About this venue
We are an historic wedding and event venue located 2 mins from the heart of downtown Durham. With a 10 hour wedding day, 2 bridal party suites, a caterers prep kitchen, sliding double barn doors, gorgeous hardwood floors, newly renovated bathrooms, and lots of natural light our venue is a guaranteed show stopper. All weddings include a 10-hour event rental from 1pm to 11pm. 80 white padded folding chairs 10 60-inch round tables 8 6-foot rectangular tables Projector and speakers Market lights (You can also rent uplighting from us at $100 for 8 lights) Prep kitchen 2 Bridal suites Lobby & Porch Onsite trash 1-hour rental for bridal portraits or your engagement session Rehearsal 1 to 2 days before
Yes and parking is free here. We are handicapped-accessible and have ample parking around our building, including the lot attached to our building (12 spaces) and one down the street. We also send a map to you so you can pass along parking directions to your guests before your event.
Absolutely! We have an open vendor policy and we also allow DIY food to be brought in for events. If you have a caterer or bartender, we require that they be insured.
Sure! We love sparklers, as long as you bring a bucket of sand to put them out in.
Our peak season months are April, May, June, July, August, September, October, and November.
Yes. As long as your bartender allows it, so do we. We require a licensed and insured bartender for all events serving alcohol.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the back entrance, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff.
