We LOVED having our wedding at Stroudsmoor, and my husband and I are so grateful we chose them for our wedding day. We got married at Ridgecrest venue and had Malia as our coordinator. Not only was she SO helpful and communicative leading up to the big day, on our wedding day Malia ensured that the staff and other venders were coordinated and on schedule and managed all kitchen/food service as well. Every staff member at Stroudmoor demonstrated quality service, professional conduct, and incredible kindness and consideration for not only my husband and I but for our entire bridal party and guests. My guests were all raving about the hors d'oeuvres - many people telling me they're the best they have ever had, and can confirm they were all delicious. We cannot say enough great things about this venue. (also Ridgecrest was STUNNING, the landscape and setting is beautiful for photos)

At the turn of the century the company faced a crisis: the site of their mill would be flooded to form the Wachusett Reservoir. Instead of abandoning the mill, the company dismantled it brick by brick and shipped it to its new home in Easthampton, where it was rebuilt on the banks of the Lower Mill Pond. Now, a century later, The Boylston Rooms retains the integrity of the 1814 original mill in every brick and beam. Our rental includes planners and decor at no added cost. Erin is amazing and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about her. Every time covid changed the rules of what our wedding would be, Erin was there for us. At one point we didn’t know where we were going to be able to hold our ceremony and Erin went out of her way to contact a local farm to see if we could use their farm for our ceremony, she allowed my crazy husband to do a burn out for our send off pictures and she was even willing to move the wedding reception inside from outside the day of the wedding because it was freezing out. Erin and Myles gave us our dream day even though not all our guests could be there and I’m forever thankful.

We had our wedding day at Art Factory Studios on October 1, 2023. Art Factory was only the second place we viewed and it was absolutely perfect. The planning team was fantastic in helping us to plan the day, really quick to respond to queries, so accommodating to any requests we had, and gave us lots of advice on what would work best on the day. It really helped to make it all completely stress free. The venue itself is beautiful, something a bit different, and not what you would expect walking in from the street. It was very clean, spacious, and had great light. The food was fantastic from the in house caterers with lots of choice on menus. We partied on the outside park deck until about 3AM! Overall, it was everything we wanted for our wedding day, superb venue and amazing team. Just perfect and would highly recommend.

I absolutely love Iron Manor!!!! One of the most stunning venues you will ever lay eyes on. The moment you pull into the drive way you instantly know that you're going to love this venue. The venue is amazing but even more so is the company it keeps. The owners Kelly & Ryan treat everyone like family and that's huge for me as I am a family type of guy. From the clean up crew to the office managers they are all equally respectful as well as easy to work with. I can't recommend this venue enough, there is nothing that I would change about this place or the people working there. Don't wait book this venue yesterday because today may be too late :-)

My experience with this venue was absolutely amazing. My fiancé and I were not high maintenance or detail oriented for our wedding. We wanted the a simple nice wedding that we did not have to put a lot of work in and this place was perfect! High quality venue and vendors!! The venue itself was so beautiful, you barely have to decorate it. The vendors are all with the venue, and our amazing planner Sheilah W was awesome! She gets everything prepared and deals with contacting all the vendors and putting everyone on the same page. I was so shocked the packages even included stationeries (save the dates & invites) ! Vendors included flowers, photographer, catering, DJ, day of coordinator, cake/desserts, all inclusive bar. I am so glad we chose to have our wedding here! When I tell people I barely did anything to plan this wedding.. I mean it. In a good way because it was such a stress free planing process for us! It was such a great day. Simple and beautiful

We had the most amazing wedding at Brittany Hill. They were nothing but supportive and kind through the entire process. Our coordinator was Megan, who took my very specific vision and brought it to life. I had a zero stress wedding day! Megan was the main gal for the event but the entire staff from start to finish were the best. I would have been so happy with any one of them as our coordinator. We got many compliments on the food and drinks - which is a huge deal for people traveling to our wedding. Thank you Brittany Hill. We won’t be getting married again but if we were to, we’d pick you every time!

