We want your day to be stress-free, so all weddings at Bath Hollow Farm include the use of the venue for the full weekend, Friday afternoon through Sunday morning. I would highly recommend Bath Hollow Farm to any couple that is getting married. This venue was perfect for the type of wedding we wanted. We had access to the venue for the entire weekend, which meant we had our rehearsal, reception and goodbye breakfast all at the same place. The night before the wedding my bridal party and myself stayed at the air bnb and were able to relax before the big day and get ready right at the venue. Melissa and Brett were amazing to work with, always responding to my emails. They were flexible, accommodating and supportive of our vision. All of our guests raved about the venue and how perfect it was. We truly had the most perfect wedding day and a huge part of that was having our wedding at Bath Hollow Farm.

My husband and I got married at Arrowwood on May 26. It was an absolutely amazing experience. We used not only the venue, but the add on services of coordination, decoration, and floral. Everything turned out exactly how I wanted it and I would describe the day as perfect. Every question that I had leading up to the day was answered quickly, kindly, and efficiently. Our coordinator, Bri, truly made the day so easy and fantastic. She was on top of everything from decorations, wrangling groomsmen, and making sure I was having a relaxing/ fabulous time. I could not be more thankful for her help and her guidance in making decisions and the wedding timeline. If you are considering using Arrowwood, do it!!

We had the most magical day of our lives getting married at the Hampshire House in early May this year. Right from the get go, Hampshire House checked all our boxes when it came to what we were looking for in a wedding venue. It has that old New England charm, is located right next to the beautiful Public Gardens and is the perfect size for an intimate, small to medium sized wedding (we had 60-70 guests in attendance). Most of all, the food here is beyond exceptional and some of the best we’ve had. We are major foodies, and having food that was well-plated, generously portioned, and above all delicious and memorable was a high priority item for us. We were lucky enough to be able to work with Sydney Turnbull and the Hampshire house team. Sydney is the most kind, professional, and detail-oriented catering sales manager and event coordinator and thanks to her, all our venue planning with Hampshire House was truly smooth sailing and stress-free. Sydney constantly kept us in the loop with next steps in our planning timeline, offering thoughtful recommendations and suggestions for our wedding (such as floral placements during our ceremony, order and timing of toasts/speeches, seating arrangements, the list goes on!) She kept in contact with all our vendors, always promptly responded to our many emails, walked us through all the steps during our ceremony rehearsal —somehow making it seem much less daunting, and on our big day Sydney seemed to always be one step ahead, preparing and leading us through every portion of our wedding timeline in such a seamless way. Lastly, since our wedding ended late into the evening, Hampshire House thoughtfully held on to and organized all our florals, and various wedding signage and other items so that we were able to return and pick it up at the venue on a following day. This made it so we didn’t have to worry about anything at all night of and could end our wedding day with the peace of mind that everything was taken care of. Truly, we cannot recommend Sydney and the Hampshire House enough and if we were to do it all over again, we wouldn’t change a thing!

The venue looked amazing, as someone who is not the best with decor, this was great, as the venue looked beautiful all on its own. Both Kayli and Jasmine were super great to work with. Jasmine was great day of, handled things well so I didn't have to deal with issues that arose day of. Jasmine also helped me on a Saturday, helping me when she was about to go home, approximately a month out when there was confusion with a vendor. Super happy with how well everything was coordinated and how it looked.

Perona is one of the premier venues in NJ if not the country. With three different, gorgeous event spaces and the most conscientious, professional staff in the industry. The grounds offer a diverse array of breathtaking photo opps and there are gracious spaces to get ready and enjoy the time leading up to your wedding. Then there is the food, which is astounding and innovative. They have pizza ovens on site, they offer many local specialties including some made in-house. Of course, as an officiant, I WOULD mention the ceremony settings too; two of them are conservatory type spaces with retractible glass roofs, and the other is their rustic barn loft. Cleary, you can tell it's one of our favorite venues, and it will doubtlessly be yours as well.

