Our goal is always to create a memorable and enjoyable event for every couple and their guests. Regarding the filet portion, we do want to clarify that the entrée included a 6 oz filet paired with 3 jumbo shrimp as part of the package selection. During the tasting, an 8 oz filet was mistakenly served, and we understand how that difference may have created different expectations for the wedding day meal. We apologize for that error and any confusion it caused. As for cocktail hour, it is common for guests to gather at the bar during that portion of the event, which can naturally create periods of waiting as everyone arrives at once. That said, we understand that timing and flow are an important part of the guest experience, and we appreciate your feedback regarding service that evening. We were also disappointed to learn about these concerns more than a year after the wedding, as we would have welcomed the opportunity to address them sooner and work toward a resolution at the time.
