Malachi Meadows is a beautiful new venue in the Coastal Carolina area, just fifteen minutes from downtown Wilmington. Malachi Meadows offers a stunning indoor event space with a touch of country and a ton of elegance. Home to the most stunning double staircase for a grand entrance or introduction. The outside garden area is surrounded by lush greenery with a large brick fireplace and patio. New to the venue, is a beautiful pavilion with chandelier and plenty of lighting. Perfect for cocktail hour. At Malachi Meadows, the options are endless and is the perfect choice for your special day!

Yes, we allow you to bring your own alcohol. Venue offers a indoor bar and will be required to bartend. Optional satellite bar is also available. Serving liquor will require the one time ABC permit to be purchased. Serving of all alcohol will require the purchase of event insurance.
Yes, We have onsite parking. Valet parking is available at the rate of $40 per hour for up to 6 hours.
Yes, our indoor facility is wheelchair accessible. Guest restrooms are handicap accessible.
Your reservation includes from 10:30am until midnight, Friday and Saturday or until 11:00pm Sunday - Thursday. Reservation is from start to finish, including the time it takes to set up and clean up.
Our venue is fully insured but we do require the purchase of event insurance if alcohol is going to be served.
Basic ceremony or table set up. Clean up (you are only responsible for cleaning what you bring in). The use of our indoor venue, garden area and pavilion. (150) black chivari chairs (permitted for indoor use only), (10) 5-foot round tables, (8) 8-foot long tables, (1) 4-foot round sweetheart/cake table, (2) 6-foot banquet tables (classroom size) and (4) high cocktail tables
Booking fees for our facility, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. Though 2020 brought on a new concern, we will consider allowing clients to reschedule their event if it becomes drastically altered by current guidelines for large gatherings. The reschedule date will be determined by available dates and mutually agreed upon by both the clients and Malachi Meadows.