The Woman’s Club of Evanston was the perfect venue for our June wedding! After an extensive venue search, we were so excited to find the Woman’s Club. The venue checked every box we had - close enough to the city for us and our friends and close enough to the suburbs for our family. The venue is also located right between a reasonably-priced parking garage and a lovely Hilton, which accommodated anyone flying or driving into our celebration. Our vendors also raved about the ease of working in that space, from the vendor parking lot to loading areas to elevators. The venue manager, Gretchen, was the best! She is an excellent communicator and answered all our questions promptly, and was on top of all the tasks that needed to be completed. The BYOB policy of the venue also helped us save some money on our beverages. The list of preferred caterers was great and we found someone that was the perfect fit for our fusion wedding. The venue itself is so beautiful. As soon as I walked in, I knew it was just right for us. The first floor is so warm and welcoming, and was perfect for our photos and for the cocktail hour. The second floor ballroom is grand and had such a wow factor. We were able to keep our decorations to a minimum because the venue itself is gorgeous. The space has so much natural light. We used the gardens outside for our first look, which made for some lovely photos. There’s nowhere else I would rather have gotten married!

The Saphire Estate is not just a gorgeous venue, the staff and management have perfected the process of planning and executing a flawless wedding. Kayla Collins (our producer) was beyond helpful in planning, she was flexible and accommodating and I don’t think we heard the word “no” once throughout our nearly yearlong timeline. Most important of all – on the actual wedding day, we didn’t have to do a thing except enjoy ourselves! The food was phenomenal, the staff made sure all special requests were met, and they set up everything from the guest book photo station to a memorial table. The ceremony and reception were both stunning. Cannot say enough good things about Kayla and the crew at Saphire Estate! We could not have asked for a more perfect wedding.

Our wedding in Abigail’s Garden was such a wonderful experience. The staff, the food, and the grounds were all fantastic. The weekend rate was out of our budget but we were able to cut the cost in half by booking a Thursday. The only downside to the venue was that we weren’t able to have a true rehearsal until the day of, and we weren’t able to access the venue until 3:30pm without paying more. I would do it all over again if I could!

We had our wedding at Melhorn Manor and it was absolutely beautiful! The venue offers gorgeous indoor and outdoor spaces that were very flexible for our event. The staff was so organized and made our wedding day timeline stress-free. They were also very quick to respond to any questions we had leading up to the big day and were willing to help in any way. We truly appreciated their communication and customer service. The value of the venue was well worth it - the beautiful grounds and architecture made for a memorable event for us and our guests. I knew from the first call I made to the park that this was going to exceed my expectations!!! They responded to every call, text and email quickly and clearly. And trust me... there were several of them lol!! We even stopped in a few weeks before the wedding to look at the pavilion where we decided to get married for more comfort for our guests and we were treated like royalty. Everyone was excited for us!! Lindsey was AMAZING!!! I can't stress that enough!! She had to talk me off the ledge a couple of times and trust me... she followed through with every promise she made and more!!!! I can't stop looking at the pictures she took either.. it's like she was in my head taking the pictures I would've been taking if I wasn't the bride. Our officiant Jamie was beyond words perfect for us!!!! She made it fun and personal - even though we had jsut met the day of the wedding. Hopefully no matter how many weddings she performs she always remembers the couple who couldn't stop giggling on one of the coldest and windiest days in March. I can't say enough about how perfect our day was because of these 2 wonderful ladies and everyone else that helped us pull it off without an issue.

Cloverdale Barn is a beautiful, rustic venue! We wanted a venue where we could have an outdoor ceremony with a great view, with an indoor reception that would be easy to decorate to reflect our style. Cloverdale Barn made our wedding dreams come true! Claire, the owner, allowed us to make the barn our own and was very easy to work with. She was kind, understanding, flexible and knowledgable. Being new to the area, we really relied on her to make recommendations for other vendors needed for the wedding. I highly recommend Cloverdale Barn to anyone that wants a simple yet elegant wedding!