Berry Acres was the absolute best. They were the first (and only) venue we looked at before knowing they were "The One". They helped all of my visions for what my wedding day would look like come true. I loved that they offered so many services (DJ, Catering, décor rental, planning assistance, set up/tear down) so it took away the stress of trying to find outside vendors. The food was AMAZING. All of our guests are still talking about how wonderful it was. The light up dance floor is a perfect touch and so fun. The grounds/venue itself is breathtaking. The fireworks display they offer was outstanding (and another part of the night our guests won't stop talking about!) Angela & Alan along with all of the other staff we met were so kind and excited to help make our dreams come to life. I am 1000% pleased with Berry Acres and still floating on cloud 9 thinking about how perfect everything came together.

We got married in April here and it was amazing! The venue is beautiful and there is a lot of space. My planner, Madison, was very helpful during the process and would answer any questions I had. Our coordinators Janeen and Jackie were awesome! They helped make the day flow perfectly and if we needed anything they were on top of it! The DJ was great as well and was included in the package. The only compliant I have was that they ran out of food even though less people showed up then in our final guest count. We got the steak option and it was delicious but the portions they gave out were small and they somehow still ran out...

Me and my husband just got married here and I can’t recommend this venue enough. Great location just by the George Washington Bridge, beautiful inside area and beautiful architecture, plenty of parking, gorgeous waterfront view. They just recently renovated the place and did an amazing work with it. It definitely is my dream venue and I’m in love with it. Monika and Arthur are amazing and they were so helpful the entire way through. They also work with a lot of great vendors that they recommend to you.

TLDR: If you're on a super tight timeline (we had four months!!!!) and looking for a venue that does it all and THEN some for a really great price, this is the place for you!! I SWEAR. I literally had zero stress in any of the big decisions because they did it all for us! In-house catering with amazing food (guests raved about it during and after wedding), setup and cleanup without you needing to worry, in-house bartending, three different wedding package tiers to fit your budget, and the dreamiest venue site with history (dates back to 1850). My biggest stress was finding the right decor and my dress! Huge huge shout out to coordinatorsMeaghan and Brandi, who were the best with easy, quick and constant communication, and made sorting the details really fun. --- More details: We were planning a wedding in four months, as my husband is active duty in the navy and was set to leave in late July. We toured the venue days after finding it, and booked a date day-of after our tour. All we needed to do was pick what food we wanted (they were able to accomadate us doing a tasting on the weekend because military schedules are tough), what beverage package we wanted, and any add-ons. Throughout the four months, Meaghan was so easy to make changes and update our estimates as we wanted to add on or remove things. On the day of the wedding, I handed over a list of details on how to decorate the reception area and Meaghan, Brandi and staff did NOT disappoint. It was absolutely PERFECT. They were there to help my poor best friend's boyfriend MC the wedding with tips on what to say. Meaghan had a ceremony script on-hand when the officiant didn't have one (and showed up late; she was ready to officiate for us if she needed). They even kept the dance floor open for a few extra songs as T and I didn't get a chance to dance pretty much after our first dance and parent dances (we were pulled every which way). And when it came to tearing down after the fact, everything was boxed up and ready to go by the end of the night. I could write so much more, I literally love them so much for everything they did for us. Milton Ridge was absolutely perfect.

Not just by us, but the wedding party and friends as well. Melanie – YOU made this WHOLE event SO SPECIAL, SO UNIQUE and truly SO PERFECT! Everyone we have talked to about the wedding says one of two things. FLAWELESS or PERFECTION… and that is thanks to You and your team. I cannot recommend enough! The entire Grands team was amazing to work with from start to finish! Joe (general manager) gave us an in-depth tour and made sure we knew all of our options. Mel (events director) made sure we stayed on track with timeline and choosing all the details. Larry (entertainment director) made sure our guests had the best time - I don't think the dance floor was ever empty! And we can't forget about Alyssa (day of coordinator) - she made sure the team had us covered in ways we would have never thought. She made the day stress-free, which was a dream! All of our guests had a great time and couldn't stop talking about how great the venue and team were. 100/10 recommend having your wedding at The Grands!

Justin and Josh are so incredibly helpful and make sure that your wedding day runs smoothly. The food was great and the venue is beautiful. The only thing to keep in mind is that these are cabin and can be a little rustic but the beds were comfy, there was AC, and they’re clean! I loved having my wedding here and would definitely choose them again!

