Whether it’s a massive party or intimate gathering, the Cedar Lakes property can accommodate as many guests as your event requires, with overnight lodging for over two hundred. Our style blends rustic elegance with nature, so guests enjoy a sleepaway camp vibe with all the luxuries of a 5-star hotel—steaming rain showers and feather down beds included. In-house chefs create seasonal menus with produce grown in our onsite organic garden, while our craft cocktails please any spirit connoisseur. Choose from indoor or outdoor settings to hold your ceremony and reception, each one with a view of tree-lined lakes and stunning mountains. Your wedding weekend package includes full access to the property, including lakes, pools, hiking and biking trails, and bonfire pits. We strive to make certain each wedding is specially tailored to fit the couple.

The Barn

Our fully restored and temperature controlled 6,200 square foot barn is the centerpiece of the property.

The barnwood walls juxtapose the modern floor-to-ceiling glass panels, striking just the right balance in this beautiful, expansive space that overlooks our grand lakes. Crystal chandeliers hang from the ceilings, accenting the candlelit dinners set on our handcrafted barnwood tables. A twenty-four foot long prohibition-chic bar and grand bathroom suites finish the space.

    Cedar Lakes Estate is a slice of heaven on earth. I have had the pleasure of working with Cedar Lakes Estate for the last 5-6 years. Everything that the CLE team does is done with the intention of creating the most magical + memorable experience for their guests. They always put their best foot forward and understand what it takes to produce flawless events. So where do I begin? Food + Beverage: Their delicious food will melt in your mouth and will blow your mind. One of the things that I appreciate about their menus is that it is the farthest from wedding catering. It is so good that I have used them in NYC for events and weddings. Their culinary skills are sharp and they do what they do really, really well. Their menus are approachable but their flavor profiles + presentation are high end. CLE Team: One of my favorite things and strongest asset of CLE is their staff and team. Their serving staff is trained in house and are not random cater waiters. Their staff takes extreme pride in what they do each day and weekend and you can tell. They are invested in the client and in the brand which translates in everything they touch and do. From their management team all the way through to their housekeeping staff their team's hospitality + hard work is consistent. As a planner It's wonderful peace of mind. The Grounds: I like to say that CLE is the Disneyland of wedding venues and each year it gets better and better. I love being able to create unique and personalized events with my couples at CLE because the options are endless when producing an eventful wedding weekend. It doesn't matter what season your event is, there is always something to do for everyone. Accommodations: I mean...they are dreamy! It is such a treat to be able to host so many guests on a property. It changes the dynamic of a wedding weekend when you have the ability to host a large portion of your family and friends onsite. It makes it so much more fun + memorable! Not only are the accommodations comfortable, they are styled beautifully and allow guests to feel like it is a home away from home. The value that you receive from hosting an event or wedding at Cedar Lakes Estate is priceless. Your guests and family will talk about it forever and ever! I know because I have lovely reunions with some of my couples yearly at their dinner series they host. It is a special place and you will know as soon as you step foot onto their property!

    We got to know Cedar Lakes by attending winter weekends and pop-up dinners while planning our wedding. Frankly, we worried that was a mistake as we got close to our wedding day -- after we had experienced CLE's hospitality a few times, our expectations were through the roof. Turns out, not a problem. With the help of the people at Cedar Lakes and our incredible team of vendors, despite our anticipation, we were absolutely floored. It was beyond perfect. The people at Cedar Lakes - each and every one of them - embody a blend of warmth and professionalism I've never witnessed anywhere. They treated every guest like family, every event went off exactly as planned, and if there were any problems that arose during the day, we never heard about them. At every turn, the CLE team added unique surprises that matched our own and our guests' style perfectly. We left (reluctantly) on Monday morning feeling as though we'd made friends at CLE, and have been treated like family every time we've returned. This is really a special place for us, and I can't emphasize enough how much of that comes from each and every person who works so hard to make CLE what it is. The food gets its own paragraph. This isn't wedding food, and its not restaurant food. It's some of the best I've had anywhere, and the CLE team executes it perfectly whether for 2 or 200. Not only is the food insanely delicious, but it is plated beautifully in a way that compliments your decor and is always paired with perfect specialty cocktails, wines, and other beverages. This was a huge reason why we chose CLE, and we are still hearing about each and every meal from our guests. All that said, the best part about this venue is the setting - it is a surreal environment to be surrounded by friends and family for a weekend, and enabled us to spend quality time with the people we love during our wedding. We can't imagine a better set-up than CLE. Having accommodations for nearly the entire wedding on site (and being there for the whole weekend) allowed us to be truly present with our guests. We were able to share some meals and downtime with our friends and family in a more causal settings, and we felt like we were able to be a part of the weekend our guests experienced (which, honestly, we are still a bit jealous of -- sports fields, two pools, a beer garden, not to mention the lake and the blob). It warms our hearts to hear over and over from our guests, even to this day, that it was the most fun they've ever had at a wedding. All in all, we looked at a lot of venues, and I cannot imagine having had our wedding anywhere else. This will forever be one of our favorite places on earth, and we're thrilled to see what's next for CLE and their team. It doesn't get any better than this.

    I can’t say enough wonderful things about Cedar Lakes. We got married there on October 12th, 2019 and also spent our New Years there! The staff, the food, the accommodations, everything is AMAZING! I would live there if I could! Cedar Lakes is our happy place and we can’t wait for an excuse to go back!!