We could not have asked for a better experience at Bellevue. We knew Bellevue was perfect for us because the park held a lot of memories, and the mansion is so stunning and full of history. There are so many beautiful locations for photos and we loved that our cocktail hour could be inside and outside. The reception tent allows for you to see the park/greenery and horses, which creates a beautiful atmosphere. The food was great, and everyone loved the bartenders, and the fun surprise Barbie drink was so cute! We were so grateful for the cocktail hour food in the dressing room and the desserts ready at our sweetheart table. Also, the food wrapped up at the end of the night! Those were all very sweet touches! We truly appreciate all of the effort the team put into our day, it was so magical! Thank you!

We had several older guests in need of help, and they were driven by a golf cart around the venue which was extremely helpful. The food and drinks were amazing, our guests are still raving about the food. And Maria, was amazing. Our wedding was amazing, and our vision came true, and we couldn’t have done it without the support and help from the team here at seven ponds. The Best Place at Pabst was so easy to work with, affordable, flexible drink packages, lots of fun amenities, natural atmosphere and decor means you don’t need to do much decorating of your own, I could go on and on. Our guests could not stop raving about how unique, intimate and lovely the space was. We used the Blue Ribbon Hall which included a balcony space which we used to give our guests the opportunity to play classic WI card games; Euchre, Sheepshead, cribbage etc… It was a great, separate space to hang out but still be a part of the celebration and watch the dancing. The staff even accommodated our last minute request to play the Bucks playoff game on the projector during dinner! Our wedding included lots of guests from out of town and out of state and we really wanted a venue that embodied Milwaukee culture. This. Was. IT.

We toured a number of Denver-area venues when we were getting started with the planning, and Ashley Ridge stood out to both of us immediately. We absolutely loved the location, with gorgeous mountain views in the background, and we were also in love with the ambiance and décor, which had a kind of modern luxe feel to it with an absolutely stunning crystal chandelier in the entry, beautiful recessed LED lighting in the ceilings, and large two story floor to ceiling windows in the ballroom. We also both appreciated the very up front pricing breakdown we were provided after touring. It's a bit hard to get a true "all-in" price from some venues, and we've heard of other family members who got bills at the end of their weddings which they weren't necessarily expecting, so having a clear all-in price up front was definitely appreciated while we were planning. The catering was seriously impressive. Both of us loved all of the food, from the appetizers to the mains. This hasn't always been my experience at other weddings - I've had to choke down my share of overcooked chicken or fairly basic cheese and cracker appetizers at other events. Quite a few people mentioned how good the food was; the prime rib carving station in particular was a very big hit! The quality of the catering really added a lot to the overall atmosphere. We absolutely loved having a dedicated day-of coordinator and banquet captain! Calypso was a delight to work with in the planning stages, was very proactive about checking in with us to make sure things were on schedule and very responsive to any questions we had as we were planning out the day! She was extremely organized and efficient in coordinating everything on the day of; we honestly didn't have to do any setup or coordination or problem-solving at all on the big day. The whole thing just flowed with an efficiency that looked almost effortless somehow. We brought a pretty substantial amount of our own decorations to give the whole thing a personal touch, and they even broke all of those down and packed them up for us so we could just grab them early the next morning, which was an entirely unexpected but much appreciated little touch that freed us up from having to do any teardown after the wedding! Wedgewoods all in one packages took a lot of the stress out of vendor selection for other services too. We got to print lovely invites and save the dates through their stationary website, got an excellent DJ included in our package, worked with photographers who were familiar with the venue and had shot a number of weddings there (which makes a noticeable difference in the efficiency of getting all your posed shots done after the ceremony), got an excellent baker to do our cake, and got a wonderful florist to do centerpieces, bouquets, and an arch installation. Honestly, having planned a wedding this way, I'm struggling to imagine doing it any other way now. I don't really see how it could be possible for the planning and execution to be any more seamless. Several of our guests commented that it was the best wedding they'd ever attended; easy to write that off as maybe just a nice thing for a guest to say, but it honestly seemed pretty sincere, and we got that feedback from more than a couple of people. The whole thing ran like a well-oiled machine and I think people really noticed that. A big thanks to the team at Ashley Ridge! It was exactly the day we wanted, we couldn't be happier with how it all turned out!!

