A Touch of Whimsi is a planning/event co based out of Knoxville TN. We create elegant, romantic and whimsical weddings. We serve all of TN as well as offering destination/travel planning. I have been doing weddings since 2008 and I am passionate about connecting with every one of my couples and helping them create their vision for their day. It’s so important to handle all of the little details and I go out of my way to make sure your wedding is as beautiful to you, as my wedding was to me!

I am a master planner, I care about you , and it is my attention to detail, and my ability to fine tune those details, that will make your day run smoothly! It is my job to make sure that I handle all of the details so you can relax. When you look back years from now on your wedding day, you will have memories of a lifetime!

    Working with A Touch of Whimsi Weddings & Events was an absolute pleasure. From the very beginning, Kate was quick to respond, attentive to our needs, and incredibly responsive. Her problem-solving skills, reliability, adaptability, and collaborative nature were invaluable in bringing my daughter and now son-in-law's special day to life. Kate was a valuable asset as our day-of wedding coordinator, keeping us and all our vendors in constant communication and ensuring the wedding ran smoothly despite any challenges that arose, like unexpected weather. We are so grateful for the hard work and expertise of the A Touch of Whimsi team - Kate truly went above and beyond to make our daughter's wedding day perfect.

    From the moment we booked with A Touch of Whimsi Weddings & Events, we knew we were in good hands. Kate's communication style is fast, reliable, and straight to the point - exactly what we needed to keep our wedding planning on track. The quality of her work is truly exceptional, as she is thorough, detailed, and meticulous in every aspect. When our original officiant canceled on us the day before the wedding, Kate jumped into action and helped us find a last-minute replacement, ensuring our ceremony went off without a hitch. She was always available to answer our questions and address our concerns, no matter the time or day. I never once felt like an inconvenience or a burden. Kate also made sure our vendors were on track and not taking advantage of us, and she was incredibly considerate of our budget, finding amazing vendors that fit within our means. I cannot recommend A Touch of Whimsi Weddings & Events enough - I truly could not have planned my dream wedding without Kate's expertise and guidance.

    I can't say enough good things about our wedding coordinator Kate and her assistant! From start to finish, Kate was incredibly organized, attentive, and professional. She took all the stress out of planning and made sure every detail was perfect. From helping me with my timeline, vendor communication, running our rehearsal, and setting up and breaking down on our wedding day she did it all! Our big day went off without a hitch, and it was all thanks to their hard work and dedication. Highly recommend!
