A huge covered chapel seating up to 200 guests giving you even more choice for your ceremony. In addition we have a stunning outdoor fireplace, a beautiful fountain and hand crafted outdoor bar all on our adjacent patio, the perfect spot for cocktail hour. We also boast 3 houses onsite available for wedding party or out of town guests.

I have worked many events at this venue and would give 10 stars! The owners are fantastic to work with, they take great care of the venue. The venue has many outdoor ceremony options, a ton of restrooms, onsite accommodations, honeymoon cottage, two level reception area. More whistles and bells than all other venues. Highly recommend this venue to my couples!

My husband and I were married at Amelia Grove and we couldn't have been happier with our choice of venue. From our first communication with the owners, we were impressed by their efficient, professional, prompt, clear, and caring responses to all of our questions and requests. The venue itself is gorgeous with beautiful indoor and outdoor ceremony and reception spaces that provided a lovely backdrop for our photos. The staff was attentive, helpful, and kind in assisting with all aspects of our wedding planning and on the big day itself. We appreciated their fabulous communication, prompt responses, vendor recommendations, and attention to detail that allowed our special day to run smoothly. The Farm at 95 offically opened it's doors in October of 2013 and to this day is one of the two largest venues in Johnston County (oh, our sister location is the other larges venue)! Our space can accommodate anywhere from 80 to 400 guests, with separate rooms for food, dedicated dressing rooms, a well equipped stage and a relaxing patio heaters, fans and a gas fire pit. When you inquire, you will also receive information about our sister location, The Farm at 42, which we opened in March of 2018. This venue is similar to The Farm at 95, but has simple improvements such as larger dressing suites, upgraded finishes and a completely different ceremony setting. We hope that between one of our locations, we are able to work together to plan your pefect day!

I truly have nothing but wonderful things to say about this venue, the staff, the accommodations, and their professionalism and attention throughout the whole year long engagement! Rachel, the manager, is extremely attentive, communicative, professional, kind, and helpful! Anytime I had a question throughout the year, she was very quick to answer thoroughly. She is very flexible with coordinating meetings and walk-through with vendors at the venue and thorough in explaining all the venue has to offer for wedding day (which is a lot!) On the wedding day, having a staff member present at all times is so helpful and comforting. And including the provision and set-up of tables and chairs is HUGE! This eliminated so much stress. The bar staff was also very friendly and accommodating on wedding day with meeting my requests for set-up. And of course, the photo ops at this venue are truly endless and the beautiful options for ceremony and reception set-up are amazing. The big space is exactly what we needed for our big wedding and we never felt crowded. The dance floor was the perfect size for our all night party! I truly couldn’t be happier with my decision to get married at this venue for all the reasons listed above.

The venue can seat around 200 guests comfortably. The main space is a dream with beautiful white shiplap walls, gorgeous stained plank cathedral ceiling and lots of natural light. The main space is heated and cooled so you can be comfortable in any season. There is a covered porch that leads to a large flagstone patio with a white fireplace, this is a great space for rehearsal dinners or just an extension of the reception space. The bridal suite is in a separate building adjacent to the venue. Recently built in 2023, with nearly 800 sq feet you and your wedding party will have a comfortable space to enjoy the day. Finally, there is an open air chapel that can seat 200 guests comfortably. It has beautiful cathedral style windows in the front and back of the chapel and open arches on the sides. This chapel will make a great rain back up option for your wedding day or if you love it as much as we do, it can be a beautiful plan A option as well.

Amanda and Todd truly made our wedding memorable. All the guests commented on how beautiful their property is. Very professional and easy to work! We toured eight venues before my husband came across their venue and it was a fantastic decision. They have so many options for where you want your ceremony to be held. Fortunately we had perfect weather, but their venue has the best back-up plan to hold a beautiful ceremony indoors if you need to or want to!

