Hi! My name is Liz I am the owner and lead coordinator for At-The-Altar. I started At-The-Altar back in 2018 as an officiating service with our first job of officiating my sisters wedding and today we've expanded to 6 Officiants, 2 Lead Coordinators and 3 Assistant coordinator. We absolutely love what we do and can't wait to be apart of your big day!
What sets us apart? Our drive to provide not only what we put in writing but going above and beyond the contract. Becoming your decor pro when your hired vendor is a no-show, carrying tables & chairs during a room flip because the venue is short staff. And we do it all with a smile because it's your day and our pleasure!

Description | We take great care in planning your event from Elopement to Microweddings. Providing and assisting to acquire all the vendors required for big wedding details on a smaller budget. | Our partial planning package is perfect for those couples who've completed some of their planning but need help bringing it all together. This package also includes our day of coordination services. | This service entails us assisting with acquiring all vendor, handling logistics and management up to the day you leave for your big day. Day of coordinator
Liz and the team at At-The-Altar were an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From the very first interaction, Liz's communication was professional, fast, and incredibly organized. She was dedicated, hard-working, and ensured our special day ran like clockwork. Liz met with my mom and I in person to thoroughly understand all the details and where we needed her help. She was responsive throughout the entire process and went above and beyond to make sure every part of our wedding was perfect. I highly recommend working with Liz and the At-The-Altar team - they are true professionals who will make your wedding day stress-free and unforgettable.
Great hands-on help for day of coordination
Liz and Ariel were great! They provided great hands-on help and support, ensuring everything went smoothly on the day of our wedding. They arrived on time and precisely followed all of our setup directions. They stayed the entire night to make sure everything ran according to plan, and we never had to worry about a single detail. Thanks to At-The-Altar's professionalism and dedication, we were able to fully enjoy our wedding celebration without a single hitch. We highly recommend them to any couple planning their big day.
Professional and great to work with!
I am a professional wedding photographer and found that working with Elizabeth in the capacity of wedding coordinator was overall a great experience! She was very professional and prompt with her communication and her actions on day-of were nothing less than above the bar!! It was my first time working with Liz and I found that she knew the right questions to ask me (as the photographer) and how to make it a great and easy experience for the couple. I was and am very pleased and put them immediately on the referral list for preferred vendors because of how great they were to work with! 10 out of 10 would recommend and cannot wait to work with them in the future!
