If you are seeking an exquisite garden setting you’ve arrived at the right place! There are 3 components to the rental of Appleford: you have the use of the inside of the estate, use of the tented terrace, and access to the gardens. Your wedding can take place both inside and outside of the house, with the seating for your reception taking place under the tented terrace overlooking the gardens. You and your guests are welcome to roam the gardens and take pictures in the alee of trees, boxwoods, roses garden, walled garden, and private medallion garden. A pond, small waterfall, and landscaped entrance in front of the home is the ideal setting for your onsite ceremony. Appleford works with 8 exclusive caterers and is BYOB. Clients are welcome to select a florist, photographer, videographer, and other vendors. Our West Gallery, located in the Arts-&-Crafts style Museum Pavilion, offers a unique setting for weddings. Guests can enjoy cocktails on the covered terrace and shaded courtyard, then dine and dance in an elegant gallery with hardwood floors, a cathedral ceiling, and three walls of windows and French doors providing access to the estate’s 200 acres of gardens and grounds. The West Gallery comfortably accommodates between 50 and 150 guests for dinner and dancing, while the adjacent Garden Lawn may also be rented for a ceremony overlooking the perennial gardens. Emmerich Tree Farm is a working Christmas Tree Farm catering to the 'Choose-and-Cut' market in Warwick, NY, just 50 miles NW of the George Washington Bridge. Our property has been in the family since 1960, and the trees were planted in 2007. Our pavilion is 30 by 40 and was built in the summer of 2011 using beams harvested from the property. There are rustic accents added throughout, which help make the space unique. Articulating glass windows & doors on the South & East walls allow us to control temperature shifts, creating a unique indoor/outdoor space. Adjacent to the pavilion is a tented patio which is 60' x 30'. The tent is provided by our venue, includes hanging string lights, and has sides available upon request. The space allows room to seat up to 180 people using rectangular tables and up to 130 people using 5' round tables. We also have a Bridal tent built with rustic cedar trim. The tent is furnished with seating, full-length mirror and power.

The Duke Sculpture Garden at the Dixon Mansion in Wallingford is housed on a 100-year-old estate. The most striking features of the four-acre landscaped grounds are Rapunzel stone tower and the Main Building, built in 1889. A newer 3,100 square-foot gallery has been added to the Main Building which is air-conditioned and handicapped accessible for your reception. Our 19th-century ballroom would be available as the perfect ceremony "B" plan. The Gallery features oak floors, soaring exposed rustic beam construction and beautiful lighting. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, Curtis Hall is surrounded by a 45-acre arboretum created by Frederick Law Olmsted, landscape architect for New York City’s Central Park. The “hall” is the original music ballroom of the 1893 Cyrus Curtis estate, "Lyndon". The capacity for dining and dancing is 200. Beyond the handsome wrought-iron entrance gates is a vintage setting of rolling hills, two ponds, an original pergola and 50 varieties of trees. Located in Wyncote, Cheltenham Township, Curtis Hall is just five miles from Center City Philadelphia.

The restored dairy barn built in 1828 on a 100 acre, family ran, historic venue with modern-day amenities is nestled in the Hudson Valley, NY. It can host up to 150 guests comfortably inside the barn, with additional space on the deck for cocktail hour and an adjacent lawn area for your ceremony. There is also an additional lounge seating area if some of your guests would like to relax with a bit of quiet time. Antique chandeliers accent the hardwood floors, walls and beams providing the rustic character that compliments the temperature controlled AC and heat to enable us to provide year-round events. In addition to the barn, deck, and ceremony space, the onsite 4 bedroom (7 queen beds) restored farmhouse is included in the venue for the weekend. A Friday check in enables you to prepare yourself for the big day and set up the space in the barn with any decor. The house is yours for the entire weekend for up to 8 guests. It works perfectly as a bridal suite for everyone to get ready.
