This being my first wedding, and having no experience with the process, I cannot fathom having done it without Rylee and her Team. While I only used their month of services, without missing a beat, 30 days out Rylee and her Team came in quickly, professionally, and orchestrated every detail with brilliance and finesse. Their attention to detail was unparalleled. Rylee really understood our vision and our day beautifully reflected our personalities and desires. We were blown away at how smoothly everything went on our wedding day. Their calm demeanor and reassuring presence make it such a comfortable peaceful experience and we were able to feel like we were present for our wedding. We didn't have to worry about a thing. My only suggestion would be to hire Rylee and her Team farther out to avoid the headache and stress leading up to the wedding. While having them a month out was a life saver, I wish I would have saved my self the 11 months of stress and hired them sooner.

Rylee was an incredible support and guide throughout a beast of a wedding planning process. After our first consultation meeting, I was struck by not only her professionalism and friendly demeanor, but also by how organized and resourceful she was. She put all my fears at ease, from the very first meeting all the way until the grand exit on the night of. My husband and I were probably one of the more challenging couples she has worked with -- not only were we planning from several states away exclusively via Zoom and phone calls, both he and I had extremely busy schedules meaning meetings were sometimes at odd hours and some details were left to last-minute. She stayed extraordinarily patient and kind with us the whole way through, and we found her extremely capable and reassuring. We hit a few snags the day of but she effortlessly handled everything, taking so much stress off our shoulders. Our goal for our wedding was to be as stress-free as possible and incorporate some cultural touches and traditions, and we could not have done it without her. We highly recommend her to any couple -- while we worked with her just for day-of coordination, I can't recommend her enough for all services. She helped turn our vision into a reality, and I will never be able to thank her and her team enough for all their hard work!

I believe that your wedding should tell your story, so my approach is deeply personal. I like to get to know you as a couple – your likes, dislikes, how you met, and what you envision for your day – and then translate that into a theme that feels authentic and true to you.

I have an assistant with me on the day of the wedding and at rehearsal.

Absolutely! I have several package add-on options for bridal showers, rehearsal dinner, honeymoon, and more!

No, I only coordinate 1 wedding per week.

Ideally, you should book me right after you get engaged, especially if you’re eyeing a date in peak wedding season. I recommend at least 9 to 12 months in advance to ensure we have plenty of time to bring your dream wedding to life. Even if you’re just booking me for day-of coordination, I can help save you a lot of stress with my planning resources the sooner we get hitched.

Absolutely! For full service planning, I’ll not only help you select the perfect vendors to match your vision and budget, but I’ll also take care of all the nitty-gritty details, including contracts, communications, and making sure they deliver as promised on your big day. For day of coordination, you can expect the same within 30 days of your wedding day.

Definitely. While I have a stellar lineup of tried-and-true vendors I can recommend, I’m more than happy to work with your chosen vendors to ensure your wedding is a seamless reflection of your style and personality.

With several weddings under my belt, I’ve become quite the maestro at managing the unexpected behind the scenes. I come prepared with a well-equipped emergency kit, a plan B (and C), and a cool head to quickly address any issue that may arise, ensuring you can enjoy your day, stress-free.

Without a doubt! I’ll be there to oversee everything from the moment the first vendor arrives until the last guest leaves. My goal is to ensure that you, your family, and your guests can immerse yourselves in the joy of the day, knowing all the details are taken care of.

Life happens, and sometimes plans need to change. My contract outlines a clear cancellation policy. Generally, deposits are non-refundable, but depending on the circumstances and timing, some of your payments may be partially refundable. Let’s talk specifics when we sit down together.
