Diamond Mills Resort was a great venue for our wedding day. From the very beginning, the coordinator was incredibly organized and responsive, making the planning process smooth and stress-free. The location was absolutely beautiful, with a lovely layout that provided a gorgeous backdrop for our ceremony and reception. The staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring that our guests felt welcome, especially before the ceremony. Didn't see much of anyone after we entered the reception. I believe there was another (possibly larger) wedding, which may why...And we were busy dancing! There were a few minor disappointments that were significant enough to mention, such as promising food would be in the suites for the bridal party (not sure why we didn't get any), "running out" of boxes so that our guests could not take any leftovers/desserts home (so much food went to waste), and serving the wrong meat. However, the overall experience was lovely and we are so grateful for the beautiful day we had.

We had the most amazing time at Diamond Mills Hotel! The venue is BEAUTIFUL, and the staff is wonderful to work with. My husband and I also loved exploring Saugerties! Planning a wedding in two months was challenging, but booking Diamond Mills for our wedding venue was the best decision ever! We loved working with Stephanie, Carrie, and Brianne. They are highly organized and professional. Our wedding day was truly magical! Our guests had a wonderful time! We also really appreciate how the staff working on the day of our wedding ensured that my husband and I ate well (and remembered to eat as we interacted with our guests). The food served was delicious and we loved our wedding cake! Another great thing about booking the wedding at Diamond Mills is that the hotel is attached to the wedding venue - it was very convenient for us and our guests! We received a good discount for our hotel block. The wedding package they offer at Diamond Mills Hotel is truly well-rounded! Beautiful venue with indoor and outdoor spaces, catering, open bar, wedding cake, and supportive and amazing staff to help you plan your wedding and ensure that everything runs smoothly during the day of the wedding all for a reasonable price! I used some rental decorations, and the staff made sure to carefully pack everything at the end of the night, so shipping and packing up the following day was easy! We highly recommend Diamond Mills!

We had our wedding here on 10/27 of this year and it was absolutely perfect. Not only was it the perfect time of year, but we lucked out with the weather! Brianne is absolutely fantastic. She stayed on top of everything for us and helped us out a ton! We were able to plan everything in 4 1/2 months with her help! Our day wouldn't have gone so perfectly without her. The food from the Black Barn was delicious, the cake design and flavors were awesome, and the hotel itself was beautiful. Everything went very smoothly and I would highly recommend Diamond Mills to anyone planning a wedding or other occasion!!!

All of our wedding packages include a 5 hour event. Should your ceremony be onsite, a half an hour is factored in prior to the start of cocktail hour.

No, our venue is fully insured.

1st & 2nd deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable. If you cancel within 6 months, a cancellation fee equal to your deposit or 50% of original total estimate, whichever is greater, will be charged. If you cancel within 2 weeks of your contracted event date, you agree to pay the contracted minimum amount plus all additional expenses incurred by Diamond Mills in preparation of the event.

Our building is located about 40 minutes away from Albany Airport in Albany, New York. You can reach our venue by public transportation via train (Rhinebeck Amtrak Station or Poughkeepsie Metro North), or by private car or taxi.

All of our wedding packages include a 5 hour event. Should your ceremony be onsite, this is scheduled a half an hour before the start of the cocktail hour. A 6th hour can be added on to the event after booking for an additional per person price.
