Fair Oaks Farms does not charge a rental fee for the Ballroom on Saturdays; however we do require a Food and Beverage minimum excluding service charge and tax.

Yes! We do not require a food and beverage minimum on Fridays or Sundays. We do however require a minimum of 100 guests in order to book our Newton Ballroom and do require you to choose from one of our Wedding Packages.

Yes, we have multiple ceremony spaces and a ballroom to accommodate both.

We provide the tables, chairs, white floor-length linens, glassware, china and silverware.

Yes, Fair Oaks Farms has space to accommodate tented weddings. Please note that the cost of the tent, tables and chairs are an additional cost to the client when hosting a tented wedding.

All outside food and beverage is prohibited with the exception of cakes and desserts that are produced in certified facilities. We do require documentation.

Yes, we schedule group tastings, offering a sample of appetizers, entrees, sides and desserts.

Yes, we charge a 22% service charge and 7% sales tax for all food, beverage, ceremony rental, additional rentals, etc. This will be reflected in your total estimate/invoice.
