The barn offers a beautiful rustic yet elegant feel with black iron chandeliers, white draping, and bistro lights around the property. We are located 10 minutes off of the NYS Thruway exits Saugerties/KIngston NY Offering hotels within 5 minutes from our venue for the ease and convenience of your out of town guests. We are offering a 5,000 square foot barn with 35 private acres in the Hudson Valley. The property offers beautiful wood fence lines, ponds with light features and fountains, lush lawns to offer your guests a game of cornhole or giant connect four. The barn also offers a full length front porch for relaxing and catching up with family and friends that you haven't seen in years. A large back patio to offer for your outdoor cocktail hour and multiple ceremony locations.

    We got married over a month ago and have been putting off writing this review, because it means that our time working with Kerri has really come to an end. Booking Fortune Valley Manor for our wedding venue was without a doubt, the best decision we made for our wedding. FVM was the third wedding venue we toured, and from the minute we sat down in Kerri’s office, before we even saw the grounds, we knew we wanted to get married there. Kerri is warm, friendly and so hospitable (as evidenced by the delicious snacks and seasonal sangria she serves at every meeting), and as a wedding planner, could not be more on top of every single detail that goes into making your wedding day perfect. We were blown away by her at our first meeting; how thoughtful, organized and intentional she is towards each aspect of the wedding planning process. And she remained that way through the entire planning process. Our monthly meetings kept us on track (usually ahead of schedule!), and Kerri was so careful to check in about every detail and made sure we were completing all of our “homework assignments”, so wedding planning could actually be enjoyable! We felt that she truly cared about us as individuals and a couple, and took the time to learn who we are, so she could help plan the day that was right for us. She was easy to communicate with, helped talk us through every question we had and really took to heart everything we wanted in our day. In Kerri, we truly felt like we were planning our wedding with a close friend by our side. We could not imagine doing this process without her! Kerri make sure she surrounds herself with the best staff. All of her recommended vendors were amazing to work with. And the venue staff and shuttle drivers were friendly, helpful and so professional. They all made sure our day went off without a hitch! The grounds themselves are stunning. We knew we wanted to get married at a barn in the Hudson Valley, and Fortune Valley ticked every box. Frank does an impeccable job making sure the grounds and barn always look in the best shape possible. The barn easily accommodated our 200 guests, and enabled us to have the perfect mix of indoor/outdoor space that we wanted for our wedding. Guests were able to dance as much as they wanted inside, and then step outside for some fresh air when needed. And our guests loved being able to interact with the horses out front! The food was outstanding and Chef Charlie was so easy to work with and accommodated our need for a vegetarian/pescetarian wedding. We loved being able to go up to the venue for a tasting day, and actually got to try our menu in advance and tweak as needed. We received so many compliments on the food. Kerri was able to help us source specialty beer and alcohol, some of which was used to craft our signature cocktails – which were also outstanding. I could go on and on about this venue and this team. If you are lucky enough to have your desired date available at FVM, book it immediately! Kerri, Frank and the entire FVM Team made our day so smooth, magical and memorable. Our guests can’t believe we found this hidden gem. I wish we could get married again just to book Fortune Valley Manor!

    Fortune Valley Manor is one of a kind!! This place is an absolute dream wedding venue. Once we saw the property for the first time, we knew no other venue would compare. If you’re looking for a rustic yet still elegant indoor/outdoor space, we highly recommend this venue. The owners Kerri & Frank are the most genuine, kind people out there. They go above and beyond to give their couples everything and anything they want for their special day. We were not familiar with the area and Kerri helped us so much by connecting us to local vendors, and every vendor we chose went above and beyond for us as well. We could not imagine having our wedding anywhere else! Before we met Kerri, we thought we could plan a wedding on our own. We were so wrong. Frequent meetings with Kerri kept us on track and were essential for planning purposes. Kerri and Frank did everything to make the wedding day run as smoothly as possible, from planning to set up to keeping our timeline. We loved having all the events at the same location from ceremony to reception to after party. Chef Charlie and the catering was fantastic, a month after our wedding and our guests are still talking about it. We couldn’t have asked for a better day and we owe it all to Fortune Valley Manor.

    There are no words that can express the magnitude of care, thought, and effort that the team at Fortune Valley Manor, led by Kerri & Frank Tiano, put into their weddings. We had the pleasure of getting married here two weeks ago on 9/17/23 and it was absolutely beautiful. If you’re considering FVM, do yourself the favor and make an appointment to meet with Kerri & Frank and see the site in person. Kerri guided us through the entire process as we planned it in 7 months; she helped us identify what vendors/suppliers we may need and provided resources for reference as well as time priority of onboarding vendors. Your wedding at FVM will be so personally YOU. Kerri and Frank make note of all the small details and execute an amazing wedding, that guaranteed, will keep guests raving for weeks. Ours still are! Any chance we get to swing by, we will!

    I cannot say enough to praise Kerri and Frank for their beautiful space, their attention to detail, their immense care and love for the work that they do and for every single person who enters their space. Kerri's precision and focus is unmatched and you truly feel like the only person in the room when you speak to her. Every single question went answered and each detail attended to with precision. The food here is immaculate and even a month later people continue to ask me to ask Chef Charlie for his recipes. The words "hidden gem" have never meant more than for this venue. I cannot recommend this enough and will forever be shouting from the rooftops that Kerri is a true dream maker. If you tell her exactly what you want, she will make it happen. It will still take work on your end but it will all be worth it. If you meet the deadlines she sets, you will have a smooth and seamless planning process.
