We were initially introduced to Wilder Minds Events after one of our friends recommended them to us for wedding planning. Aside from deciding on my husband, choosing Wilder Minds event planners was the best decision I made for my wedding. We started working with Delaney and right off the bat I knew we made the right decision—Delaney was attentive and quick to respond to any texts/calls/questions we had, although I didn’t know exactly how right my decision was until much later. About a week before the wedding we were faced with some extremely difficult decisions to make because of hurricane Helene. Our reception venue didn’t have power 24 hrs before the wedding and Delaney stepped up and was ready with several alternative options, providing us with peace of mind and reassurance every step of the way that she would do everything and anything within her power to make this wedding everything we had dreamt of it being. We ended up completely switching venues several hours before the welcome party started, and everything ended up being absolutely beautiful and unforgettable—all thanks to our amazing, kind and caring wedding planner Delaney and the wonderful, dedicated venders she had connected us with. I cannot thank Delaney and the Wilder Minds event planners enough for saving the best day of our lives. My husband and I are both genuinely sad that our time planning with Delaney is over and we will miss hearing from her on a regular basis very much.

I cannot say enough incredible things about Erin. Above and beyond does not begin to cover it! Look no further for any of your wedding planning needs. We hired Erin for our month of coordinator almost 2 years in advance. From the beginning, she was very responsive, informative, kind, and helpful. I am pretty organized, and she consistently thought of questions I didn't! I was very impressed with her demeanor with myself and the rest of our vendors. Our venue required a pre-approved coordinator, and Erin took the steps to contact them to make sure she would work out, and we are so glad she did! She did everything she said she would and then some. She reached out to all of our vendors, worked with us on our timeline (many times!), attended our rehearsal, and never got frustrated even when we had a lot going on. Erin felt more like a friend than a coordinator, and we are so happy we got to spend our special day with her. Our day went so smoothly from start to finish, and we know this is due to Erin's impeccable attention to detail. Erika was the BEST choice!!! She is detail-oriented, always prepared, and so enjoyable to work with. I never felt stressed or overwhelmed because she was always calm - it gave me such confidence! I did the month-of package which is great for the bride that still wants to be mostly planning it but does not want to handle all of the details the month of. It was the perfect package for me to be stress-free in knowing she was following up with every vendor. Honestly though, working with Erika was so smooth, I probably would do her full-service package if I were having a do-over. I genuinely cannot recommend her enough. When our caterer was running late, the Faithful Grounds team quickly stepped in to ensure we had plenty of food for our cocktail hour. They were in constant communication with us, checking in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. Thanks to their hard work and attention to detail, our wedding day was perfect from start to finish. Even our guests mentioned how attentive they were to my husband and I. If I had to do it all over again I would hire her sooner. My advice to anyone looking for a planner is to hire Lo. Her, Hunter, and the rest of her team were a dream to work with.

If you are getting married, trust me, you need Rebecca on your team!!! I thought I had everything together for the first few months of wedding planning, but then I quickly realized that I needed another "me" so I began searching for a planner to be just that. When I began to work with Rebecca... oh, how she completely blew that out of the water. She was everything I didn't even know I needed and wanted. I could NOT have done it without her!!! She pours love and support into her brides and she genuinely cares about not only your wedding, but your marriage. She got us through not one, but TWO HURRICANES less than one month out from our wedding date!! Not to mention - she did our bouquets as well and they could NOT have been more gorgeous! She brought ALL of our visions to life better than we imagined them ourselves! The day of my wedding, a million things could have gone wrong and if they did, I have no clue about it because she handled it completely. My husband and I look back on our wedding and truly, wholeheartedly stand by the fact that our day was perfect, flawless, and went without a hitch. Seriously, as far as we know, NOTHING went wrong!! We wouldn't change a single thing, and that is all thanks to Rebecca. This is the woman who stood up for us and defended us to those who passionately opposed our decisions, the woman who held my hands and prayed with me and over me before I walked down the aisle, the woman who would sit on our 8pm zoom calls with her lovely kiddos in her lap because it was important to her to help me through the hard stuff when I needed it (and talk me off the ledge lol), the woman who answered all one million of my questions a week before the wedding because she knew my mind wouldn't be able to rest without it, the woman who had a list of backup venues the second the hurricane hit before I even realized my venue was affected, the woman who's first response is always "I've got you, girl", the woman who has inspired me endlessly with her strength, wisdom, and faith, and the woman who I will always now consider my dear friend. Hiring Rebecca was the absolute best decision we made in our planning process, and it will be yours too!

