Tappan Hill Mansion is located on the former estate of Mark Twain in the scenic Hudson Valley. Just 45 minutes from midtown Manhattan, the Mansion is easily accessible from the entire tri-state area. Nestled on a hilltop overlooking the Hudson, this stunning stone structure features luxurious rooms and garden terraces ideal for weddings, meetings, gala fundraisers, product launches or any occasion you can imagine. Tappan Hill is perfect for hosting a wide range of events from intimate gatherings to mansion-wide celebrations. With views of a stunning, newly renovated garden, The Hudson Room is perfect for small weddings, rehearsal dinners, anniversaries and meetings, while the Pavilion Room hosts larger gatherings. Both rooms have expansive glass, stunning views and all the requisite amenities. Whatever the occasion, this historic setting is the perfect backdrop for the most special events.

In addition to a stunning reception room with exposed stone, draped ceilings and over-sized windows, the Pavilion Room includes a glass-enclosed, brick and stone promenade that opens into a luxurious outdoor terrace that offers a spectacular backdrop for ceremonies. The space is ideal for events up to 260 guests including weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs galas, conferences or any special occasion.

With breathtaking views overlooking a lush garden, Tappan Hill’s Hudson Room is the perfect setting for small weddings, rehearsal dinners, showers, birthdays, anniversaries, meetings, or any intimate milestone event. The space features hardwood floors, expansive windows overlooking the beautifully maintained grounds, and a private garden terrace for ceremonies. The Hudson Room, which can comfortably fit up to 150 guests, is the perfect departure from banquet facilities and windowless ballrooms.

    My husband and I got married at this venue this past November. Every single day since the wedding, we’ve gotten compliments on how incredible the venue the staff, the food and everything about Abigail Kirsch at Tappan Hill was. For us working with the team specifically John was such an absolute pleasure throughout the process and the day of they made everything as easy and enjoyable for us as possible, I can’t say enough good things about this venue except that I wish I could have another wedding there!

    We had a wedding at Tappan Hill in middle of July and the wedding was beautiful. Everything turned out great. We were very happy with how everything was handled and we would recommend the venue to anyone who is looking for an inclusive venue where the linens, cutlery, cake, open bar, food and much more are all included. This was very important to us given that we wanted to focus our attention on other things but the quality was overall fantastic

    Tappan Hill Mansion is really the whole package when it comes to wedding venue. Their customer service and professionalism is topnotch. They are highly organized, easy to work with, and will literally make any accommodation you ask for. The venue is gorgeous with a beautiful view and the food is some of the best catered food in NYC. Planning a wedding is hard work, but Tappan Hill made the venue/food aspect of the day a breeze.