Greg and I couldn’t be happier with the venue or the service that the Lake House Reception Center provided! We had recently been to another couple’s wedding at a popular venue in Baton Rouge. The food was terrible, the cake was terrible and the over all coordination of the wedding was lacking. Lauren guided me through every step and calmed my nerves about all my concerns. I found The Heights Villa through a friend who was looking for a quince venue. I had no idea they had taken the old neighborhood church and turned into something spectacular. When I visited the venue I fell in love, then I met the owners. Brendan and Cathy are nothing short of LITERAL angels on earth. They make you feel like you’re home, like you’re exactly where you should be. I toured several other Houston venues, some that were even double the price of THV and something wasn’t right. Every tour at the other venues made me feel cold and foreign, it just wasn’t right. Then I toured THV with Cathy and Brendan and I KNEW this was where I was meant to solidify my union with my husband. They made sure every decision I made was well informed and in alignment with my vision of my perfect day. There was never any surprise fees, lack of communication or shortness of EXTRAVAGANT luxury options for me to choose from. If I could go back in time and tour venues again, I would skip every other option and not waste my time. THV was a win from the second I stepped inside that gate and met Brendan’s smiling face. If you’re struggling to find a venue that treats you like a human being, puts your vision into play correctly every time, and elevates your special day from good to ANGELIC then THV is your venue. Don’t make the same mistake I did by wasting your precious time touring venues who don’t care about you, start with THV and watch your ultimate dreams come true!

Every person from our wedding (including ourselves) raved about it! Still currently dreaming about it. Overall, our experience was everything I hoped it could be. Our wedding day was so perfect, but I wish I could do it all again just because it WAS so perfect!

We were thrilled to do a wedding welcome event for all our guests at Rhinegeist. While we love the brewery and beer, the Clubhouse is a beautiful and special space that allowed for intimate, super fun time for all our guests. It would be perfect for a wedding or a main event like we had. We can't really get through how beautiful the space was, even minimally decorated it was breathtaking. Our contact Jess was super responsive, answering all our questions and helping our vision come alive. We felt the whole time like she was trying her hardest to say yes to everything we asked. We found the price reasonable for a Friday event, in an unbeatable location. Would recommend!

Okay so I never leave reviews, but after my wedding at woodwinds I just had to. There are so many great things about woodwinds, but between the food, service, and the entire panning process its too difficult to decide what was best. They make planning a wedding easy and fun. I went to their bridal show in 2022 and the owner was actually there (which already tells me this is a great company and the owner cares) and said in such a calm demeanor “if you book with us, you won’t have to worry about a thing, we will have everything under control” and he was so right. All we had to do was show up, and enjoy the night.

Something that stuck out to me is there is no one greeting guests at the front desk, I felt like I was bothering the employees trying to get their attention to check in, ask questions, etc. Overall, I love this place and I wouldn’t have chosen anywhere else for my wedding day.

My husband and I were married at Blenheim and we truly cannot say enough good things about our experience! It was an absolutely perfect wedding celebration and the incredible staff at Blenheim helped make it that way. The farm is stunning and the food is delicious but the 5 star treatment is what sets Blenheim apart from other venues. We are both still on Cloud 100! From the moment we decided to have our wedding at Blenheim, we were taken care of. There are so many decisions to make throughout the planning process, and Min, Carol and Laura helped walk us through each decision. We began working with Mina as the time grew closer to our wedding day and words cannot express how absolutely incredible she is. Mina and her team are proactive, decisive, kind, calm, thorough, knowledgable and gracious. We arrived on Wednesday before our wedding and from the moment we arrived on the property, we were greeted with fresh appetizers from the garden. This service continued throughout the weekend with freshly made muffins and other morsels of deliciousness. Mina and her team were accessible during our entire stay at Blenheim and she went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Any type of anxiety that I had going into the weekend was immediately put at bay when greeted by Mina. The wedding ceremony itself was beautiful - truly perfect - and the cocktail hour and reception were amazing. Needless to say, the Michelin star rated food was impeccable. Our guests had a blast and no one wanted it to end. As we relive our amazing wedding weekend through the beautiful pictures and stories, I will always be thankful for the decision we made to have our wedding at Blenheim.

