About this venue

Located in Vernon Hills, Illinois, Loyola Lake County is home to the Cuneo family collection of fine art and furnishings, set in a beautiful 100-acre estate. Since receiving the estate, Loyola has completed a number of renovations and added a meeting and event pavilion for courses, lectures and special events. Loyola will continue its investment in the mansion.

Immersed in lush greenery and formal gardens, Loyola at Cuneo Mansion and Gardens is a historic mansion and museum that combines old world elegance with Venetian style architecture. Encompassed with neoclassic statuary, the mansion embodies pure opulence. Located 40 miles north of Chicago in scenic Vernon Hills, Loyola at Cuneo Mansion and Gardens stands as a monument to old-world elegance. The Pavilion ballroom at Cuneo Mansion has the ability to accommodate weddings from 150-300 guests.

Signature wedding packages are available through any of Loyola’s four preferred caterers. The rental fee allows for exclusive use of the property and self-guided tours of the mansion are offered during cocktail hour. *All venue rentals include standard round tables, chameleon chairs, set-up/ break-down, dance floor, and complimentary parking for guests.

    Cuneo Mansion was perfect for our 220 guest wedding! #1 reason why we booked was for the outdoor space and mansion grounds - it is breathtaking! You will have one of the best cocktail hours, plus it gives your guests a place to mingle outside if they aren't dancing.