Serenity Events was the perfect wedding planning team for our big day. From the very beginning, Autumn was incredibly efficient, thorough, and upbeat in her communication style. She was always available to answer our questions and provide her professional, kind, and calm guidance. We gave Autumn a run for her money as our wedding venue was Rob parents house that was under construction until a couple days before our wedding day. We had to make changes to our original wedding plans due to excessive rain and hurricane Milton causing flooding, Autumn remained flexible and helped us pull off an absolute miracle. The day our of wedding, the ceremony was supposed to be lake side. Well, its Florida and it rained. So, yet again plans had to be changed. But, Autumn had a plan for every scenario, which allowed us to stay relaxed and simply enjoy our special day. Thanks to Autumns expertise and positive attitude, along with her assistance, Nikki and Allie, our wedding ended up being more spectacular than we ever could have imagined. As a queer, interracial couple with a super diverse group of friends and family, we were nervous about finding someone who would respect and celebrate us, but Allie was exactly what we needed and more. Allie stepped in two weeks before the wedding and immediately took over all the vendor communication, making sure everything was handled so we could just enjoy the process. She didn’t just manage logistics—she managed everything: family drama (ugh, lifesaver), unexpected changes due to Hurricane Milton, and even the fact that most of our bridal party couldn’t make it. Somehow, she filled in the gaps so seamlessly that we barely noticed anything was missing. What stood out the most was how personal she made the experience. She took the time to learn everyone’s names, stayed calm and chill no matter what, and listened to us when we were stressed, always reminding us to focus on each other. Allie kept the day running at our pace, gave us time to be together, and even made sure we looked great in all our photos. She coordinated everything down to the details we cared about most, like our private last dance and getting all the shots we wanted. She was laid-back yet professional, blending in perfectly with the vibe of our wedding while carrying out our vision flawlessly. Despite the hurricane and a 2-hour drive to get to us, Allie didn’t skip a beat, reworking things as needed and keeping everything on track. We genuinely had the most amazing day, and that was thanks to her. Annie from Before You Say I Do was an exceptional day-of-coordinator for our special day. Her communication style was frequent, clear, thoughtful, timely, and she was quick to respond to all of our questions and needs. The quality of her work and the value she provided was excellent-- she is hard-working and was incredibly considerate throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond, offering to bring additional decorations and even showing up the day before to assist with our traditional Vietnamese Tea Ceremony, which was not even on the same day as our official wedding. We had only hired her for her day-of coordination package, but even so, she was a consistent voice and helping hand for us for months leading up to the wedding. I can only imaging if we would have booked her whole wedding planning service, our wedding probably would have somehow been even more perfect than it already was. Enter Julie, who was a Godsend in making sure that not only was every detail planned for the wedding, but who went above and beyond and helped us with all of the logistics for our guests’ travel, with coordinating ride shares to and from Miami Airport, with making suggestions for our rehearsal dinner off property, and who made sure that we knew all of the details to pull off a destination event. Her team provided all of my daughter’s flowers, and they were perfect for the setting. We had bright colors and tropical arrangements and Julie did a great job of creating a beautiful scene, without overcharging us on items where we didn’t need to go overboard. Not only that, she worked around our schedules for calls and was always quick to answer when we had a question. She came down twice to meet with us at the venue, and showed us around the area. Great team, very professional!
