Bustle and Bloom is a boutique style wedding planning company, with a team of 4 incredible planners, based in Wesley Chapel, FL and servicing all of Tampa Bay. With over 8 years in the industry, We know that planning your day can be met with equal parts excitement and anxiety when the checklists are never ending and not in your normal wheelhouse. Good news - this is our jam! Making memories that are worthy of a lifetime while making the process enjoyable is what we love. Let us help you walk through walking down the aisle. As a previous Wedding and Events Director in South Louisiana, we've nailed southern hospitality while also having the industry experience to ensure you're in thoughtful and prepared hands. You're engaged!! Congratulations!! Now what? We are here to walk you through the whole process. With our full planning service, we'll help you formulate a plan and budget, find your venue and dream-team of vendors. This package means you have full access when needed and scheduled planning meetings as well. If you're not sure where to start - start with a consultation and hear about all the ways we can keep joy in the planning process.

You've got your venue and nailed down some of your vendors, but feel a little lost in the sauce. Let us help with a sure gameplan and fill in all the gaps. We'll com in to your existing plan and create a plan to get the rest done. Need help finding the rest of your vendors, a timeline, floor plan & design - that's what we're here for. If you've already begun but the checklist now seems daunting, let us come in and offer the support you need.

You've found all of your vendors and made a plan, but want the eye of a professional to ensure it's the best one. Beginning at 6 weeks from your date, we'll work with you to finalize details, create a day of timeline, floor-plan and manage your vendor team and be the point person for any day-of pivots. Our goal is to offer a level of support that allows you to enjoy your day with full confidence that every detail is covered.

We offer full event design which includes but is not limited to: -fresh floral designs of bouquets, backdrops, centerpieces and installations -table linens (runners, napkins, etc) -Custom Signs (welcome, drinks, gifts and cards, etc) -candles, cake stands, etc

    If you are getting married, trust me, you need Rebecca on your team!!! I thought I had everything together for the first few months of wedding planning, but then I quickly realized that I needed another "me" so I began searching for a planner to be just that. When I began to work with Rebecca... oh, how she completely blew that out of the water. She was everything I didn't even know I needed and wanted. I could NOT have done it without her!!! She pours love and support into her brides and she genuinely cares about not only your wedding, but your marriage. Her heart is in the right place as a wedding planner, exactly where you would want it to be as a bride. She gave us counsel not just as a planner, but as a wife and mom as well. She helped us navigate the stress and drama of the difficult/less glamourous parts of planning with grace and comfort, and she celebrated us in our victories and high points. She kept us focused on what truly mattered - marrying the love of our lives - while taking care of the little details and anticipating our needs before we even knew them. She got us through not one, but TWO HURRICANES less than one month out from our wedding date!! And somehow, the wedding we ended up having was even more wonderful and beautiful than the one we had originally planned. She is SUPERWOMAN! Not to mention - she did our bouquets as well and they could NOT have been more gorgeous! She brought ALL of our visions to life better than we imagined them ourselves! (See the photos for our reaction to seeing the reception space for the first time!!) The day of my wedding, a million things could have gone wrong and if they did, I have no clue about it because she handled it completely. My husband and I look back on our wedding and truly, wholeheartedly stand by the fact that our day was perfect, flawless, and went without a hitch. Seriously, as far as we know, NOTHING went wrong!! We wouldn't change a single thing, and that is all thanks to Rebecca. This is the woman who stood up for us and defended us to those who passionately opposed our decisions, the woman who held my hands and prayed with me and over me before I walked down the aisle, the woman who would sit on our 8pm zoom calls with her lovely kiddos in her lap because it was important to her to help me through the hard stuff when I needed it (and talk me off the ledge lol), the woman who answered all one million of my questions a week before the wedding because she knew my mind wouldn't be able to rest without it, the woman who had a list of backup venues the second the hurricane hit before I even realized my venue was affected, the woman who's first response is always "I've got you, girl", the woman who has inspired me endlessly with her strength, wisdom, and faith, and the woman who I will always now consider my dear friend. Hiring Rebecca was the absolute best decision we made in our planning process, and it will be yours too!

    Hiring Rebecca as my day of coordinator was 100% the best decision I made! My only regret is that I didn’t hire her earlier, as my wedding planner. When I first spoke to Rebecca, it was about 3 months before my wedding and I was feeling overwhelmed and stressed about a lot of details. She immediately eased any fear I had and made me feel so comfortable. Working with her was a dream- we met on Zoom once, and she was always available to answer my questions after that. She attended our final walkthrough at the venue, which was such a big help because I needed her expertise with many of the decisions. From there, she coordinated with all our vendors and worked out the timeline. Our wedding day was very busy- with lots of walking and moving between the hotel, church, and reception venue. Rebecca never made it look stressful or hard, and her calm demeanor was exactly what I needed. She ran the whole day beautifully, leaving no detail forgotten. I even later found out many things that went “wrong” throughout the day, but Rebecca handled it all without me even knowing. She was a huge asset to our wedding day, and I know I couldn’t have done it without her! We had the best day we could have ever imagined, so I highly recommend Bustle and Bloom to help with your wedding! Thanks again, Rebecca!

    In February of 2024 (and the year leading up to), I had the pleasure of working with Rebecca from Bustle and Bloom for my wedding, and I can't recommend her services enough! I’ve literally told all of my friends getting married that she’s the one to hire FIRST. Initially, I hired Rebecca as a wedding coordinator for day-of, but she graciously took on the role of a mini planner when I needed more help. Her patience and grace in dealing with unpleasant guests/vendors were truly commendable and appreciated as the bride and I didn’t have to handle much on the wedding day. Rebecca managed everything seamlessly and truly seemed like my best friend for the day, ready to assist with anything I needed or any issues that arose. My now husband still talks about her all the time… she brought him a snack tray during photos and instantly became his BFF too. We loved our day with B&B by our side. I also hired her for our floral needs. Rebecca's floral design was stunning and perfectly complemented our desired overall aesthetic. The fact that she provided both planning and floral services made the entire process so much more cohesive and stress-free.