Voted as one of the premiere wedding venues in the Greater Washington area, The Atrium can accommodate up to 230 seated guests for a wedding reception and up to 300 standing guests.

As soon as we took a tour of the Atrium, we knew this was the perfect spot to get married. The gardens are beautiful, and the inside the building the glass walls, plants, and little river give an airy and natural feel. I didn't worry about rain because you feel like you're outside even when you're in. When guests got too hot on the dance floor, they could go out and socialize on the patio overlooking the gardens in the cool night air. Given the meal prices for comparable venues, this venue is GREAT VALUE!! The food was great and the guests were happy. There were a couple small things that might be helpful to share, though. Our point of contact changed several times in the span of our engagement and there was sometimes a delay in communication. Also, the venue was marketed as a capacity of 200 people but it is better suited to weddings of 160-180 guests. When you go over 180, you have to choose some guests to seat in a room that feels divided by the little stream which is awkward. Also, there is no space for getting ready so brides and bridesmaids have to get ready off-site. Overall, I was overjoyed with having my wedding day here and I think for the price we still had an incredible experience. I don't regret it at all!!

There isn't enough words in the world to express how absolutely amazing our experience was here at the Portofino. Ever since I was young, I always knew I wanted a beautiful oceanfront wedding, and Portofino completely delivered that and MORE. Everything throughout my wedding planning process was sooo smooth thanks to Rain, aka their most amazing wedding coordinator ever (give that man a raise!!! 3 ). Seriously -- I had 5 months to get everything done for my wedding, and there were points throughout the process where I was questioning myself and whether I should've been *more* stressed than what it was because Rain was always so communicative and helpful. You always hear stories about how the stress gets to you during the wedding planning stages, but I was fortunate to not experience nearly any stress at all and honestly had so much fun throughout the whole planning process! The staff was also just amazing during the cocktail hour and reception as well -- all of our friends and family expressed how impressed they were by everyone's attentiveness, professionalism, and friendliness. They were especially attentive to my new husband and I, and none of that went unnoticed!! Our day was literally so perfect from top to bottom. Not to mention the gorgeous complimentary room we got as the newly weds. We definitely plan to come back many more times in the future to book staycations at the hotel. 10s across the board!!! I will continually recommend this hotel to all my friends and family :)

Working with the Buskirk Chumley theater was the best decision we made for the wedding, it was also the first decision. The venue is beautiful and can lend itself to any need or dream you have for your wedding. We actually used it as a movie theater, screening “Casablanca” during the ceremony and “Bringing Up Baby” during the reception. We used the dressing rooms to get ready, and the theater for the ceremony and reception so we didn’t have to do any additional traveling. The dressing rooms are big, and there is so much space to utilize from the stage, to the orchestra out, the inner lobby, the outer lobby, the mezzanine, the balcony - its perfect for any type of wedding. The events manager, Sami, also went above and beyond in communicating with me not only about the venue and my wants for it, but planning during a pandemic she kept me up to date on all city regulations to make sure we were always informed and how to best meet our needs. I also met with their technician, Skyler, before the wedding to explain my vision with lights, sound, media, etc and he also went above and beyond making my vision come to life. He worked with my photographer to set up amazingly lit photos. Sami and Skyler treated us with so much kindness and grace as we planned this wedding. I would recommended the BCT over and over again to every soon to be bride.

