With 7 years of coordination and planning experience in social events, primarily weddings, I've seen a little bit of everything. I understand that, along with the excitement of getting engaged and celebrating finding your person, planning a wedding can feel overwhelming. This special event involves all your family and close friends, and it comes with its own unique challenges.

That's where I come in. With my experience and calm demeanor, I will remind you to take those deep breaths, stay hydrated, and assure you both that I'm here to help with everything that has been planned, and even the things that haven't. I'll handle the details and solve any issues that arise, so you don't have to worry. My care for you and your family comes from the heart.     I had a great experience working with Chelsea for my wedding (of more than 300 people)! Even though I hadn’t initially planned to use an event coordinator, she was recommended by one of my friends and it was one of the best decisions I made. From the outset, she was very personable and empathetic to my needs and concerns. She came to meet me at the venue several days before the event to familiarize herself with the venue and staff. And then day-of, she did a great job at keeping everything moving smoothly from the bride and groom and family entrances to the food to the pictures and more. I would highly recommend Chelsea for your event needs.

    Molly and Corrine were amazing! They answered any and all questions prior to the big day and then made sure everything was executed flawlessly on the wedding day. The meetings that they have with you leading up makes you feel so prepared that there won’t be any issues. They were the reason our day went off perfectly would not say enough good things about them. The best duo to work with who truly makes sure your wedding day is covered from beginning until the end!

    Seriously, HIRE CHELSEA! She brought so much organization, joy, and peace for the days leading up to my wedding AND the day-of! My family, friends, and I could not get enough of her! She predicted everybody's needs before a word was said. She truly understands this industry, and her expertise shows every step of the way. She knows the best vendors, best timeline for your individual needs, and best ideas for whatever your heart desires! She goes above and beyond to make your day your own. Without her, my day would've blown up in flames, and that says something since I'm a huge planner in my own right. She brought things to my attention that I did not consider - her experience and expertise are evident! On the day of, she was SO on top of everything - coordinating the florist, hair/makeup, shuttle transportation, my first look, etc! I do not know how she does it all she looked out for me always - getting me water and food consistently! She is the multi-tasking queen, and her calm demeanor with any situation was much appreciated!