Mary · married on 09/28/2019 Better than I imagined If I could give them 10 stars I would. Gorgeous, perfect, stunning, spectacular…and every other similar adjective. Our Seven Ponds wedding exceeded every expectation. The setting is just beautiful – impossible to get a bad picture with the farm as a backdrop. The farmhouse suited our bridal party to a T. Everyone had plenty of room, the well-equipped kitchen made it easy to feed our crew on the Friday before and the Saturday of the wedding. We enjoyed a delicious barbecue buffet after our rehearsal and family and bridal party gathered around the bonfire with s’mores afterward. The morning of the wedding, the amazing team (more about them later) doted on us with mimosas and freshly baked muffins. The wedding ceremony went off without a hitch – timing was perfect. And the cocktail hour and reception flew by way too fast. Guests were in awe of the food and the setting in the barn. Our Sunday morning brunch on the porch was the perfect way to close out a perfect weekend. Kudos, applause, and many, many thanks to team leaders, Slywia & Jab – not sure they slept at all over the weekend! They were patient, kind, cheerful, and full of good humor. They kept everything running smoothly and seemed to be in six different places at once. Keeping up the same pace were the rest of the staff. We also must mention our bartender extraordinaire for the weekend, Greg! He managed to stay on top of everyone’s particular order and made every guest feel welcome and catered to. We also know there were many others who maintained the barn, the farmhouse, chefs and others who served our party – everyone was wonderful. We booked our wedding just after Min and Morten purchased the farm – it wasn’t finished when we first saw it. They had a beautiful vision of what they wanted to create and we benefited from the realization of that vision! Their commitment to ensuring bride, groom, family, and guests was clear when they were there to greet us on Friday and stopped in at the reception on Saturday. Be able to do the pre wedding planning of food tastings, meetings, etc at their restaurant in NYC was extremely helpful, as that's where we are based. They were extremely attentive and on top of it the entire way, answering every question we had! Wish we could do it all again every weekend!

This venue was so great to work with! Everyone was responsive, friendly, and so helpful. The space is so spacious and easily sit all my 270 guests, 12 person band, dj, and 360 Photo Booth without looking cramped and still had plenty of dance floor space! Would 100% percent recommend! There was plenty of parking which was a big plus with a nice view of downtown.

The other outdoor option is the Glenmore Pavilion. Designed by the team behind Pippin Hill, this beautiful, new open-air pavilion overlooks the golf course and the Blue Ridge Mountains, and it is covered so you would not need to worry about renting a tent for your outdoor space. This location is perfect for both ceremony and reception.

Jack and I could not have imagined a better venue for our wedding than The Club at Glenmore in Keswick, Virginia. Growing up in Charlottesville, I knew that I wanted to get married in my hometown. Wineries are a popular choice in Charlottesville, but they are mostly located in the surrounding counties which require a long drive from hotels. Winery weddings can also require coordinating a lot of rentals (decor, tables, chairs, etc.) and finding a caterer. After researching all of the venues around Charlottesville, we chose The Club at Glenmore or many reasons. One, the beautiful and convenient location. Glenmore was conveniently located only about 10 minutes from our hotel block on Pantops which made it easy for guests and shuttles. Even though the location is close to town, it is situated inside a beautiful gated neighborhood with views of the mountains, rolling horse pastures, and well maintained golf course. So it feels like it's out in the country without actually being that far away from town! Two, the full service. Glenmore provides so much for its couples! It has an amazing on-site chef so we did not need to find a separate catering company. This was one of our main deciding factors! Couples even do the food & wine tasting at the venue which makes for a fun day trip :) Glenmore provides all of the ceremony chairs, reception chairs, tables, glassware, serving ware, flatware, etc. So we did not need to rent anything except purchase some decorations. Speaking of decorations, Glenmore has many decor pieces that we were able to use! They have arbors, prosecco walls, a boxwood wall for photo opps, votive candle and holders, charger plates, up-lights, bistro lights, etc. Three, the amenities. Getting ready spaces, ceremony locations, cocktail terrace, reception ballroom - Glenmore has it all! Glenmore has a beautiful bridal suite that the ladies in my bridal party were able to use all morning. The bridal suite has plenty of room to get ready in, hang dresses in, store decor in, and even take pictures in. There is a separate space downstairs where the guys can get ready in too! We all enjoyed spending the morning and early afternoon together in these spaces while eating breakfast and lunch prepared for by Glenmore! The space was also convenient for our vendors too. They could come and check in with me throughout the morning since I was getting ready on-site. There are many ceremony locations to choose from if you want your ceremony at Glenmore. We actually switched our ceremony location within about 2 weeks of the wedding and Glenmore was very accommodating with this switch. Finally, the beautiful ballroom was another major deciding factor for us. We had our wedding in the summer, so we knew we wanted to have the reception indoors in an air conditioned room. Four, the staff. Glenmore takes pride in providing top notch service to its clients. Kim, the event coordinator at Glenmore, helped us so much from start to finish. She walked us through the wedding process, answered the many questions we had, worked with all of our vendors, met with us for our tasting and walkthroughs, made sure that all of our requests were met, and coordinated the entire Glenmore team on our wedding day. If you are looking for a beautiful full-service wedding venue with everything including an amazing on-site caterer, top notch staff, convenient location, and gorgeous views, Glenmore is the place for you!!