Cheryl and Mark were so easy to work with! Communication up until the day of our wedding was open and detailed. We came into this no having a clue what a typical wedding would look like and Cheryl was amazing when bringing in her expertise from her her past experience on what may work best for our guests and for us! We have a few last minute BIG changes and Cheryl and Mark were both so accommodating. Cheryl even went out of her way to make our guests a special drink that fit our needs! Working with Sadaf and the Spring Hall Event Venue staff was absolutely incredible. Sadaf and her team are so thorough in their planning and helped my mother and I make decisions regarding the decor, food, and ambiance for my wedding reception that ultimately made it look like a dream. The venue itself is SO gorgeous without any decor, so it really allows you to do the 'less is more' approach with the decor to keep the look of your event an example in elegance, and keep some more money in your wallet. Every decision leading up to the reception and day of was handled so easily and professionally by the team and the CEO Sadaf herself. The bridal suite was so convenient for myself and my friends to get ready in and it is attached to another room and the bathroom so there was so much space for all of us leading up to guests arriving. The in house speaker system and attendant that you can book through the hall was such a lifesaver as I didn't want a DJ, but more-so someone to make introductions and play pre-approved music according to the vibe - not in a club like way as some DJs provide. I truly had the best and easiest experience working with this venue and my guests and I were so amazed with it's interior design along with the in house decor we utilized through the venue. My mom and I had the easiest time planning thanks to their team and their amazing selection of in house vendors which we utilized for decor, sound system, and catering. Absolutely would recommend this venue for any type of event, and it was the PERFECT venue for my wedding reception.

Woodinville Lavender is not only beautiful but the owner Tom made it so easy to plan and enjoy our special day. He is very detail oriented, calm, and accommodating. For example, our catering wasn't able to get ice and Tom had some bags in his freezer chest which he allowed us to use. He allowed us to drop majority of the décor the day before during our rehearsal which was a huge help. On our wedding day, I saw him in the corner of my eye wiping the dance floor so guests don't slip from the bubbles from bubble gun, brought out heat lamps when the night got cold without us even asking, rescheduled our wedding date for free when quarantine policy was implemented for int'l travelers, which prevented half of our guests from coming, made sure we were charged the cheaper Redmond tax rate with our catering, made exception allowing rentals to be picked up the day after our wedding so we don't get charged $500 for late night pick up, and more. Tom has done an impeccable job keeping the venue so beautiful but how much he cares and helps is the real reason why this venue is so worth it. I was stress free and actually had a blast on my wedding day. I'm so grateful to Tom and would recommend this venue to anyone.

We can not say enough good things about this venue. The owners are so sweet and attentive. The space is beautiful and very affordable for what you get. Our wedding had 150 guests and we felt like the space was filled perfectly. We had a buffet style dinner and an opened bar which both were perfectly accommodated. The dance floor is perfect. We were able to fit our deserts under the dj booth which is lofted. It was perfect for a snack as people got hungry from dancing. Our Photo Booth also fit nicely on the upper floor. The ceremony space we did outside and our pictures are perfect. Can not say enough good things

Our experience so far with Waterloo Village and their staff has been amazing. From the moment we walked onto the property at Waterloo, we knew it was going to be our wedding venue! Between the beautiful farm, the adorable animals (love the alpacas), the gorgeous canal and historic homes, and the venue itself, we made our venue decision very quick! We got to see all of the ceremony spots which were all beautiful in their own unique way, but since our wedding is in summer we fell in love with their Secret Garden location. It is tucked away in the trees and just gives very magical vibes. So we are super excited! Once we picked Waterloo as our venue, it only got better from there. Everyone has been extremely friendly and helpful. We brought our families to the open house and both sets of parents could not believe how incredible the food was! JAM catering does an amazing job of make fresh food that is sustainable and mostly grown by them (AMAZING)! At our tasting, it was incredible how organized and friendly all of the staff were. We cannot wait for our wedding at Waterloo Village!

