About this venue
Welcome! Our 1850 barn has original hand hewn beams and antique prism chandeliers. There are 4 acres of land with picturesque views overlooking 56 acres. The wedding chapel with chapel bell and windows. The down payment is $1500 cash or check. Rates for 2025/2026 Fridays $4,395 Saturdays $4,995 We are open mid April - mid November. Closed Sundays. Included 30 handmade Amish tables & chairs, pond w/fountain, outdoor chapel w/church bell, 3 covered porches w/gas fireplace on one, paved parking lot, 2 indoor handicapped bathrooms, & 2 air-conditioned wedding party rooms. We only use The Liquor Cabinet for alcohol. You may bring in your own insured food caterer. We also have for rent, $2500 worth of decor that you can rent À la cart or a package price of $500 Thank you for your time looking at all of our information. We so appreciate your kindness. Rehearsal Room
You may bring in your own food and drink for your rehearsal dinner or have it catered in.
It is a lovely private room in the house for you to enjoy with your family and wedding party before or after your rehearsal. You may decorate the tables or be casual. Quite often, couples will bring in potluck from their families or have a caterer drop off . For Friday brides, you may decorate at 3 PM on Thursday, then rehearsals begin. If you upgrade to a 2 hour rehearsal, you would have 4 hours. Then after your rehearsal, the Saturday couple can also upgrade to a 2 hour rehearsal.

We have over $2,500 worth of rental decor items for rent starting at 50 cents. Everything is individually priced or we offer a package price of $500 plus tax for all of the rental items. There are several rental items pictured in our photos. You may gladly bring in your own decor as well.

The gathering
The Gathering LLC was an excellent choice for our wedding venue. From the moment we inquired, they stayed in touch and were quick to respond to all of our questions. The team was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the planning process and was very flexible in adjusting the space to fit our specific style and needs. On the day of the wedding, everything ran smoothly thanks to their meticulous attention to detail. The venue itself was absolutely beautiful - the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern elegance. We couldn't have asked for a better location to celebrate our special day. Highly recommend The Gathering LLC to any couple looking for a stress-free and personalized wedding experience.

My husband and I fell in love with this venue the second we saw it! It is the perfect space for an upscale barn wedding! We received so many compliments on the space on the day of our wedding and it was all because of the amazing staff who did an incredible job making the space beautiful! From the moment we booked Phyllis was in contact with us, giving us updates on new additions to the space and checking in with us for anything we need. As someone who loves organization the google doc they shared with us was spectacular! It was a one-document stop to find all the information we needed, and showed all of the beautiful decorations they had for rent! Their decor was a big part of why we chose this venue, and the staff sealed the deal for us when booking. We strongly recommend this venue! It is gorgeous and the staff goes above and beyond to make your day everything you hope for!
The best venue ever!
This place is amazing. The owner, Phyllis, was excellent and works very hard to make this venue great. Her communication was great, and she responded to our many many questions. We had a fantastic day!
AMAZING
So much amazing things to say about The Gathering LLC. The venue owner and her staff are out of this world. They answered any questions I had, problem solved with me, and are the absolute kindest people to ever know. Their visions have made this venue STUNNING!!! and their rental items are such great quality. The new covered outside dance floor was such a nice addition before our big day. Will always highly recommend this venue!