Pictures don't do the church, cottage, and property justice. You must see it to know how beautiful it is. It took my breath away when we pulled up for the wedding. This venue was everything we needed beautiful green outdoor. Decoration option for the venue to provide allowed for our wedding planner to focus on other areas. Inside and outside spacious we also rented the additional Garden room for the kids to play and watch movies. Rachel was a pleasure to work (flexible an high communication) with and staff was always nice. Easy payment plan. Venue is near several hotels for our guest and several things to do with restaurants. We will be using this space for other events in the future.

The staff at Aristide made our wedding planning so easy! Through this venue we were able to book packages that included vendors for our bakery, dj, stationary needs (invitations and signs), flowers, and even a luxury car exit! Each vendor reached out personally to us and helped make our visions come to life. Sydnee took care of us as our event coordinator and was so accommodating the entire time. She helped with all of our questions and was always quick with responding to our emails or text messages. Our day of coordinator, Kiana helped make the day run so smoothly which we really appreciated. As I was getting ready, I didn’t have to worry about any of the vendors, decorations, or timing because of how well organized she was and it brought so much relief on a day that is usually hectic. Lastly, but certainly not least, our DJ Aiden was really the star of the show for us and our guests! We got paired up with Aiden through the venue because of his vibe and he provided such a great energy! We got to have a meeting with him about specific songs we wanted and cues and he nailed everything we were looking for from my entrance into the ceremony to the very last song with our guests. He got everyone on the dance floor, it was never empty the entire night. We can’t thank this amazing staff enough!!

I cannot recommend The Log Cabin enough for your special day. We recently got married there in October and it was absolutely perfect. The views of the fall foliage as well as the ceremony site were absolutely breathtaking. All of our guests raved about how amazing the whole day was. Everyone especially loved how delicious the food was. The staff worked so incredibly hard to make sure that everything went off without a hitch. The service provided by all of the staff that day was exceptional. Our day of event coordinator, Matt, was so kind, friendly, and professional. He calmed our nerves as he had everything planned out perfectly. Our head server, Colin, was so accommodating and helpful making sure that we had food and drinks the whole night. Our event coordinator, Nicole, was absolutely incredible and went above and beyond during the whole planning process to make sure that every detail for the wedding was well thought out and planned exactly how we wanted it. She was always available to answer any question that I had. She was so wonderful to work with and extremely helpful, hardworking, and organized throughout the whole entire process. I highly recommend getting married at The Log Cabin. The service is SO incredible and the staff show that they truly care about making your day special!