We absolutely LOVED The Springs Waxahachie! What a stunning venue! Chelsea and Michelle were wonderful to work with as well, answering my hundreds of questions along the way! We’ve had many compliments on how beautiful the venue was by all of our guests. It accommodated our 250 guest count perfectly. My biggest critique would be to have an easier system for all of the info they give, and ask for throughout the planning process. They have tons of PDFS and links and google forms and it just was too hard to keep track of it all at times. If they used Honeybook or another platform to keep it all in ONE central hub, that would be a DREAM for planning. Because of it, little things got missed, like neither my planner or I knew we needed table cloths for cocktail hour tables, I had no idea we had to purchase a separate package to have champagne in the bridal suite while getting ready etc.. Mid way through our planning, they offered a new DJ package which we went with and he ended up being awesome- however, we didn’t get to know who our DJ was or talk to him until about 2 weeks before the wedding- That was a bit stressful! Otherwise, I wish we could re-live our wedding day again and again at this venue! There’s no where else we could have imagined being married!

Our day of coordinator Matt and his team helped to take every ounce of pressure off our shoulders the day of so that we could truly immerse ourselves in our guests and our experience. It can’t get much better than that. The interior and back exterior of the venue is what dreams are made of. The ceremony location over looking the Berkshires was perfection. The landscaping was the perfect backdrop for every one of our photos. The back patio that we had access to for cocktail hour and throughout our whole reception was unique and stunning. My husband and I were married at Salem’s this weekend and I wouldn’t change a thing about the day or the entire planning process! Honestly, I didn’t know anything about planning a wedding but Donna and Martha took care of everything I needed and even the things I didn’t know I needed. Through out planning communication was clear and timely. Donna answered all my questions and accommodated any changes (even last minute) without batting an eye. Salems has great relationships with local venders and their ability to collaborate made it all the more seamless. On the day of my family and I chose to get ready at Salem’s; we had a comfy suite and they served us a delicious sit down lunch with salads and mimosas in a private dining space. When a couple of little girls showed up as a surprise the kitchen staff even made them their own macaroni and cheese plates! The ceremony space and overall landscaping was perfect with flowers and fresh cut grass. Our guests loved taking photos on the beautiful grounds and our professional photos look like they are straight out of a fairy tale. At the reception everyone raved about the delicious prime rib dinner and strawberry short cake. The serving staff and bartenders were fun, personable, professional, attentive and really seemed invested in making my family’s day perfect. If I could do my wedding day again I would absolutely choose this venue.

But boy was I wrong. As soon as I got to Red Oak my mind immediately changed. I knew it was the place I wanted to marry the love of my life. Nancy, the owner, was the one that gave the tour. She had just gotten done cutting the grass and was as humble as a person can get about her business and the services they offer. I mean, have you seen many owners cutting the grass of their own business? 100 acres at that? I hadn’t. From start to finish, wedding planning was an absolute breeze. Dana, made payments, contract, meetings and anything in between a pleasure instead of a headache. Always willing to go above and beyond to make sure planning went accordingly. Christina, was my day of coordinator and she met with me multiple times and answered any and all questions of mine without an ounce of annoyance (I wasn’t a bridezilla but my anxiety was through the roof because of the person I am lol). She made me feel at ease when we met and talked. She was honestly amazing at everything leading up to the wedding and the day of. She was running around the day of making sure we had the perfect day. And we did. If you’re looking for easy planning, amazing Coordinators and an affordable wedding venue, book with Red Oak Valley. I promise you won’t regret it. The Red Lion Inn was the most incredible venue for our wedding in Jul 2023! We were looking for an upscale barn venue that was close to an airport since we had several guests from out of state and the Red Lion was just that. The first time we toured, my husband and I were sold. The barn has so much charm and the whole property is beautiful. Our wedding team and everyone we met at the Inn were friendly, organized, professional and ready to help with anything. Special shoutout to Sam, our amazing wedding coordinator, Toufik, our event coordinator, and Andrew, the innkeeper. Sam helped us from the day we signed our contract, organizing the little details and ensuring the ceremony and reception ran on smoothly and on schedule, putting us at ease. With the Inn, we were able to have access to the whole property on our wedding day. I got ready with my bridesmaids in the beautiful Hillside House, our ceremony and reception were in the barn and the after party was in the tavern. We were also able to rent the inn rooms on the night of the wedding. I cannot recommend the Red Lion Inn enough for your wedding!

