The Felt Factory by Romano's has transformed our 1848 building in the heart of Northeast Philadelphia to an Industrial & Chic Event Venue with three distinctly different spaces. Located in the beautiful countryside of Southern Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Osbornia Farm is a brief and scenic drive from Lancaster, Harrisburg, Philadelphia, Baltimore and surrounding areas. The twenty-five-acre property is easily accessible from main roads yet is secluded and surrounded by beautiful trees, farmland and a creek to offer our guests privacy. Situated on the property is a beautiful 1800’s Farmhouse, bank barn, granary, and other farm buildings. These buildings are all surrounded by trees and a flowing creek and features a tree lined farm lane and rolling fields. It is as peaceful as it comes, feeling completely secluded from the outside world.

Our charming and picturesque venue is the perfect location to create unforgettable moments, be it a wedding, anniversary celebration, or any other special occasion. When the building was initially constructed over a century ago, it was designed as a Presbyterian chapel in a completely different location. Dismantled and purchased in 1907; the remaining materials were moved to its current home. Today, it has a capacity of 120 guests and can comfortably host both intimate and extravagant celebrations.

Our Farm sits on 54-Acres in Bucks County. Our Seed Barn was originally built back in the 1820's. Our Seed Barn was restored in the Summer of 2016 & seats 160-200 people. Attached to the back of the Seed Barn is a beautiful deck that overlooks the ceremony site. In the lower level of the Seed Barn is our Groom’s Suite! Here you will find a pool table, TV, lounge seating area & more. In 2020 we built our Harvest Barn attached to the Seed Barn through a breezeway. This is home for our commercial kitchen, on-site bathrooms, smaller event space and bridal suite. Lastly, we have a Farm-to-Table bakery onsite for your dessert table & custom wedding cake.
