I’m not sure where to start! We had a successful wedding thanks to Rylee and Karen at Littleson Moments. They both went above and beyond anything we could have imagined to make our day absolutely perfect. Rylee is nothing short of a miracle worker. She handled my anxieties with grace and kept me afloat. Karen reminds me so much of my grandmother with her caring and compassionate nature. She assured me so many times that everything would be ok and I had nothing to worry about. She was right. My only regret is not finding them sooner! But I’m so glad we found them when we did! They’re truly a dynamic duo and create memorable events!

In February of 2024 (and the year leading up to), I had the pleasure of working with Rebecca from Bustle and Bloom for my wedding, and I can't recommend her services enough! I’ve literally told all of my friends getting married that she’s the one to hire FIRST. Initially, I hired Rebecca as a wedding coordinator for day-of, but she graciously took on the role of a mini planner when I needed more help. Her patience and grace in dealing with unpleasant guests/vendors were truly commendable and appreciated as the bride and I didn’t have to handle much on the wedding day. Rebecca managed everything seamlessly and truly seemed like my best friend for the day, ready to assist with anything I needed or any issues that arose. My now husband still talks about her all the time… she brought him a snack tray during photos and instantly became his BFF too. We loved our day with B&B by our side. I also hired her for our floral needs. Rebecca's floral design was stunning and perfectly complemented our desired overall aesthetic. The fact that she provided both planning and floral services made the entire process so much more cohesive and stress-free. Julia provided us a preferred vendors list before the wedding as well as wedding day checklists and itineraries that made my life a breeze so we could enjoy our special day. She took care of everything - floral details, color schemes, booking, dealing with our vendors, wedding day support, etc. She even toured a few venues on her own for us and sent us photos/videos. Wow. We truly can't recommend Demi, Delaney, Alyssa and the Wilder Mind team enough. They were absolutely amazing and truly contributed to the smoothness and ease of our wedding day. My husband and I typically consider ourselves to be a bit of control freaks, but working with Demi and Delaney we were able put our complete faith in them, let our guard down, and know that their team had it all covered. We used Wilder Mind's Day of wedding coordination services and they were on point from day one of working together pre wedding. The team was so experienced and proactive in the planning calls, thorough details, and overall organization. Having Wilder Mind cover all the minute details for the wedding and thinking of things we never would have thought to consider like ceremony seating, timeline details, and overall wedding etiquette was a huge comfort for us amidst the stress of wedding planning. We had our full trust in Demi that she would handle it, and handle it she did. Demi and Alyssa were thoughtful enough to even record 70 videos and photos for us throughout the night and shared them with us before they left, it was so nice to get to relive the beauty of such a special night after it had just flown by! Having the Wilder Mind team behind us took so much stress off our plates and the cherry on top was that they made us feel like celebrities throughout the night! At the end of the night, back in our hotel room, exhausted and deliriously happy - we both agreed, working with the WilderMind team was some of the best money we spent for our wedding.

We LOVED working with Brittany. We had monthly meetings with her for over a year, from the venue search phase to the handoff to our month-of coordinator, and she was so helpful. She helped us with the searches for everything—venue, DJ, photography, day-of coordination, flowers, catering—and provided us timelines and organization tools that were genuinely invaluable. We had very little idea going in exactly what was needed to plan a wedding, but Brittany’s collaboration made us feel very on top of things.
