The pavilion can also be used as a stress-free ceremony location backup for the Lakeview Arbor. We had the most amazing wedding at Chesapeake Bay Golf Club! The ceremony was outdoors, and the setting was absolutely beautiful, with the course creating the perfect backdrop for pictures. Afterward, we moved into the ballroom for the reception, which was just the right mix of elegance and fun. The bridal suite was perfect for getting ready, and the whole day felt so relaxed. The staff was incredible – they made sure everything went smoothly and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. It was such a perfect day, and we’re so grateful to everyone who made it all come together!

Yes, we have a ramp at the main entrance of our clubhouse, and golf cart escorts are available to transport guests requiring assistance to the ceremony location.

-Your Wedding Day: 11 Hours on property for our Full Day Wedding Venue Rentals -12:00PM-10:00PM with 1-Hour for clean up after the Reception from 10:00PM-11:00PM. -This allows for Preparations, Wedding Photography, and 6 hours of active "event" time for your Wedding Ceremony, Cocktail Hour and Reception. -Before your Wedding Day: a 1-Hour Scheduled Wedding Ceremony Rehearsal is included.

-Your Wedding Day: 7 Hours Total Reception-Only Wedding Venue Rental -Reception from 5:00PM-9:00PM that allows for 4 hours of "event" time for your Cocktail Hour and Reception with 2 hours allotted prior for Vendor Room Set-up, and 1 Hour after to Clean up. -Available on Fridays.

Yes, a Chesapeake Bay Golf Club Beverage Package selection is mandatory and includes up to 4 1/2 Hours of Service, Bar Set-Up, and Staffing. Total guest count is based off all Adults over the Age of 21. While on property, all alcohol must be provided by CBGC. Open Bar Choices: Premium, Classic, Beer & Win, Soft Beverages, or Tab Bar. We offer a comprehensive selection to provide your guests with an exceptional experience. The Soft Beverages Open Bar Package is available for guests between the Ages of 12 and 20, or for all guests if no alcohol is to be served at your wedding.

Yes, Chesapeake Bay Golf Club has carefully curated a handful of Preferred Caterers that offer delicious and customizable menu selections to suit your taste and budget, as well as trusted and experienced staff. These caterers are "full service" and provide linens, table set-up, tableware, hors d'oeuvres, dinner, hot beverages, servers, and associated clean-up.