Nestled among lush avocado trees, this place is a hidden gem that's just bursting with charm and character. First off, the outdoor setting is simply to die for. You've got these majestic avocado trees setting the scene – think magical, green canopies perfect for those whimsical couple shots. And swings! Yes, swings. They're not just for kids, you know. We joked about Dr. Pepper in our planning meeting and how it was my husband’s favorite drink and how that was the only downside of woodwinds. When we entered the room and sat down after our first dance there was a bottle of Dr. Pepper in a champagne bucket. These guys really care about their jobs!!!! When we left our bridal attendant was saying how they just opened up a restaurant in Old Saybrook, and although we only will get married once, we cannot wait to go back for the food!

When my husband and I found Bluestem Farms, we were blown away by how much charm this barn has. The interior is so romantic, cozy, and rustic and although we couldn’t stop talking about the main floor of the barn, we kept talking about the bathrooms of all things! The cutest bathrooms around! When we met with Kelly for the first time, she answered all of our questions. The barn has an elevator in case anyone needs it, and when I told her how I have an autistic cousin who might be coming, she knew exactly where he could go if he needed to step away. Fast forward to a month before the wedding, Kelly had everything organized and worked with me to get my perfect timeline. She had a lot of furniture for free that we could use the day of too which adds to the character of the barn. The day of was more than I could have ever dreamed of. The shuttle that we used for our guests was running late and I didn’t know a thing until afterwards. Kelly handled all little things so I did not have to deal with any of it. If I could re-do this day all over again, there is 1 thing I am 100% certain on, and that is picking Bluestem all over again.

The Lobby Venue was a fantastic choice for our urban wedding. Christian the owner, communicated with us in a quick, direct, and pleasant manner throughout the planning process, providing helpful information that guided us to a wonderful event. Thank you so much to Mountain Crust and their crew for being so amazing. We hosted a Saturday wedding here in late June and it was absolutely stunning. There is enough shade in the lawn to make a big difference in the temp, and when it started to rain during dinner the staff moved our whole party (around 80 people) inside in just a few minutes. Everything turned out really well, and the venue is just gorgeous. Nico, the venue manager, was our day-of coordinator, and while there were a couple of snags (no PA announcements being made throughout the event, and our wedding cake was cut and served before we got to see it) most everything went really smoothly and felt organized. Communication was good and the staff were incredible day-of. We had so much fun and are so grateful to have found this venue!

Our location is on 12.6 acres of land on the Little Applegate River. The property is home to a small winery and tasting room, Wild Wines, and residents. The wedding ceremony location is perched above the river under the shade of large cedar and oak trees, but you may also choose your preferred location anywhere on the property. The celebration area is around the winery where the bar and bathroom can be accessed and where food service and seating can be set up, as well as electricity. As we are primarily an outdoor venue, we ask that you please keep this in mind before requesting to connect. Depending the time of year, you may require a tent for shade or rain protection. This is not something we provide, but we are happy to refer you to local outfitters. The main indoor area is the tasting room, seen in photos, which is best suited for the bar area, hors d'ouevres, gifts, cake service. Some of the outdoor area has shade available.

We had our wedding in 2020 at Wild Wines and it was a gorgeous setting. The bathroom was clean and large enough to change in. The owner let us use their own home to get the bride ready, which was very accommodating. The ceremony was done by the creek and there was plenty of room for chairs/sound system, and we did the reception at the winery, which also had enough room for chairs and tables as well as shade. The owner was very kind and personable and the entire wedding ended up a lot cheaper than we expected!

