Hillary, Thank you for your message. I want to start by acknowledging the frustration you’re feeling and sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced on your wedding day. I completely understand that the way things unfolded did not meet your expectations, and im sorry that your special day was impacted. To clarify, when we initially contracted for services, the agreement was for set-up and tear-down, not day-of coordination. I’m sorry for any confusion regarding this. However, I understand that you were expecting someone to be there to coordinate the wedding day itself as we do offer that package that was not the one you selected and if it was we would have had staff on deck. Unfortunately, I faced an emergency that I could not avoid, and we arranged for Neyva to step in to ensure that the event was still able to go ahead smoothly. Neyva had another wedding and Chelsea and Remy ( not a random man) a seasoned employee was there to ensure set up was done correctly. I do recognize that this situation caused you stress. We always strive to ensure our clients’ weddings run flawlessly, and I apologize you feel that we did not. In terms of your request for a refund for the music coordination, there is no fee to refund as I didn’t charge you for anything and added a curtsey to reduce your stress. As we outlined in our agreement, this is not something our team usually does. Unfortunately though, I understand the frustration here as the application you chose to utilize was not running efficiently which our team tried to work with as best as possible. However, I heard your frustration and thank you for the feedback as I will be sure to specific packages in the future. Congratulations on your wedding and hope the best for you!