WOW just WOW! I feel so privileged and honored to say I was married at the Crane Club - I wouldn’t have had it any other way. I spent months trying to find the perfect venue to no avail, but the second I visited The Crane Club - I fell in love all over again (I cried actual tears). I just knew it was the one! I was able to tour and meet with Maureen the first day and instantly loved and appreciated how effortless it was talking with her. It made the decision all the more easier. From that day she was my first go to person, she answered all my texts and emails instantly, and even entertained a half hour conversation on the phone with me when I needed help processing all the math surrounding my final invoice. She was just always so patient, kind, and willing to put out any fires without hesitance and I cannot thank her enough!!! Summer was my next go to person that I got to meet at my taste testing and communicated every single detail with up until the big day. She was also so kind, helpful, and extremely patient with my gajillion emails and never ending back and forths until I made sure I had everything I wanted and needed. She was such a boss! My only complaint would be the upkeep of the exterior’s cleanliness in certain areas - the birds have taken a likeness to this place and often leave evidence of such behind. So unfortunately that was a bit uncomfortable when people were around those areas; I had wished some more power washing could’ve been done. Luckily however, it was nothing my photographers weren’t able to fix with some photo magic at the very least - and most of the areas where guests were, were kept clean. Nevertheless, it shouldn’t take away from the fact that every single person at the Crane Club worked so hard to ensure my day was seamless and the efforts did not go unnoticed, because even 5 months later all my guests still rave at the beauty and excellence of that day. We often talk about all the delicious foods and sweets we indulged in that day because it was unexplainably delicious!! It was almost unfair because of how difficult it was to want to eat everything in sight without having enough room in our stomachs to do so! I cannot thank everyone enough on this magnificent team for making my day feel like such a dream! Don’t think twice about allowing the Crane Club to make your dreams come true too xx (I’m hoping someone invites me soon to their wedding at the Crane Club - just so I can experience it all again!)

Redwood Ranch was a dream come true. Everyone from the owner to the groundskeeper felt like family. The location is nestled near the foot of the Sequoia National Park with majestic views, sweet animals, and an idealic river that runs through the property. We felt like we had so much freedom in curaring the event that fit our needs & desires as a couple when so many other places are prescriptive in their use. We also felt welcomed and enthusiastically accepted as a lesbian couple. Not only did we have an incredible time being present with the ones we love, but to this day family & friends tell us it was the best wedding venue they’ve ever been to. Tony and Linda were wonderful to work with. All the vendors we worked with were also lovely. We used an outside photographer and florist. We were anticipating 75 guests for a weekend summer wedding and we were upset at other venues because we kept getting told that those places wouldn't open for less than 15 grand so wee needed to invite more people or go overboard on flowers for them to consider hosting us. That was not the case at the Regency Garden. They were upfront with cost and didn't pressure us to spend more. Super kind and super genuine. Everything was immaculate on the day of and they continued to work with us when our guest count fell significantly. They answered all my questions within 24 business hours and even worked with me to let me come in early for finishing touches. I can be quite the worry wart so I'm greatful to have such knowledgeable professions support me so I could be at ease on the day of.

We hosted our 100 person wedding this September with Lionscrest and we could not have asked for a better experience. Not only is the venue itself beautiful with the outdoor lawn and indoor reception areas, but the staff is knowledgable and very friendly! We emailed them at least once a week for about a year with questions throughout the planning process and they were very responsive and clear with their communications. The day of the wedding went very smooth thanks to the expertise of the staff, they knew exactly what to do and were so nice in guiding us through the day. Also, their caterer (Greenspoint Catering) was surprisingly delicious!

Communication was easy as each vendor was responsive to emails or texts, and they provided such detailed answers to ANY question I had. I know a lot of brides stress about planning a wedding, so I was expecting to experience high levels of stress. I cannot say enough to praise Kerri and Frank for their beautiful space, their attention to detail, their immense care and love for the work that they do and for every single person who enters their space. Kerri's precision and focus is unmatched and you truly feel like the only person in the room when you speak to her. Every single question went answered and each detail attended to with precision. The food here is immaculate and even a month later people continue to ask me to ask Chef Charlie for his recipes. The words "hidden gem" have never meant more than for this venue. I cannot recommend this enough and will forever be shouting from the rooftops that Kerri is a true dream maker. If you tell her exactly what you want, she will make it happen. It will still take work on your end but it will all be worth it. If you meet the deadlines she sets, you will have a smooth and seamless planning process.

I had my wedding here 10.14.23 and let me tell you, Everything was easy. From setting the date down to the end of the night of my wedding day. Sal and Jason are the absolute best. They made my wedding a dream. Everyone can’t stop talking about my entrance ( do it by the way totally worth it) down to the desserts, which they totally outdid themselves. I felt like I was in Willy Wonka land. Will definitely do future events with them!!!!