I had no idea my community center was so beautiful! The windows gave the best backdrop, the bar was intentionally placed and detailed to perfection! The space was so beautiful on its own that we didn't have to lug in loads of decorations. The built in spot for the DJ was perfect! Comfortably fit our 175 people for dinner and dancing. The staff was knowledgeable and not overwhelming. Stupid good value! I loved having my wedding here!

To say that we were blessed and could not have done it without Miranda and Zoey (our coordinators) would be a complete understatement. Throughout the whole process, it was extremely comforting and reassuring to know that Miranda and Zoey were just a phone call or email away. They were both extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. From the start they were there to answer our many questions that arise from planning a winter destination wedding, provide guidance on different options, kept us on track for all our important deadlines, brought all our visions to reality on our special day, and so much more than we could list. As many people would say, we are huge “foodies”. When asked about weddings, most people would say the thing they remembered most was whether the food was good. In the case of Mountain Top (in addition to the all-on-property experience and breathtaking mountain view mentioned before), the food is certainly memorable. Whether it was the rehearsal dinner, hors d’oeuvres at cocktail hour, meals at the reception, or late-night snacks, every item of food was phenomenal. Words just simply could not do justice to describe how incredible the food tasted. Our friends and family are still ranting and raving about the food! Mountain Top was everything a couple could wish for in a wedding venue and more. We will continue to recommend it to family / friends and plan to visit again soon! Words cannot describe this magical venue- you have to see it to believe it! It's literally breathtaking. The staff were amazing from the early communication to my day of event manager (the two ladies helped me A LOT!). Amanda was someone who I worked with on my multiple visits and she is an absolute gem! The staff helped make my vision a reality and even a month later, people are still raving about our wedding. The venue is so gorgeous (think double deck cabin style) that it needs minimalist decor (they even have a rental room you can use for the decor) because the scenery is more than enough for pictures. The layout of your event is very up to you with multiple options for where you would want the ceremony to be held. I loved using the patio for the ceremony (gorgeous trees as the backdrop), then held the reception inside (main level with bar deck), and had the dancing back out on the patio (the staff cleared the space but left chairs and benches along the outer rim). The nearby fire pit was perfect for a s'mores station and the side of the building has a nice grassy lawn where guests also enjoyed corn hole. The bridal suite is of good size with a full bathroom and a private deck (my ladies and I enjoyed our morning to the fullest), and then there are two other smaller suites (we did groom suite and the other room was to co-mingle). The staff let me plan multiple week day visits prior to my official planning meeting so that I could get measurements for things, scope out the layout and really get my vision put together on my time. My family and friends all loved staying in the treehouses (what a cool experience itself!). The bar is included with the venue (AMAZING packages with more options included in each than I have seen anywhere else- even with the basic package) so I just had to focus on the decor and the food (catering and desserts). You do only get the venue the day-of unless you luck out and pay for early set-up the day prior (I got lucky with my Saturday wedding and was able to come in Friday to decorate but they are normally booked with Friday weddings). Lots of parking made it convenient for guests. I included multiple photos (credit to Travis Lontoc) to help give an idea of the space and how we used it.

How much do wedding & reception venues cost?

The cost of wedding venues varies, with factors influencing cost including size, location, guest count, and, most importantly, whether things like catering and rentals are included. The more a reception venue near you includes, the higher the cost. When considering venues, try to compare prices apples-to-apples. If one venue includes catering and rentals in their pricing and the other doesn’t, you need to figure out how much additional cost those outside vendors would be to make a true comparison. Before booking, be sure you’re aware of additional costs outlined in your contract, like parking fees and weather-related considerations (adding a tent, etc.).

What questions should we ask wedding venues?

When talking with a potential venue, always ask about 1) their availability and 2) their capacity. Some popular venues book up peak season Saturdays nearly 2 years in advance—if your first choice date isn’t available, consider your flexibility on day of the week and year.