We rented the Victorian for both our rehearsal dinner and wedding day! I highly recommend this to anyone, Brian was so willing to work with us and having the venue on Friday allowed us to bring everything in on Friday so that Saturday flowed so smoothly! Brian was extremely good about emails and communication all the way through our process. He answered all of our questions, gave wonderful suggestions, and also worked with us to allow our day to really be our day! We don't live in NC yet we were able to have facetime tours and make arrangements to see the venue in person many times throughout our process. This was so valuable to me and really helpful in planning a wedding from far away. I can't speak enough about the beauty of the house and entire property! There were so many beautiful spaces for photos and for guests to enjoy. The house itself is a work of art and having so many rooms and fun spaces made for a cocktail hour with something for everyone (indoor seating, porch rocking chairs, yard space, standing room, etc). The entire flow of the day was perfect for us and our guests. The getting ready spaces are TO DIE for. The bridal suite is beyond beautiful and has plenty of space for everyone's stuff food dresses beautiful space for photos. Having two full rooms was so valuable. We had 9 girls getting ready The grooms suite is great for guys - they also have 2 rooms which is so rare to find but gave them plenty of space to move around, play games, eat, and get ready!

Since 2015, our brewery has been the perfect backdrop for hundreds of events including weddings, charity events, corporate functions, business networking and social celebrations! Ironclad Brewery is located in an historic building dating back to 1925 in Downtown Wilmington. The building was completely renovated in 2014, but we've maintained much of the character and integrity of the original building. Our brewers hand forge a wide range of craft beer and hard seltzers, using only the best ingredients available. In addition to our craft beer and seltzer creations, we also serve cider, wine, and spirits. ​

I have photographed countless weddings at Ironclad Brewery - and it is hands down one of my favorite venues to work in. The building itself is gorgeous, with tall brick walls and dangling twinkle lights (which make every reception photo SPARKLE), with two floors of space to have a large OR a small event. The location is also incredible, walking distance to all of my favorite photo locations downtown, and directly across the street from a parking deck, which does not exist for most other venues downtown. Not only is the space stunning, but the staff really makes it what it is. Rachel will help you out from the beginning of planning your wedding all the way up to the wedding day, and the bar is one of the best in Wilmington. Excellent selection as well as a fully staffed bar (actually, two) so that your guests will never have to wait in line to get their drinks. Ironclad is the BEST!

Parker Pines Events is everything I could have hoped for and more! We got married under their beautiful (and most popular) oak tree. It made for the dreamiest ceremony spot! The reception hall is the most beautiful blank canvas, allowing any bride to make it her own! Our wedding was fall vibes with orange/rust colors and it just popped in the space. my husband and I loved the bride and groom rooms in to hang out and get ready. The groom’s room even had a vintage Ms. Pac Man Machine?! Like, how cool!!! The Parker Pines family literally thought of everything and were so accommodating! Sarah is super easy to work with and is extremely helpful! Her attention to detail is remarkable! I’m so excited for Parker Pines Events and I can’t wait to see the weddings to come in the future!

There is no better place to enjoy the island with your family or large group than the Berkley Manor. The home boasts over 7500 square feet of hand crafted wood interior space. Included with your accommodations rental are 5 luxurious bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, a dining room with seating for 40, 4 fireplaces, a small kitchenette for guests to use with optional private chef available for catered meals, and 2 large lounge rooms. The layout works well for large groups and has been popular among wedding parties, retreats and family vacation rentals.

The Berkley Manor is a beautiful location in the heart of Ocracoke! They offer everything you'd need for the perfect wedding on the island! Phoebe was so helpful and responsive and would often check-in and ask how planning was going! She helped with other vendors and provided a helpful list of vendors that service Ocracoke. The venue itself was stunning! The manor is beautiful and I am so glad we decided to stay there. It was stunning and so well decorated inside and all the flowers blooming were absolutely beautiful! We had our reception in the barn and it was perfect! It was huge and spacious. You can't beat the location either - The Berkley Manor is walking distance to Ocracoke Coffee, most bars, restaurants and hotels (for the guests!) You can even see the harbor - it was stunning! Our friends and family fell in love with the island! The Berkley Manor (and Phoebe) helped make our wedding absolutely perfect and I cannot recommend them enough!