My husband and I wanted to express our sincere gratitude for the overall beauty and charm of Grand Cascades Lodge, which made our wedding day truly memorable. The stunning views, exquisite grounds, and the spacious Emerald ballroom were perfect for our celebration. Working with Jean and Sara was generally a positive experience, and their welcoming attitude during our visits meant a lot to us. However, I wanted to share some constructive feedback regarding the planning process. While our customization requests were accommodated, there were communication challenges, especially on the day of the wedding, with multiple points of contact. The food tasting experience was delightful, and we appreciate the effort in accommodating our preferences. Although some dishes at the cocktail hour were well-received, the braised beef dish didn't meet the standard set during the tasting. Unfortunately, there were a few issues during the weekend that impacted our experience: - The memory table candles were not lit until late in the reception, despite prior requests. - Our sweetheart table had a wrinkled tablecloth, affecting the overall presentation. - The florist's flowers for the cake were left with the kitchen staff, and despite assurances, they were not added as planned. - The shuttle service delay inconvenienced elderly guests who had to wait longer than expected. Additionally shuttle service that was promised during the after party did not work as agreed upon. While these points highlight areas for improvement, we want to emphasize our appreciation for the positive aspects of our celebration. We understand that events may encounter unforeseen challenges, and we believe that sharing our experience can contribute to enhancing future events at GCL. The oldest house in Philo (1888), it was Anderson Valley’s first post office and stagecoach stop that decades later was the Philo Pottery Inn. During the painstaking restoration we did using nearly all salvaged materials, its secrets and history began to resurface. We were constantly discovering little finds, over 200 1880's old glass bottles buried on the grounds to the headline clad 1915 newspaper lined walls in the main house. It’s been part remodel and archeological dig. Now it’s ready to host events & make fresh memories for decades to come. A few years ago we were lucky enough to add 20+ acres of open meadow lands & forest contiguous to TKO for events & glamping and built an amphitheater by Indian Creek in the woods. We can host up to 100 and have have 12 bedrooms in three fab houses, plus glamping tents. There are so many ways to utilize the property and also vintage trailers and wacky Japanese cars to get creative with. Come see for yourself and be part of its evolving history.

Greetings...I haven't hosted a wedding at The Canal but have been to and helped with myriad other events and I can say WOW! Gorgeous setting...sweeping open floor plan and so many great indoor and outdoor spaces with both an open feel and offering intimate settings for gift gathering..greeting...gazing ..dining and celebration. Accessible for all ages..ez parking and views of the Locks are wonderful...and fab hosts. Highly recommend!

Every wedding questions we had Calla had a detailed answer to. The videos and photos on social media of this location do not do this place justice. It is a must visit!

We had our wedding at Loulu Palm on June 14, 2024. We booked our venue before we got to see it in person, and it was even more beautiful than we thought it would be! The greenery, the ocean, and the privacy was just perfect for our special day. The backdrop of all of our photos and videos was just perfect. The size of the venue is perfect because it is big enough to have the grand, beautiful vibe, while still feeling so intimate. Nickie and Ashley were both so helpful and welcoming. We really felt so special on our wedding day. You absolutely have to book Ashley as your coordinator! She is AMAZING! My wedding day was PERFECT and I was able to have so much fun and enjoy it thanks to Ashley. I did not have to worry for one second because she had everything handled. She is truly a master of her craft. She loves what she does and it is so evident with the amount of work and care she pours into couples. I don’t know how anyone gets married without her! As soon as she stepped in for coordination, I had my full trust in her. She is organized, prompt, and just fun to talk to. I will keep in touch with Nickie and Ashley because we can’t wait to visit Loulu Palm again for an anniversary trip!

This is one of the four Crystal Springs properties in north-west NJ in the Vernon area. It is a stunning location with spectacular views - perfect for intimate events, and boasts a rustic, yet charming feel. The venue can host up to 150 guests, but personally, I'd cap in the ball park, give or take, around 135. My wedding had just shy of 100 people and the day couldn't have been more perfect 3. The coordinator I requested/was assigned (in the months leading up to our event), Silje, and our maitre'd on the day of, Marc, were both fantastic to work with! They truly made sure the vision we had for the day was exactly what we wanted it to be!

