty. So how do we make an impression in a city of over 100 breweries? By throwing an apple into the party; we are making hard ciders, too. Brew Deck offers a semi-private space for get-togethers with sweeping views of the restaurant and brewery. The space exhibits an urban appearance, with exposed ceiling pipes and brick walls.
