A unique outdoor design underneath the house that integrates the large in-ground pool (32'x14'), Tiki bar, and under the house, covering you if any weather problems or just want shade. It is one of the largest beachfront rentals on the East Coast. A private estate in a gated community, it is located on a twenty-two-acre wildlife preserve at the tip of the island.