Alyssa and Bill were fantastic at answering any questions that I had throughout this wedding process. They also helped set up as well the day of, they had a nice big fire place and heaters to keep my guest warm throughout the evening. I held my ceremony and reception there for about 30-40 people, it was the perfect size and place for this, could even fit more. I love just how easy and simple the whole process was, especially for guest for additional parking. The size of the cabins were great for getting ready on and for family to stay on site after the wedding. They also had amenities for bathroom, an onsite kitchen for food handling and a trash bin/cans as well. It fitted perfectly for the esthetic i was going for with so many trees and beautiful scenery of mountains.

WOW! Cannot recommend Ramble Creek enough. There’s not enough space in this box to tell you how amazed I was with anything and everything! Best decision I made regarding my wedding. The venue is absolutely breathtaking and that’s without adding any floral touches or anything like that. The staff is absolutely WONDERFUL! They do such a good job of making you feel so special for your big day - leading up to it and throughout the actual day. The food is to die for! And just everything they provide makes for such a smooth and flawless wedding day! I’m forever grateful to them for making my dreams come true on my wedding day! If you want to plan a wedding that no one will ever forget - call Nanina's in the Park.  I had been to a wedding there as a guest years ago and remember being impressed, but being a Nanina's couple takes the WOW factor to a whole new level.  The menu is absolutely divine, but they knock it out of the park with their customer service.  Wedding planning was a breeze with their team, and the day of was truly magical.  Sally, Deandra and Jason did not miss a single thing - they treated me & my husband like gold and made sure things were taken care of so seamlessly.  We had a Friday wedding, so we were offered the bridal suite from 7AM onward--with breakfast & lunch provided, which alleviated the question of where to get ready & when/what to eat.  We arrived at 7:30 AM and Sally was waiting with open arms (literally) to carry in all our bags, boxes, etc.  She made sure we had everything we needed, kept us on schedule and even fixed our centerpieces when they arrived a bit out of sorts.  Deandra took over for her when we returned from the ceremony, and she was just as delightful- anytime we needed something, she was immediately on it.  And then there's our maitre'd Jason--words cannot express our gratitude for him.  I don't know how someone can be so on top of every detail during such a busy evening, and still appear as calm & warm as humanly possible.  At one point during the reception, my husband wasn't feeling well and before I could say anything, Jason whisked us into our bridal suite and had warm tea & ginger ale for us within 60 seconds.  It wasn't one of the more glamorous parts of the evening, but it was a true example of their phenomenal customer service.  The team didn't just treat us like customers, they treated us like family.  They had our signature drinks at the ready at all times and consistently made sure we were okay without being overbearing.  A million thank you's to this incredible team for making our day so special.  Now that I've raved about the staff, let me rave about the FOOD!  Exceptional is an understatement--it's been a month and people are still telling me they're still full from our wedding.  Guests raved so much about the cocktail hour, someone even said they could die content if that was their last supper.  We did a buffet-style reception, and everyone was just as thrilled with all the stations provided.  Going into wedding planning one of my priorities was the dessert, and the Viennese display did NOT disappoint.  They had everything--my biggest regret was not getting to try it all!  Aside from the incredible food, the venue itself is just stunning.  We knew we wanted a Christmas wedding, and in our first meeting when Dominic said "no one does Christmas like us," he wasn't kidding.  The decor was simple but elegant, and many guests thanked us for their next year's Christmas card photo!  All in all, it was a perfect day at the perfect venue.  We both come from two big Italian families, and so far no one has had a negative word to say--and that's saying a lot!  If you are looking to book your dream venue, you've come to the right place.

How much do wedding & reception venues cost?

The cost of wedding venues varies, with factors influencing cost including size, location, guest count, and, most importantly, whether things like catering and rentals are included. The more a reception venue near you includes, the higher the cost. When considering venues, try to compare prices apples-to-apples. If one venue includes catering and rentals in their pricing and the other doesn’t, you need to figure out how much additional cost those outside vendors would be to make a true comparison. Before booking, be sure you’re aware of additional costs outlined in your contract, like parking fees and weather-related considerations (adding a tent, etc.).

What questions should we ask wedding venues?

When talking with a potential venue, always ask about 1) their availability and 2) their capacity. Some popular venues book up peak season Saturdays nearly 2 years in advance—if your first choice date isn’t available, consider your flexibility on day of the week and year. While maximum capacity is non-negotiable, venues might have guidance on what guest count will be most comfortable. Also, you’ll want to understand what is and is not included in the venue’s fees.
